We love this family owned business. Cant say enough for how wonderful they are. Ordering parts is simple and great videos to make any repair. We have a shelter that we use for camping. Its perfect to keep us dry, cut down on a cold breeze or shade from the hot sun. Everyone that sees it wants one!

The shelter looks nice but it is very poorly made. I probably used it less than 10 times and it was broken twice and the last one was not able to be repaired. The company will say that it is user error but when wind less than 2mph causes it to collapse and break, there is something wrong with the workmanship. Breaks are so common that they have spare parts and do it yourself repair videos readily available. For a price of course. I’m not paying good money for an item that i will constantly need to repair myself; it might be even more profitable for the company to sell fixes to the products than the actual product. I would not recommend this product but if you do purchase, be prepared for it to break.
