True professionals here! I was traveling through the area on a 15,000 trip and needed a quick oil change on my ‘08 Harley Ultra Classic. The local Harley shop was too busy, so I called C & E. They said come on over and we will change your oil and wash your bike and have you out in about an hour.As soon as the technician got my bike on the rack he noticed a major problem with my main transmission bearing. He knew it would not make it the remaining 8,000 miles of my journey, and doubted it’d even make it another thousand. They analyzed the situation and all the possibilities of more parts that may be needed once they opened it up, and assured me they had all the parts needed for the job.They gave me a loaner to get around to dinner and my hotel and said they’d have it buttoned up by close of business the next day. They called me around 3pm the next day and had it done and washed and shined up looking new again!When I arrived, they had about 5-6 different bearings that they had replaced to show me that were coming apart or highly pitted and worn.Can’t thank y’all enough for getting me back on the road less than 24 hours after taking my bike in!Great team of pros here!

Although I dont have an Indian, I have a Harley, they went the extra mile to take care of my bike, and install my new tires! Not only did they wash it, they even removed the melted rubber from my boot on my pipe!!! I also had my bike raised up, and Justin told me if it wasnt enough, he would gladly go up more to make it just right!! Great service department, and I will not hesitate to use them again!!

Nice dealership, they sell top of the line bikes.I recommend going there if your in the market for a new bike.

Service was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth which is right on with me! Seems like they are good folks around here. I will be back around sometime to take test ride.

We traveled to many Motorcycle dealerships in Reno and Sacramento. C&E was by far the easiest to deal with. The have plenty of stock to choose from. Everyone is nice a patient with our many questions and had no problem with letting us test drive. Jim Hatch was great to deal with when we bought our Bobber .....so much so that we decided to come back and get our second motorcycle there as well.

Just had Metzler cruisetec put on brand new wow awesome tires . Super smooth. Perfect tracking. So far best tires Ive ever put on my ultra classic Harley.

I called them when my normal Harley guy was three weeks out for service and was not disappointed. Great customer service and rates. I hurt my foot after I dropped off the bike and when I told them why I couldnt pick it up they had it delivered to my driveway later that afternoon.

Today was my first visit to C&E and it was great! I visited the shop to test ride a used 2018 KTM 1090R Adventure that they had on their website. (I know, a KTM at an Indian dealer?)I had called the afternoon before and was transferred to Jim. He answered all of my questions and give me information about the bike. So we set up a time for this morning to come see the bike.Upon arrival this morning Jim knew it was us and welcomed us by name. He must have spent at least 30-45 minutes with us looking over the bike. We set up test rides for myself and one of the other guys in our group.On a side note, while one of us was on the test ride, we noticed a nail embedded in the tire of my truck. Jim offered to fix it and ordered the patch kit to be delivered from a local auto parts store and patched my tire right there in the parking lot! No charge!Of course I ended up buying the bike and Jim and I worked out a great deal. He even threw in a free t-shirt!I don’t know about customer service at other bike shops in Auburn, but C&E knows how to do it right!

Fantastic store. Jim kept the process moving quickly and smoothly while answering all of my questions during the sale process. Their service department has been great as well. All round fantastic business and I cant wait to buy my next bike from C&E, hopefully sooner rather than later!

This place is great I buy a lot of parts here for my electra glide. Always have what I need, I was even overly impressed with the service department WOW!!! all I can say is customer service like that is very rare these days. One on one communication and recommendation I will always take my bikes here thanks guys again.

First visit for warranty work on my Indian and the experience was flawless..

I bought a 2020 Indian Challenger trading my 2018 Harley Heritage 114. There was an issue with the new bike and they actually let me take my old bike home so I wasnt left without a ride. The owner Carlo is letting me use his personal 2020 Challenger while my bikes being tended to. Who provides this type of service in this day and age? C&E does, thats who. Remember, its when things go wrong, how are they handled, thats what matters.

Great bikes, cool gear and knowledgeable staff. Service department gave me some tips on how to fix my Scout. The guy was more interested in getting me back on my bike than making a buck. He just made a loyal lifetime customer.

They have a lot of scout bobbers to check out, manager is awesome and so are people who work there.

Drove 4 hours in hope of finding a bike that fits me comfortably. I belong to the IMRG#1950 so I thought I would make the drive since they sponsor the group.Walked in and was never greeted, a gentleman was there helping one of the ladies behind the counter. He made eye contact several times but that was it. Another lady walked out and never acknowledged me either. Looked around a little more and finally left. Maybe caught them on an off day.

These guys are amazing. They work with you and get you the best deal. I been dealing with them for about a year now and they never seem to disappoint. Will be getting another bike for them soon. They have vase variety of bikes to choose from. From classics to the newest model.I highly recommend this place. 👍

We were treated incredibly well at C&E. Carlo offered several Indians to try, on our own, and he shared a sweet route to head out on. There is no pressure to *buy right now* and everyone is genuine and friendly. The Indian rider culture and this type of response from Showroom Staff at Indian locations here in NorCal is what COMPLETELY CEMENTED this choice for us. Big shout out to Carlo and Emma Lujan. I recently made an hour long trip to this Indian dealership. The staff was friendly and informative. The bikes are better looking in person for sure. Videos and pictures dont do justice to how good looking these Indian motorcycles are in person.
