Lisa at the Auburn facility was very responsive the problems I was having with my current 3 year old CPAP machine. Once we learned it was too costly to repair, she was able to get me a new machine at a resonable cost.I was told by the company i had been dealing with that it was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do. More reason to buy local!
