This Goodyear is top of the line. Anytime I need any sort of service to my car this is the only place I take it. Xiomara and Johnny have taken care of me for years. Highly recommended.

My tires needed to be rotated. I was refused service at “Discount Tires” on Havana because they were closing in 10 minutes.I drove a few blocks further to Good Year. They were closing as well. But without hesitation, he accepted my vehicle, rotated my tires, gave me a full inspection and gave me a price below my expectations to include mount and balance.Hats off to Eduardo Calles and his team. You guys are amazing! Thank you!

Eduardo Was so he lpful to me when I arrived I was having trouble breathing. I am on oxygen and machine did not seem to be working so he got my car charger for it and put me in car with it. So polite and very helpful. Everyone there was very attentive and keeping an eye on me till the could get my car battery in and get me on my way.

Ok so I’ve been going to my good year on Havana in Aurora for many yrs. This crew is amazing they have always done right by me and my daughters cars. They have you set up an appointment online and then call you an 30 minutes before your appointment and say “oh we are double booked at that time so we have to cancel your appointment”.

We were stranded with 3 kids and a flat tire. Cory at the aurora, (Mississippi and Havana) location. Was very helpful and got us in right away right before closing. He so took it out of his time to check the other 3 tires as well as show us what happened woth our flat tire. He was very helpful and we are very thankful for his service.

This is one if the best garages Ive been to. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their hours are great and allow plenty of time to either pick up or drop off my car before and after work. They are open 7 days a week, which is rare and convenient. And the most important of all, they are fair. Unfortunately, as a woman, I have had several garages try to take advantage of me, this is one of the only garages that is honest with me and doesnt try to sell me things I dont need. Ive used this shop twice and will definitely be back if I need more service.

Quick and easy

These guys were so helpful. We had some tires to drop off for recycling, and although they weren’t specifically setup for contactless drop off, they accommodated us. They took payment over the phone and unloaded the tires, and we didn’t do much have to roll down a window.Also, their recycling fee/tire was less than I found elsewhere.

The customer service was AWESOME! KYLE H. was my Technician. I would for sure go there again.

If you own an older classic car, dont bother going or calling here. I own a 1968 Chevy and they told me they cant work on it. It only needed some basics like spark plug wires, timing, bakes etc. (Btw older cars are usually much easier to work on, so I dont get the issue), Plus it seems they did not have the tires in stock, and were not sure if they could get them! I thought tires were Goodyears specialty. I called Firestone a couple blocks away and they have them in stock, no problem. Just FYI.

Please do me a favor and don’t give them your business. I believe one of their employees stole my car Monday March 25 at 4:00am. They don’t have cameras so I know this because the restraint next door had a camera. I called the cops but I wanted to let everyone know that this place has shady employees. Always get a second opinion when they come back with an estimate. They were ripping me off for a while before I took my business to Keller’s. You would take your car in with one problem and leave with another. They also over charge too. Apparently Henry is the only one who can do more than half the jobs and he is the most expensive or at least that’s what the tell me. I give it no stars but this review platform won’t allow it. Here is the car a couple of years ago.

Upon arrival, I checked in my modified vehicle. Then I hear my exhaust and turn around to see my vehicle being floored down the street. I calmed down and let it go since this is my only day to get my service done. I was told 2 hours would be the maximum, well after 4 hours I cancelled. Then I was told they stopped halfway to work on customers cars with appointments. They gave me 20$ off if I come back. On the way home I quickly noticed my steering was very loose and cannot safely drive the vehicle. So for 4 hours of time my car was gunned full throttle down the street, done halfway and let go to me in a condition that is not drivable. I own 7 vehicles all with Goodyear tires. Now I need to reconsider a choice I made years ago because of this location.

I’ve been buying tires from this place since I moved to Colorado 8 years ago; always great service, they grant their warranty on tires.January, 17 2020, Took my flat tire to repair it, it had a little screw on it, they said can’t be repaired and wouldn’t instal a used tire that i had with me, bear in mind i was their customer for a long time and tire should’ve been under warranty. OK bye bye.Went to discount tire store south of there in Havana, they repaired my tire free of charge and I was never their customer. Good Year just lost a customer, Discount Tire just got a new customer.

I love it here; I have always gotten good service at decent rates with the most important quality, HONESTY! I was never attempted to be swindled into getting something my car didnt need. This is a BIG positive note in my book because being a woman it seems like a lot of places try to trick you into getting something just because they think you are ignorant about cars.I only give this Goodyear four stars because yes, sometimes they can be a little slow but the quality of service and the way the treated me was wonderful! After moving a deeply miss this location!

This is an exceptional Goodyear garage. Johnny and the entire team, including mechanics, are very knowledgeable and have the highest integrity for their work. I always appreciate the time their long time mechanic takes to clearly explain any issue I may have with my 2000 4Runner. Ive since moved to Lakewood but will continue to keep the Aurora location as my auto and tire service.

Ive been to this location probably 3 times and have had great service every time I go. I usually use one of the discount oil changes so it comes out to 20 - 30 bucks and the turnaround time is pretty good. I believe my truck takes and extra quart of oil than the discount covered so I was supposed to be charged extra for it but wasnt, when the manager was reviewing the service with me she saw this but didnt charge me for the extra quart since the service guy rang it up incorrectly. All in all very satisfied.

They went above and beyond to show me any issue my vehicle had. They were very accomadating to my service animal in training. Very friendly and noticed how prompt they were to other customers as they walked in as my job took longer than expected due to a few parts being broken on my vehicle. I would recommend this shop hands down. Very professional to talk to. Thank you.

It is a very friendly and professional place and you definitely get your moneys worth. After trying some other places around Denver, Ill be coming back here with the quality of work they put in.

They have great customer service until they get your money they will be all friendly selling you some tires and work you in that day even if it takes 6 hours but when you try to actually get service there Johnny just hangs up on you it definitely feels like I already got your money we dont want to actually work and do any service. Furthermore for a tire shop they have very limited stock so if youre an actual need of tires you have to just get whatever they have on hand which isnt a very large selection

Johnnie is great! I have been there 2 times for oil changes and they were quick and friendly both times. The first time I showed up after work and they got me in before close. The next time I did schedule in advance and I was in and out within 45 minutes. They let me know what else my car needed but they didnt pressure me to buy anything and explained everything they were talking about without being condescending like some shops. I will definitely go back.

I found a screw in a tire so i went to BIG O first only to find that they were closing shop 25 mins early and that i would have to wait until monday. That is when i found Goodyear on Havanna. Unfortunately they were booked up for the evening and asked me if i could bring it in first thing in the morning. Because Johnny was extremely polite and professional i agreed. Called a while ago about a puncture in the sidewall of my Goodyear wrangler duratrac tire. Didn’t buy the tire from a Goodyear so my warranty was non-existent but the manager, Johnny, was very helpful. He helped me with all other services (besides the tire price of course with lack of warranty) and even was patient with me with my busy schedule. Just got in today to drop off the wheel and get the tire installed. The staff all helped me get it done quickly and efficiently and I was out in no time. Great experience, next set of wrangler I will definitely buy from this location. Big thanks to Johnny and the others who helped, appreciated this a ton.

This shop just tells you to replace everything. Very friendly people, but Ive taken my car there several times. They cannot figure out whats wrong. Mostly because they wont even take it for a test drive or listen to the symptoms. There is ALWAYS a communication issue if you call ahead. Today I took it in for 3 hours and got it back and they didnt know if it had even been aligned or not, but lead me to believe it had until I asked. Last time Ill go there. Dont waste your time. Very unprofessional. Take it to a real mechanic

This is a 0 star !! They are not professionals.! They charged me over 800 to fix my car that was overheating, and they were just guessing what it was. They changed the fan clutch and the thermostat and the car still has the same problem. I went and told them what was happening they told me that they didn’t know than.I called for a refund and told me that I only could get a part refunded. Because the fan clutch didn’t have anything to do with the overheating. That it was another problem. Knowing they told me it was the problem.

I took my car in knowing that it needed to get new brakes on the front wheels at least. After getting a quote I told them to just do the front brakes, and was told it would take a couple hours. and they would call me when it was ready. This was at 10:30. I finally call them back at 4 to find out what is going on with my car only to be told oh I was about to call you, we have found another issue After spending 10 minutes on the phone asking if the car was drivable yet, I finally walked back to the store to find out that another repair was needed.The price quoted on this second repair was a bit high it seemed and so I looked online for the part..found it at the auto part store a block away for less than 1/3 the price they wanted to charge for it. Rather than adjust the price on their part at all I was told well youre more than welcome to go pick it up yourself and then well only charge you labor to put it in.After doing all of that I ask for a ride home because I wasnt going to wait for another 2 hours at the store. Again am told that they will call me when its ready, and so I wait...again. at 10 minutes til 7 I called them to find out what was going on, and was told that they were doing the test drive to be sure everything was okay. 10 minutes later still no call so I call them again and was told oh its done you can pick it up any time. I ask to be picked up, because its a 20 minute walk. Well I should have walked it took 30 minutes to be picked up, after having to call them 3 times asking if they were coming.At the end of everything there did not seem to be any attempt by the manager on duty to find out how my experience was, or to even offer and apology for the time that it took. I have done business with other goodyear service places in the past and expected better out of this one.After all of that I would say stay away from this place, the customer service is terrible, the work is passable at best, assuming you arent getting anything major done. and worst of all they dont do half of the service that they claim to be doing.

Just went there recently to get an oil change done with a scheduled appointment. I cannot put into words how DISAPPOINTED I am with the HORRIBLE service I had received there after being a customer for many years! As usual, they offered a FREE inspection with my oil change. (I have a 2001 Honda Civic with 80,100 original miles on it & have always had it maintained regularly). My last oil change about 4000 miles ago/ 6 months ago went fine & was told everything looked fine. This time, after waiting more than an hour for the oil change and inspection, they told me I have a leaking front driver side axle seal and suggested I get the axle & seal replaced for $300. I never had ANY symptoms of the leak such as any visible leak, noise, rough handling of my car, etc. They also recommended my front shocks be replaced, and that is very possible due to the age of my car. They quoted me $700 for the shocks, $1000.00 for both repairs. I declined since I wanted a second opinion. But the worst part is this! AFTER my oil change/ inspection was done, my car drives a lot more rough than it did before I went there and now my break pedal is harder to push down. I strongly believe they wanted to make more money off me in a very dishonest way! I very much regret free inspection & wish I would have only agreed to oil change. Will now be forced to take my car elsewhere! Also, they said they topped of all fluids. My washer fluid was completely empty upon leaving. My trust with Goodyear is gone after many years.

Johnnie M. took excellent care of my car and got an excellent deal on tires. These kinds of things can be a hassle for sure- cant trust anyone these days- but you can trust their team. Spent time in the lobby watching Hallmark movies while the car was being serviced. JM even came to get me to look at what was going on with everything and explained my options clearly and simply.Safe and sound. THANKS TO GOODYEAR.

Had a great experience at this shop. I had an appointment and got there a bit early. My car was taken immediately for a tire rotation. Johnnie did a wonderful job by checking my tires and even filed the inside of the rim! Thanks, Johnnie and the rest of the crew.

If you know anything about cars, dont bring it here. Untrustworthy employees who will cause more damage to your cars than actually fixing them. Relying on hammering parts of the car, stripping nuts and bolts and using zip ties as quick ways to get your money. Took 3 different mechanics here to fix a simple fuse. On top of that, they will treat you like trash and literally cuss at you if you call them out on it.

Do not go to this facility!! I brought my car to have my oil changed and upon leaving I was told that I needed my entire oil pan replaced because a prior facility had damage the pan. I attempted to discuss this with the facility and they offered $100 off the replacement. Also, the manager and other employees at this facility are very rude! I came into this facility for a $23 oil change and left with a $550 estimate for a new oil pan. They placed a larger bolt and sealant to stop the leak. I decided to search for cheaper option for the oil pan and then a month or two later I noticed oil pouring from the bottom of my car. I brought this into another facility who stated that I had a cracked valve cover gasket which I had fixed for ~$100 dollars. Since the valve cover gasket was replaced I have not had an issue with leaking oil. I was livid after leaving the Good Year facility when I discovered that I needed to pay $500 to get the pan fixed. I was even more upset upon finding out that the cause of my oil leak was not due to the pan and they attempted to charge me to fix something which was not damage. Please do not go to this facility unless you enjoy receiving an $500 estimate to fix something that is not damaged.

If you make an appointment online for same day their system wont update, so its like you dont have one. Even after setting up an appointment for another vehicle days in advance I showed up and their system didnt have the time set in. They are nice enough and will work around it, but their isnt a point to setting up times if the system wont keep proper track.

This was my second visit at this location and I couldnt be more impressed. Johnnie M. and his team were very professional and efficient at fixing the issue with my vehicle. I didnt feel pressured to purchase anything I didnt need nor felt like they were embellishing on the work that needed to be done. Johnnie was able to answer every question I had and explained the issue with my vehicle clearly. I plan on bringing my vehicle to this location in the future as problems arise.

Blew out a back tire one day, so I rolled into here and Christian along with the rest of the staff were able to help me back on the road that very same day.They didnt have the tires I needed in stock, but ordered them in within just a few hours. Service was very professional, and all at a very reasonable price.I cant thank them enough for the help.

We had a Goodyear card and decided to take advantage of the rebate on four Eagle F1 Asymetric All-Season tires. The tires feel good and installation took about two hours, even though they didnt even start service until 45 min after the appointment time. The most notable part of this experience was the customer service, as not one employee was friendly or personable. They complained about the rims on the car making it hard to install the tires (18 rims with a very small sidewall) seemed very unprofessional. Less than 24hrs after installation our pressure monitor went off in the car. We called because we wanted to make sure that everything was OK with the installation. The amount of attitude from the gentleman on the phone was palpable. He stated that the tire just needed air. No kidding, but we wanted to make sure everything was ok with our new $700 investment and the installation was done well. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location due to the lack of professionalism and customer service exhibited by the staff.

Sundays are by appointment only. Arrived 10 minutes before opening on Sunday to have a leaky tire plugged. Does not require a lift. I have had Big O Tires help before in the parking lot with a jack. Takes about 20 to 30 minutes to fix. No other customers were in the store. The counter person said he was tired and his customer service was lacking. I was told it would be over an hour, if not two, before they could look at my car, Sundays are appointment only. They only staff one tech. Being that Goodyear is one of the only places open in a Sunday they might consider having more then one tech available on a Sundays to assist customers. Lesson learned and customer lost. Sundays are appointment only.

THESE PEOPLE ARE NO GOOD AND HERES WHY. MY TIRE BUSTED ON MY WAY TO PICK UP MY AUNT TO TAKE HER TO THE HOSPITAL. JUST SO HAPPENS THAT IT WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THIS LOCATION. THEY REFUSED TO PLUG MY TIRE. THE ONLY THING THEY OFFERED WAS TO REPLACE IT WITH MY SPARE FOR $15. BUT THE WAIT TIME WAS 3 HOURS FOR A 15 MINUTES JOB. I BEGGED THEM TO EXPEDITE THE SERVICE BECAUSE I WAS ON THE WAY TO AN EMERGENCY. FLAT OUT SAID IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT THEN YOU CAN GO ELSE WHERE. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE GOODYEAR.

QUALITY - I could have done a better job and broken fewer car parts in the parking lot of my apartment by myself.APPEAL - Before I went to this location, the appeal seemed Good. After, it is Poor.SERVICE - Seemed great until I tried to start my car. My car wouldnt start after several attempts, which was the first problem of its type in the 5 years Id owned the car. I was encouraged to buy a new $80 battery to solve the problem. When I investigated the problem myself, it turned out my technician broke my AIR intake during an OIL change and it was choking the engine too much to stay on. A technician gave me a screwdriver and I made adjustments myself to the best of my ability. I promptly sped off as soon as my car would stay on.I called back at a later time to reach a manager. I explained my experience to him and asked him to refund my bill. I did not even ask for a replacement intake hose (about $15). I was denied my refund and instead offered a voucher for a free oil change! I could barely believe that after hearing about my terrible experience at his location, he invited me to come back! I couldnt accept his offer in fear that something else would be broken on my car without reciprocity.My experience at the Goodyear on Havana was ridiculous, to say the least. I was encouraged to buy a new car battery in complete vain. I found no accountability when investigating my broken intake hose and was floored by managements half-hearted proposal for a reconciliation. I was told I had 3,000 miles or 3 months until I needed my SYNTHETIC oil changed. Mind you, many synthetic oils including the one I use last 5,000 miles.I would not recommend this Goodyear location to anyone based on my experience. Its a shame, because I have had good experiences at other Goodyear locations. Namely the Goodyear on 15th and Tremont in downtown Denver.
