I purchased Philadelphia travertine from El Dorado Tile and Marble. It came in when promised and the tiles are spectacular!

I came from out of town to visit Eldorado Tile & Marble. When I first walked in I was warmly welcomed by they’re staff. They very kind and attentive to me as I was asking questions about tile. I could tell that they’re concern for customers is authentic. Eldorado Tile & Marble is set up very nice and organized. It was clean and easy to navigate through. The atmosphere is positive, I definitely felt like I was in the hands of professionals as far as product knowledge and design. The product they offer is very nice, definitely high-quality they have a lot of different styles to choose from. Do a lot of work with this location AND the Auburn location as well. Matt is knowledgeable and helpful and the rest of the staff is always doing what they can to accommodate us. Anyone in the Gold country / foothills area should definitely go to them for quick and helpful service.

If you’re looking for good customer service don’t even bother. From the minute we walked in the door (and the only customers in the store) We felt like a burden on the staff. two employees behind the counter on their computers, too busy to greet us let alone ask if we needed assistance. Couldnt get out fast enough!

These guys will actually take the time to teach you and help you learn. They will take the time to help you find what it is you want, and make sure you get it 😁
