The facility is nice clean and organized prices are fair and the staff is very friendly I went in and saw Chris and he was extremely professional and helpful, answered all my questions and settled any problems quickly definitely would recommend and if you do go see Chris

The place is usually clean and neat although some people leave their drinks and food in the elevators. The price is good too, only reason I take off a star is because the first time I came there the codes didnt work. Luckily there were people in the office that could activate them.

Privately owned chris was great help. My current unit/company was bought out by life storage which is the worst company ever. Now Im happy to be here at west coast self storage.

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! The people are so nice and truly know the value of their customers. They have great customer service which is something thats a make or break for me. Meh...Same unit, same service, but the rent keeps going up. Not really happy about that. But its clean and its secure.

This place was a lot more secure and cleaner than other places we had rented so we figured would give it a shot. We were told that the prices dont hardly ever go up or at least they hadnt in the many years she had worked for them. And less than 9 months price gets jacked up $50 more a month. I hate storage units because they lie to you to get your service but at least here rats dont eat our stuff thats in storage

Horrible experience with staff. Our unit was emptied out and keys were turned in by the 1st. Very rude to my wife over the phone. Said that since we didnt give 30 DAY notice we were vacating the unit we were going to have to pay for another month for an empty storage unit! If we dont they are sending us to collections.

I just opened up a storage unit here. I am very impressed. The units themselves are clean and well lit. The security system is more thorough than any I have seen before. Perhaps most of all, Shyler was extremely helpful and great to work with even as she balanced the needs of multiple other customers.

The woman that worked the desk here was top shelf. Great customer service and outstanding human overall. My brother let her know that he was diagnosed recently with cancer in his throat. She was genuinely concerned. Thanks for the outstanding service, and thanks even more for the human touch.

Someone went through my storage unit. Gave. 30 day notice they sent my first of month bill early and when I told them I would be out before the first...which is today them wouldnt let me in using my code to open the gate or go to my floor.Im not going to pay and if they keep my stuff, Im going to. Sue .

This is the best storage I have ever rented from. The staff is friendly and will.go the extra mile to help you with anything. I would recommend anyone to rent from west coast storage in auburn great place.

Pros: very cleanCons: Left my storage unit unlocked for 2hrs, came back to my storage unit and found 2 tubs of personal stuff missing. Told guy working front desk and he told me, to bad. Asked if I should file a police report and he said not too. They have cameras all over, but don’t watch them.

Very clean. Love the key fob for the gate and the elevator. They are a little over priced and i didnt expect it to be as much as it was. My 1st couple days were prorated and i ended up paying 160 for the 1st month.

I had an amazing experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful, the prices are reasonable, there are carts to load your stuff into the elevators, a wide open loading dock, and the storage units are humidity and temperature controlled. I once was there until they closed, and accidentally left my storage open. They have me a one time code at no extra fee to get in and lock my unit up. This was definitely one of the best self storage experiences I have ever had.

I give 5 bc the restroom was clean and the easy access to load the truck.

The employee who helped me named Joanie was great!! So nice and helpful. The building is so clean and it was really easy to drop off my stuff even with the elevators. A great experience which I didnt expect from a storage company. I loved the sodas and beverages in the lobby also.

From day one they have been super star’s.I have been a customer of there for about a year and and amazing. I like to ask what can I do(ie)or who can I talk to or can I send you money for you to give them they have made me feel very welcome. From day one and there customer service is amazing very friendly the place is alway amazingly cleanest place I have been into and I live down in Tacoma and really don’t need storage anymore BUT it just I don’t want to lost such a great place or forget about it. I keep my stuff there and get what I need please let me know who else I can email to tell them!!! WHAT a SUPER job they are doing and I have let my friend know. They have store there Stuff and closed there old storage rooms have moved in they love it there too superb job auburn west coast storage

The staff in the office were extremely friendly and helpful. The site was very clean and easy to access. Everything worked as they said it would. Elevators are spacious and the onsite dollies are a lifesaver. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area with storage facility needs.

West Coast Storage is great! We were looking for a clean, safe, affordable storage facility and we found it. The facility is spotless and the service from Evan and the staff is awesome - theyre all incredibly friendly, flexible and helpful. Moving is stressful no matter how you slice it, but they managed to make this aspect of our move as stress-free as possible.

This place was great! The facility was spotless, carts for moving were super helpful and the staff was superb. I felt really comfortable leaving all our possessions here while we were in the midst of our move. Would totally recommend this facility!

Awesome! New, clean, friendly, nice guys that work there. Hospitality is great. Building seems safe aka secure. What I looove is that you cannot go past whatever floor youd signed unit is on. Which is as an added safety feature so theres no roamers ....in the buildings. Example: If your unit is on the 2nd floor the elevators dont even ALLOW you to go past the 2nd floor which is cool. They have dollys available for moving your things from car to units for free. Also have uhaul rental available on sight which makes it REALLY CONVENIENT for unorganized movers like myself. Also have state of the art key tags available so you dont have to type number over and over. Climate controlled buildings. It just doesnt get better. Pricing is right on time.. You get what you pay for.. Awesome place.
