Does not stand behind Massey Ferguson products, But will take your money pretty quickHad to have a district Rep to step in and handle what This company couldn’t doBuyer beware.Doesn’t matter it was two years three years four years I’ve tried to call over the years to get my MANUAL you never had it with that first tractor that you sold me that had fuel problems and you probably knew all about it but the Massey Ferguson Rep came in and gave me a different tractor and I had to pay the difference on itYou never stepped in at all all you care about is whether you can sell a tractor anf you can get a dollar out of somebody!I wouldn’t buy another tractor from your company at all I would go somewhere else you don’t stand behind your product !And Once again I have to The Massey Ferguson company to solve my problem because you’re too lazy to do your job. But you’re quick to take my money for another manual

Little pricey great selection.

The guys at Harmony helped me out in a pinch when I had a flat tire near their store. I was traveling with my daughter and they helped air up my flat enough to get me down the road to a tire place. Saving me a lot of hassle. if they are willing to take their time to help a non-customer stranger you know they are good people to do business with. Thanks again guys.

Took take my 2 month old chainsaw in for pull rope repair. In need of a new mower and weed wacker. I was on the phone transfering money. I had mentioned that Farm and Fleet will beat any ones price. That echos small blower had a lot of power. The old boy came up to me yelling instead of talking up his products . I will not buy anything from them ever.

This owner will lie through his teeth on used machinery. People stay away from Harmony Equipment. My Father in law went to buy a older used tractor and he lies about the issues going on with this piece of machinery. All he cares about is taking your money and leaving you with his used junk. I tried to write google review before but owner was somehow able to delete the review. I’m sure he has a whole lot of negative reviews but he is able to delete them somehow. I would file with BBB if I could but he isn’t registered with them. This owner has serious anger issues. I wouldn’t buy weed eater string if my life depended on it. People spend your money elsewhere there is plenty of of great Tractor places around the area. Stay away from Harmony Equipment in Auburn, IN.

I purchased a zero turn for my dad and I had great service! Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions. The prices were great and my dad loves his mower! I would definitely recommend Harmony to anyone!!

I stopped to arrange for a Massey Ferguson drive on a tractor with cab. They were going to arrange with a previous buyer if the one on order didnt get in by the Friday I needed to have the drive. It all worked that the tractor came in on Thursday evening. They stayed late to unload and get it in for inspection first thing so it was ready for us. My husband loved it, they were great to work with. We have purchased the Stihl combo system since then and again have had tremendous service and support.

I shopped around for Massey Ferguson tractors for a few weeks. Don and his family really understand customer service. I purchased a GC1710 from them. I had a service request about 17 hrs into my tractors life. They picked up the tractor from my house, fixed it and redelivered in 3 days. Thats a service. Buy with confidence. These are good honest people!!

I have mixed feelings. I bought a small compact tractor and Zero turn. Nice enough folks but service is not what it could be. Maybe they have sold more then they can service. They do sell a lot of mowers and tractors.

Nice helpful people

I brought my Massey 1250 to Harmony on account of a bad head gasket. They got around to fixing her within the time they stated they would. They seem honest and forward enough. I even got a deal on chainsaw chains! I dont know if they do that for everyone but, its worth askin about.

Been a 15 year plus customer. They are always helpful and quick with service. Great selection of new mowers to choose from and very knowledgeable about what they offer!

Took my Toro mower in. Service guy looked and it told us it was the choke sticking, told us to spray with WD40 and sent on our way no charge. Great service, friendly and helpful.

Went to see about a part for my old simplicity garden tractor. Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Over the years i have seen multiple occasions of customers calling owner a liar and a crook. Long and short of it, I wouldnt buy anything at this place, ever! Avoid this place like the plague.

I read the two reviews online and disagree with them. I have purchased two used mowers from Harmony and have had numerous items serviced there. They are professional and I have never had anyone be rude to me.

Nice place and helpful.

I bought a riding mower from them. I asked why I shouldnt get a less expensive one from wal mart. They told me that once I bought from wal mart that there would be no service from anyone ... including them. So I bought a 1500 dollar mower from them. I used it 12 times and the deck belt kept twisting on me. Guess what? The required belt is obsolete. There is no such thing as a belt that will work on my mower. The attitude that I got from them was sorry for your luck. The staff is rude. They dont care about anyting but making a sale. They wouldnt let me talk to the actual mechanic. I will never deal with them ever again. I tell everyone that I know that if you go there, you are stupid. Its not their fault that the belt is obsolete, but they could have had a little compassion and worked with me on a trade or something. Just left me hanging. Dont go there, Muttons is much better.

Mostly unhelpful and unfriendly unless you spend thousands of dollars here and are well known and a professional lawn care person.

Came in with my chainsaw to get a new bar and chain they gave me the wrong items and when I called and asked them about it they blamed me for the wrong stuff when theyre person came out measured it and told me what I needed and still gave me the wrong product wasted 3 hours of my day because their employee was incompetent
