Very helpful, but not at all pushy. I love the no pressure approach. Had what we were looking for. Delivered same day. This was not our first experience. We have a history of previous sales. Love the dogs!

Not much I can say about this furniture store except it is typical furniture store pushing high-priced items that are lower quality.I need to shop around and compare prices to other stores and do some more homework. But I didnt have a good gut feeling about this place.

Was not impressed with the owner are the sales person or whoever he was decided I would go elsewhere and spend approximately $1,700 on the bedroom mattress found a place right down the road from there about a half mile on the same side of the road and he was more than happy to help me

Purchased a King Koil bed that is defective. Have used King Koil before with good results, this particular mattress is obviously defective. The rep could only say that unless a spring was protruding there was nothing covered.After some research it turns out that there is no one King Koil factory that makes these beds under quality control. Rather factories all over the world make mattresses under the King Koil label. The factory that made this mattress is in Georgia and the phone number is not in service.After spending $1000.00 for a bed a store should be able to offer some assistance to a customer.Shame on you
