My husband and I had gone in to do a little browsing, and I was considering picking up a gift for my sister. Wed decided that we were going to come back after dinner. The employee (possibly owner) changed our minds. As we were leaving, he demanded to know why we didnt buy anything. He proceeded to shout at us that his store was the oldest and best in the mall, and that we had to buy something. Nope. Not a single red cent will leave my pocket to go to someone that rude. Id rather wait on an Amazon purchase any day. It would probably also be more affordable and higher quality, as well.

The guy has anger management problems. He needs to go to school to learn interpersonal communications and customer service skills. Hes loosing potential sales based on his attitude. Hint* maybe if you werent so rude you would sell things. . .

Rude employee, want to see if he had the praying manthis katana or at least see one similar to order, but he completely blew me off, said he didnt want to show any of the swords and basically to get out. SMH

The gentleman running the front desk was extremely rude. I get that maybe he wasnt fond of people just browsing in his store but going as far to kick people out is just going above and beyond to be mean.

The owner is extremely rude. And started yelling because we had to take a second to think about the price! Worst customer service EVER !!! No wonder why the store is closing!

I havent been here in a few years but I have been here a few dozen times over the last decade and a half or so. The owners are friendly and always go above and beyond to help me. They even once ordered a bunch of items for me and had me look through their catalog. They recognize me every time I go in there as the dragon guy.

Bad Business Customer Service is horrible
