This review is for the pharmacy in hopes that the manager will step in and do something since obviously the pharmacy doesnt care according to the reviews. I just moved to Auburndale and transferred my prescriptions from another pharmacy. I will now be going back to another town and driving to get my prescriptions because this pharmacy has left that bad of a taste in mouth! I called to check to see if my prescriptions were ready and was on hold. I heard the phone pick up and click as if to put me on hold but nobody answered. Then it just hung up. I called back and got someone and I may be butchering the name but they said, Publix pharmacy, this is Baylor?? (or a name similar) pharmacy tech may I put you in hold for a moment Ill be back in a few moments, please bear with me. I said, Okay, no problem. I was on hold for several minutes and then guess what? The call just hung up... I called back and got a recording saying they were out to lunch and to call back in an hour! It is obvious that this pharmacy tech is just picking up and hanging up on people. Obviously they also didnt want to answer another question because it was lunch time. I have had my prescriptions at a Publix pharmacy for YEARS and, although it has not always been perfect, I have never been so let down. I hope when the new store opens, it is better than this! I also plan to write to the corporate office.

Always clean friendly service. Good quality meat, Boars Head meat, fresh subs and salads. Nice hot food case!

Just like a good Publix should be.People park in the spaces not in the fire lane. Liquor store attached as well. Very nice store.

I tried to get my covid boster.But they lied to me and said they did not have it. Not knowing my wife had been there 2 hours earlier..they finally admitted I did not meet there guidelines... how sad..

Don’t order from this bakery they will either mess up your order or will not make it at all. I placed an order for a cake for a special event and when I went to pick it up the older lady at the bakery was so rude and said I had canceled the order . Why would I waist my time driving there if I supposedly canceled my order smh and when I asked details about the supposedly cancellation date and time she didn’t even know what to say. I will never be ordering from this bakery and don’t recommend anybody to order from here either

Called the bakery department to order a cake for my sons birthday for Saturday at 1:00 pm (today is Wednesday) and Kathy told me they cant have it ready until 2:00 pm or later and for me to check other stores because they are to busy. Another thing that bothered me was when I asked about a design she didnt even try to help me, she told me they have just one and that is it. I have been in other Publix store (Northgate) and they helped me with everything and even decorated my cake the way I wanted.

I went to order a few wraps from the deli. I informed the lady that I was highly allergic to mayo and she prepared my wrap right next to the mayo scooping the mayo for the other wrap that was being made right over my wrap. She also pulled lettuce off the other wrap (which contained mayo) and put it on mine. My bf ended up getting the wrap for himself since I couldnt eat it or I would have left it right where it was.You guys need to hire better staff in your deli otherwise yall could face major lawsuits in the future.

I liked this Publix. They were friendly, courtesies, and happy to help. Even there Customer Service desk were not rude or acted like a refund was coming out of their paycheck. The store was clean. The rest rooms also were clean and well stocked. As were the shelves. The items on sale that week were easy to come by. And easy to find. They did closes their doors a little early that night, but it was Sunday and they just wanted to go home to there families. Who could be mad at that. So Publix in Auburndale good job. Your sure alot better than some of the Publix stores around you. Take a good look at what this Publix is doing right and learn what real customer service, at Publix, is supposed to be all about......

I grew up on Publix ya gotta love the Deli

Love shopping at Publix however this location can really use help in the deli and prepared foods department. Dont understand how they run out on deli ham and Italian bread. The wait to order deli or prepared foods is always longer than it should be. Highly recommend hiring more staff.

I ordered a sub from them and it tasted great.

The staff is nice, store is clean. Deli is a joke. Not only do the townjes refuse to wear masks to that super spreader event, but the line is often 10 customers deep. Ordered ahead? Cool, you’ll still wait :20 after your pickup time. The deli is in desperate need of more or better help.

I always get my subs from here just call ahead to keep from waiting in a long line and I recommend the ultimate sub

The bakery offering cookies to the children is great. Mr Davis in the Bakery was the greatest help on deciding what we wanted for dinner and dessert. Pizza from the publix dough and cake! Clean and friendly!

It is a good place to go shopping.

A cashier (Emily) was very rude to my grandson and even skipped him when he was trying to check out. When he tried to tell her she rolled her eyes at him. He came to me crying. So I mentioned it to her and she denied it, but another customer that saw what happened approached me in the parking lot and said she thought that Emily didnt handle the situation appropriately. Not usual Publix standards.

Clean store workers are very helpful I liked it so well I applied for a job and was hired

I go there for the pub subs. The lady that makes them, I think her name is Melissa, shes very nice and patient and shes starting to remember my whole sandwich. I love coming back and seeing a big welcoming smile.

Regular Publix supermarket. Prices are above average but the shopping carts are wonderful. Ambience is also pretty good

I would have gave a 5 star rating but 2 of the employees really need to work on customer service and check their attitudes. Outside of that Publix Havendale store in Auburndale is a good store to do your shopping.

Great Publix..worst Deli ever. Never has fried chicken ready, no regular potato wedges only sweet ones that no one gets, rarely any salads, definitely not 7 layer or those ready made dinners. We are now going down the road a lil to Winter Haven because they never have what we need. Go check out any other Publix deli than come here and tell me Im wrong. Ill wait...

I don’t know what is happening but the quality of the meet and salads it’s just NOT there . Definitely someone needs to check that. I bought 2 times the same product, and both times was bad (smells bad, old) . I don’t mind to pay more but the product at least needs to be fresh.

Great customer service. Found an item there that NO Publix in Lakeland Florida had even though their inventory said they did. Very sad. One store did check all inventory in Lakeland. Referring me to another Publix in Lakeland. Same ole story. We are out even though inventory says we have it. After calling around traveled Abt 20 miles to get it in Auburndale. Mortons clean and protect water softener pellets 25 lb bags. The young man brought it to our truck and loaded it too. Way to go Publix Auburndale Fl.

Very small grocery store with always full parking lot. The deli area is extremely small and always packed. They always run out of food and the lines are always long. This is not my go to place to shop for food, especially cooked food.

Terrible Publix. Can not get deli service - 6 deli employees, but they run into the back and stay there. Lines at the deli are outrageous, and the deli is unsanitary. Once a deli employee put pulled pork in my tray with his bare ungloved hands. When I told the manager about it and the employee admitted he used his hands, the manager offered to give me the pork for free. Not the point. Imagine what goes on in the back. This is the Publix closest to me, but I drive an extra 5 miles to go to another Publix.

Lousy distribition. Build a larger store in Auburndale so you can actually stock some variety and so youre ahead of the growth of the area. Your small variety encourages shopping in Lakeland or on Amazon.

Thus is the closest publix to our home. Publix is many miles ahead of its competition. This store is vary friendly. What we love about publix,when you ask whare something is they dont point to whare the item is,the actually take you right to the product. Publix is really what they say,shopping is a PLEASURE! Thank you publix never stop with the extras.

This location is much smaller than most stores so they dont have as large of a selection of products. They must be short staffed because they only had two baggers so the lines were backed up due to cashiers having to bag groceries.

Always seems to be a hassle getting ahold of the deli/prepared food area to put in an order in via call-in. Needs improvement. Other than that, good store

Excellent service and good sales. Glad they removed the one direction signs, and kept mask wearing. I felt safe, yet not restricted. Signs matched prices at checkout.

Compared to the Publix in Lakeland this one is just okay. It has your typical Publix products with a small bakery and deli. I wish it had some of the things that the Publix in lakeland has but sadly it does not. It can have a fair amount of people at times and it can be pricey. Always check it out on the weekends to be on the look out for sales. All in all just a regular old smallish Publix.

I made an appointment for covid vaccine. I filled out all the paperwork on line. When I got there for the appointment, I had to fill out the paperwork again then wait for all the walk-ins who didnt have an appointment. Very wrong!!!

So very ThankFul for Jon! He normally works at the customer service desk providing amazing services. Yesterday I experienced issues doing instacart excepting a 3 batch trip for the first time during rush hour it seemed like smh luckily with Jon’s patience I was able to fulfill the orders.

I always shop this store. Customer service is excellent. Everyone is friendly. Highly recommended.

VERY disappointed and frustrated with the pharmacy. I have called on several occasions in need of a prescription to be filled and I have waited over 30 minutes multiple times. Today I have called twice already and was on hold for 15 minutes on two separate occasions before I finally decided to hang up and write this review. I am not one to leave negative reviews often, BUT this happens EVERY TIME I try and call for prescriptions!It needs to be fixed.
