Honestly, this place makes the donuts Ive been searching high and low for. Weve tried most of their styles of donuts and each are fluffy without being too sweet. They have a great selection but do tend to run out quickly - so be quick on heading over to get one or two donuts. Or three. Once theyre gone, they close up until the next batch (the following day).The jelly filled are delicious. Maybe even the most delicious.

Literally, I dont even know, why the place is even open for business. She maybe 5 or 6 possible 7 Donuts that looked like they were four days old. They just need to take this place off the map. Im only giving it one star because I have to give it something to share my post.

Good donuts. Dont bother going now or calling. They dont have the sense to put hours phone or say when they will open. If they will at all. Store closed

These people are so kind and helpful. All the donuts are fresh and so good. If you don’t have time to wait in line, call ahead and they have it ready. So happy they are in the city of Auburn!

I like their donuts other than ... they have an Apple Fritter donut that you cannot taste Apple in it. It is disappointing not to be able to taste Apple in a apple fritter. Something they need to work on make bigger chunks of Apple to stick in the apple fritter

I love the donuts but they are not currently enforcing masks in the shop. Was going to get a couple dozen but Ill go somewhere that enforces health safety 😔

Always a great tasting product, but get in as early as you can, they sell ou by mid-day. Fair prices, great variety of big donuts and family owned! Cant beat it!

Stopped in to buy a donut and was told they only sell half dozen or dozen. Wouldn’t sell me a single donut. I don’t need 6 or 12 donuts for myself.

I have been going to this place for over 20 years. The sweetest family run place and always so friendly. They remember everyone and always have great service. They get there at night and work tell morning so the donuts are very fresh when they open. You can pick your filling when ordering also, its cool. Our families favorite are the donut holes because they melt in your mouth. Then again all the donuts do. I hope this place stays open forever!

The friendliness of the staff here made this place extra special for me! The smiles and conversation were greatly appreciated, and the patience that was demonstrated while they waited for me to choose was outstanding. In a world thats always GO GO GO it was nice to step into this quiet spot and take a load off for awhile. Super happy I found this place!

They have the dozen mix n match for $12. I love their donuts it reminds me of the bakery where I grew up.

It seems to me that theres a rivalry in Auburn between donut Star and donut factory. I believe that both of these donut shops can stand on their own merits. It really comes down to personal preference. I think that donuts Stars a great donut shop that has a bunch of selections that Muffin factory doesnt have. I believe that if you are a resident of Auburn you need to believe your belly and frequent both of these establishments

Best place for doughnuts in the South Puget Sound area. These are not the fancy legendary mambo-jumbo. These are higher than average quality, good old doughnuts. Good price, good quality, local family-owned. You just cant go wrong. They taste way better than anything else around here without becoming something other than good old doughnuts.

Small family run donut shop. They make one batch a day and are open until they are gone. Great tasting and a reasonable price. Always wonderful to support a small business, even better when the product is amazing.

We went to Donut Star while on vacation to the area. I cant stop thinking about them! I think I might move to Auburn. Arizona donuts just dont compare.

Very friendly. Came in right before closing and they still had a nice variety waiting for ME! UPDATE: CAME IN ON A SUNDAY AT 12:30 AND THEY WERE CLOSED. CALLED & THEY SAID THEY RAN OUT AROUND 11AM. FROM THE CONVERSATION SOUNDS LIKE THIS HAPPENS OFTEN ON THE WEEKENDS. WHY NOT MAKE MORE!!

Just dont...Do yourself a favor and go north on auburn way about a mile and theres a great donut shoppe right there by Buds n Blooms flower shop and Little Caesers...always yummy..

The very BEST DONUTS in AUBURN. The owners are very nice, very hard working. I appreciate the daughter who is extra helpful. It is a straightforward donut shop, nothing more. You must get there early, but worth every penny. I think its $11 for a dozen but they are worth it. Dont even compare to grocery store and far better than Krispy Kreme or Legacy. Yummy!

I live nearby and these are probably some of the best, fluffy, Dounuts in the area. Im a regular and they are extremely friendly owners/workers. Would rate 6/5 if I could.

Good, fresh, and tasty donuts at a reasonable price and sold by very friendly people. I sometimes stop in on the way to work and bring in a dozen for the office. I particularly like their apple fritters. Thinner than most, but not doughy in the middle like most because of that.
