I was told over the phone they could make me a stereo cable for my electronic drums. I drove 45 miles to get it. Then they said they had no connectors. Not even an apology or offer to help any further. Seemed like they couldnt be bothered. I wont go back.

They had two jobs... Install a new preamp in my my acoustic and setup my electric(floating bridge). Completley failed in the setup. It took over 3 months for them to tell me they couldnt install the preamp. After multiple calls and visits they finally installed a lesser pre. I wouldnt send anyone there for guitar work. They say they have a guitar tech but whomever is teching wont touch any of my gtrs again
