Mr.Julian is a nasty old Redneck! We called him to ask if he sold a particular house(been vacant for 3months) his first words where What’s it to you? Well sir, we still live in the neighborhood,& even though you are a snake, we still Have the neighborhoods best interest and to see 4 people in that house without a vehicle seemed suspicious.Sorry for caring! And I hope all the houses you stole from these old people never sell!

Terrible experience overall!! Julian makes promises and never goes through with it! Ashley is rude and has terrible customer service. We had damage in the home due to the companies irresponsibilities and 2 years later they didnt fix any of it after constantly letting them know about it. They just said we’ll put in a work order and never fixed anything!

Yes Ive been attend it going on out 6 years well my kitchen caught fire in December 2018 lost a lot of food So I was forced to either pay rent and not have a place or was whole rant until my place was fixed which took 14 days the entire time without a frigerator without a stove had to buy food out E every night then turn around and had to replace what was burnt and Mr. Julian said I was going to I getting a new stove from lowes to replace the 1 i had but then after 6 days brings a used 1 with paint all over it and when i asked what happem to the 1 from lowes he replied back That due to the area of the ghettos that I live in that I would not qualify for a new stove but for use product only still having a burned refrigerator and in doing so they decided that they want to evict me from said property but yet still want me to pay rent due to having to replace all i lost not like i cant pay it dam sure at tax time but still even trun in all paperwork of were nd what the rent money was use for and was told thats not my iusses nor problem....great owner and 99% of the staff is great but Mr. Julian is not the other 1% in fact he is a down Klein for this company For example I try to buy a place where Im at and have a new triple wide put on top he said the price would have been a 125000. For what I was asking for a removal of the old house answer place that 1 there have cash in hand ready to go and he told me it wasnt worth his time to put something that nice into a ghetto place like this so again great company great employees great sub contractors just one shady man drill Mr. Julian If they were to get rid of him the company with a sore make more money anybody who deals with him knows ....
