Ive never stopped here before, but I was impressed. Ghey have lots of mobile home building/repairing needs. I was looking for a set of steps with a railing to go into our home after my electric lift is moved to our new home. I picked out what I wanted, and asked if the deliver. The owner (I believe) wrote up my purchase, and informed me that one of his employees will do deliveries for a fee. They were very busy, yet very helpful, and we were in and out in a short time. Nice people to do business with.

The staff really takes time to understand your need and give you multiple options of varying price levels. Its great to be able to make an informed decision. They stand by their products and their work and do what they say. Very convenient and cost effective. I thought I wanted a new door but after the staff member listened to what I was saying, he offered a much less expensive and easier option for a window insert. I wanted light and airflow and I got it for a little more than $120 instead of a new door system for $300-500. So happy...

Stopped there yesterday and they did not have the one size window I wanted. That isnt why I am giving a one start review though. When I asked about the window the gentleman was quite rude and muttered something else that was even ruder as he walked away. Im in the process or remodeling two bathrooms and a kitchen and had already picked out a few sinks and some new windows I liked and was going to look through the kitchen cabinets next but I will take my business to someone that can appreciate it.

Customer service was awful. I have been there twice and unfortunately was attended by the same man. I returned to exchange an item, he hardly spoke to me, through my receipt at me landing on floor, also just shoved my money at me. when I asked a question he never replied. I probably not return just for that reason.

Good, good, good selection of all things mobile home; doors, all sizes windows, sinks, tubs, showers, kitchen fixtures, cabinets. Yes, theres literally tons of stuff there; BUT------- The customer service at the Auburndale location was more than lousy with bad customer relations from the employee on duty when we visited today. What??? A word for that employee: Who do you think you are, dude? And what exactly are you even doing there? Going back today (11-16-18) to purchase a window.

Service is not at the top of their list. They treat you like theyre the only place that you can get what you need,so they can treat you how they want, an inconvenience to their day. Prices are on the higher side. I would drive farther away for better service.

4th time...no purchase, rude employees..if you mention anyone else you have shopped with they get offended...not going back...will work with Mobile Home Depot ot Lowes from thjs point forward.

I went because I need a front door for my home. Embarrassed that I cant remember his name but he was SO helpful! He answered tons of questions I had (about other stuff also) and took his time to show me exactly what I need it. I ordered my door bc they didnt have it and they will cut it to the size I need! I will buy everything I need for my home here! Good prices and they are really nice! He even gave me a lil piece of metal I needed for the gutter! Really nice of him! I recommend it!! Unlike the other review that has been posted, I was very pleased with the service I received. Being that I am a DIY type of person this business really filled the bill. I called several business shopping prices, and Broke & Poor, was by far less expensive for the exact item than any other establishments. I went in with my trusty list of items, knowing what it would cost I was ready to do business...BUT, I meet Charles (you know the type, the straight shoot, the one who will spend a few minutes to make sure that your really need everything that youre going to buy). To make a long story short, I had forgotten a major item, the cost of this stupid thing was under $5.00, and with him just taking a few minutes to go over my plans, this man saved me several hours of drive time, gas and the embarrassment of a unfinished project. Thank you...I will be a return customer.

Their website states they offer excellent products and quality service. I wish that was true. We purchased a door from them and were not told until we were ready to pay that there was a $45 charge for cutting the door to fit our manufactured home. We were assured that the job would be done right. When I tried to install the door it was not square; the frame was 3/16 in. off in one direction and the door was 3/16 inch off in another direction. I called to speak to the owner and he didnt have the courtesy to come to the phone or return my numerous calls.I went to the Auburndale store and was told the only thing they would do was recut the door and frame, which not only would make the door shorter but the frame would not fit in the opening prepared for the door size ordered. Not an acceptable solution for a $400 door. I am very disappointed this company does not stand behind the bold statement on its website or behind the work of its employees. Buyers beware!

Was looking for a base moulding couldnt find anywhere yet. But found some moulding I can use with a little work.For $2.00 a piece I can spend a little more time to make it work
