This was an extremely frustrating purchase. We ordered a dinning table at the end of February and were told that it would be about a month or so before they would start working because they were in the middle of a move. No biggie, I understand. But when two months came and went, I contacted them and they said that they needed another month and when they will start working, I was the first one on their list so I decided to wait.I reached out again a month later and this time they tell me that they already started orders for other customers and that they need to finish those projects before starting mine. I was getting pretty irritated because they told me that I was first on their list but they started working on other projects anyway. I should have looked for someone else to make me a table, but they seemed apologetic for the wait so I gave them another chance. When the ball finally got rolling, the wait time was approximately 3 months and not the 6-8 weeks that they state on their Etsy page.When the table was actually made, it was delayed 3 more times before finally being shipped out. To top it off, freight was also delayed, twice! Then the long awaited table finally arrived, 5 1/2 months later, but not without damages on the side. John sent a repair kit with absolutely no instructions. Promised me instructions in a few days. It’s been over 3 weeks and I still have no instructions and no word from either John or Riya. I sent 2 messages during this time and they still have not replied. They’ll gladly take your hard earned money and don’t take your messages seriously when you have paid the final portion of your invoice.

Top notch, great communication, great product, and all around pleasure to work with.
