Excellent Customer Service!!Called and explained what we needed done (3 separate pieces of glass cuts, 1 a mirrored piece-damaged per movers) and the owner, Doug explained what he needed. We took broken items with us (to assure correct measurements) and less than an hour All 3 pieces were cut and they (Doug the owner and his long time employee carried the pieces out and placed in our truck. Fantastic experience with Victory Glass when we replaced the windows on the front of the house. Doug and Ken came out first and carefully measured all the windows.A few days later, the sealed glass panes were ready. They made a trip to bring out some of the windows and worked on them for a day and a half. Installed the windows carefully and then went through and cleaned out all the smudges. Checked the cranks for the casements and replaced those that were problematic.They were warm and friendly in their approach and disposition, backed by meticulous and high quality work. I cannot think of how they could possibly improve.

Used them for a few small home projects. Always very helpful and quick.

Had some work done on the vent windows for a 1959 Nash Metropolitan and was very well satisifed. Will take it back there for more work.
