It was a decent experience neither bad nor great, just middle of the road. Will have to research on the manufacturers to see how they rate. If I can purchase directly from manufacturer, Ill do that and probably save some $.

American homes- is awesome.... If you are looking for a new home and a company who cares, American homes is the place!! My sales lady is very knowledgeable and the set up crew was also exceptional. Before I decided to buy my home from here I had visited several dealerships in Sacramento and in Auburn and had the worst customer experience. I left the same way I came to them empty and a lot of un-answered questions. AT American Homes Sales, not only did I get to design my home I also got a lot of information and direction of what to expect during the construction phase of the project.
