This place is truly amazing! Fortunately for me I have only had to visit them twice. First time was for a part for my LG refrigerator. This time was a part for my Bryant AC unit. Both times they had the parts in stock. Both visits the staff was friendly, helpful and didnt laugh at my questions. The price was very consistent with Amazon or eBay. Especially if you consider same day pick up which both times was a requirement. This place is really a diamond in the rough. Keep up the great work and thank you for all your help you gave!!!!

This place is a hidden gem. Easy to get to, friendly people behind the counter and they had what I needed. Thank you.I would gladly pay double the price than give any more money to Amazon. Amazon didn’t have real people answering questions or making sure I got the correct part.

At 5 am this morning we realized our furnace was not working. With trouble shooting, i found the exact part i needed, though the manufacturer only sold to their distributors, most of which were service shops that could not sell me parts.I searched google for appliance parts and gave AAP a call! They were very friendly and patient and did not have the part in stock, though a site in Bolingbrook did. They were able to take my credit card over the phone and placed the order on my behalf, all i had to do was pick it up!After many, many phone calls to people who had to sell me a service instead of a $40 part, AAP was there to help me! I will certainly come back in the future!

They have always been helpful and easy to work with whenever Ive been there. Worst thing about buying there is that since I keep fixing most of our old appliances, we never replace them. However, the last repair person at our house doing a warranty repair (sixth time on our three year old GE microwave/convection oven) suggests always buying the dumbest appliances you can find.

Awesome service. Found my refrigerator part at one of their stores hours away.They had it sent to the store closer to me; ready for pickup the next day! Reasonable prices. I will shop here again.

Ive been here at least ten times over the last seven to eight years and they have had the parts I need in stock all but once. The prices are fair, the people are friendly and knowledgeable. They are my first call every time I need a part.

Had just what i needed for my furnace, was in and out within 5 minutes.. gave him old flame sensor and he matched one up right away! Compared exactly to online price aswell!! Ahh nice and toasty house again :)

After I spent 2-3 hours of online research and searching Amazon, I came here and he had everything I needed for my dryer in 10 minutes! Ill be coming here first from now on! And it was cheaper than online! Overnight shipping wouldve cost me $35 on top of that.

DONT EVER BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!You cant return anything even if you buy it walk out change your mind & turn around walk right back in. Also if for some hope they do return it they charge 20% to turn around & put it back on the shelve. Waste of $77 down the drain last time I ever come here. I should have walked out right when I walked in guy was on his phone talking to a friend about vacation & going out when he is looking at me waiting for him.
