I am thrilled with their product, and installation services! The guys worked very hard to get our sign installed, and were very fastidious to make sure everything was right. Covid brought a lot of delays in general, but they still got it out in a reasonable time frame. The sign looks fantastic. This would absolutely be a 5-star review except that the final scheduling of the install was promised and then delayed twice [which happens of course], but that system should be better - in this case, it was a bit costly for me having to re-schedule a videographer and move my schedule around. I had a great experience working with ASC. They did such a beautiful job creating my sign for my salon, and it really was affordable! I had misspelled a word on my sign and I called right away and they fixed it! Thank goodness I caught it before it was made. They were open and fixed it right away. I have edited my post. The only reason for 4 stars was the long delay in completing the project. Ana was in communication with me and they had vehicle issues then Covid issues. While it took some time to complete the job, it was ultimately completed.

Never again. I will actively tell everyone i get a chance about how terrible my experience was.Ive used this company twice and both times were headaches. Without going into date, times and conversations particulars this is the story.I paid for a sign in advance in full and was given a date. They didnt make it. In fact after paying I couldnt get a hold of anyone at the business. Richard and his wife dodge calls and lie about when work will get done. They didnt pull a permit at any time. The electrical for the sign didnt get hooked up until 2 weeks after they installed it and avoided at least 100 of my calls.The installation looks bad and the sign isnt the original design I sent.The best part was when Richard presumptuously asked me to leave a Google review before he had finished the project. This was at a point where they were already a week late.Hey Richard, when you read this please know that I really dislike you and how you do business. Honestly, I tried to work it out with this local family owned company but didnt work out. For starters the customer service is awful! I was told a certain time and date for my sign to be installed and took a week later for them to come. The morning the crew was supposed to come install my sign, which was supposed to be at 11am, I get an email at 9am saying my sign will be installed that morning by the time the two unprofessional men arrived it was 3pm, which not only did they not speak English and was hard communicate but also didnt know what they were doing, of course because theyre not certified. At the end of the installation Im left with a big hole I have to close myself because they dont provide full service My lights started flashing out and one of my Channel letters is bent. I contacted Ana, since she said I had warranty and she said someone was going to come on a Wednesday yet no one came again, and neither was I notified that no one was coming. So here I am waiting and no word from them after asking. I would think they would try to fix their last irresponsible action by coming on time. I fully paid my sign and was charged on top of everything a total of $127 credit card payment FEE. As a business owner I dont charge my customers any credit card FEEs as I pay that as an appreciation to my customers. If I had paid in cash they wouldve not charged me any extra fees probably because they dont report their sales to the government. I am very disappointed in this company I will not recommend them to anyone. However, Im still waiting for my lights and letter to come be fixed.

We got the Signage for my Salon from Richard and we were really impressed with the work. I would strongly recommend him for any signage needs. The day I found his number and called him at 10 am and he stopped by at the salon at 12.30 and he provided the graphical demo of the signage on the same day so we can see how it is going to look. I am a creative director who works with sign companies fairly regularly. My experience with Affordable Signage is one of the worst customer experiences I have had in my career, and I am not overstating things.At the early stages of the project, they were decent communicators; They got out to the property quickly and got an estimate to us, which was fairly priced. We then paid our deposit and everything fell apart from there.The project ran about a month late. I had to repeatedly reach out to the company to see if they would meet the deadline, they’d then move the deadline, and the cycle repeated for weeks. Not once did they proactively contact ME. I had to reach out after each missed deadline.But the real problem is that they simply did not do what they billed us for. They produced and installed a sign that did not match the materials or the specs of what they billed us for. They used plastic instead of aluminum and changed the depth of the signage. Heck, they didn’t even wipe the sign down after install - so it was immediately smudged and dirty right at install.They installed vinyl lettering incredibly sloppily (creases and bubbles). They did not provide 3 aluminum entry signs which they billed us for in the invoice.When I confronted Affordable Signage about this they did not respond, and have just stopped talking to us. Wild unprofessional company and Richard should be ashamed of his level of service. Just ridiculous.

I am lucky to have found Richard to do my new storefront sign. He made a great modern looking sign for my new tattoo studio in silverthorne. His price and turn around time was amazing. His employees who came to install the tattoo sign also did great job and were very friendly.When dark fell there was one spot showing light through that it was not suppose to and Richard contacted me and quickly assured his guys would be back out the same week to fix the minor issue.I will be sure to recommend Affordable signage to any businesses looking for new signage.

A simple vinyl job and Richard still couldnt do it. Farmers Insurance, a well known national brand which requires strict rules regarding placement, size and color was too hard for Richard, I even gave Richard instructions and precise measurements. His two high school kids did a horrible job, I had to rip off their rookie workmanship, and called in the professionals to do it for them. Funny, the only one they did right, I provided the sign, the template, and had to help them put it up. Folks, if you have a National Brand to protect, go to the professionals like SDDI or ICON, not these local rookies.

Surmising and in reply to the long feedback that was left on my husbands review. Yes it was 1 week after because we were told 4 weeks our sign would be ready to be installed. Took a week and 3 days extra to be installed with by the way horrible customer service from Richard. Yes, they did come December 2nd about 5 days after the date given which was Wednesday November 27th, to fix the lighting and other issues after the installation. Again, no notice that they were running late or postponing the date. As with the fees, yes we agreed because we had no other choice, we no longer use checks. Yet, like my husband stated we dont charge credit card fees to our customers neither have we been charged credit card fees even at the most expensive service centers and this is us coming from multiple mall shopping centers you just dont do that as a business owner to Customers. Therefore, in need of getting done with all this mess, we of course agreed to their terms. As to the company being certified maybe, but employees whom couldnt even figure out where the electricity was located, I doubt it. Hopefully our feedback does help improve their company. Best of luck to this local business and future customers.

I had a crazy idea to turn an entire side of a house into a billboard Richard called me back on a Sunday just while I was finishing up Church and had proof to me less than an hour later I had contacted another sign company earlier that week and they quoted me $4,700 to do the same sign that Affordable Signs did for $1870 I am truly blessed that I made the call to Affordable Signs & Richard who is awesome Christian guy and good businessman and an incredible sign specialist. I had 3 companies to choose from. I picked the small minority business, like my own business and was sadly let down. The sign installed is not straight or leveled and Vinyl lettering was damaged from the beginning...I was calling for a week before I got Richard the owner on the phone. He was nice and came to meet me face to face to see the issues. He explained that these were all small issues and he has been having problems with his workers being a little upset with him for other reasons. He was also supposed to give me a bid for the electrical work before the sign went up, so it would light up. Then he tells me that he’ll take care of this and that for my waiting and patience. Well, here I am months later and nothing. He keeps telling me he’ll call me or fix the sign. No more! I am taking action to get my money back and sign fixed by another company. So sad to see because I see so many happy customers on his Facebook. I did my research on them prior and there was no red flags...it looked like a great business.

Hands down the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Richard does not care about your company or contracts that he signs. He was over 2 months late on installing the sign! As a small business you can not afford two months without a sign when you contacted them several months in advance and promised to have the sign done in time verbally and in the contract.They will not answer the phone or emails once they have your money. The only thing that gets them to do what they said is a letter threatening to sue. If you want a company that will adhere to timelines or care about their product do not use these rip off artists.

In 10 years of running my business I have never met someone as professional and as as easy to work with as Affordable Signage. I had originally gone with Fastsigns for exterior sign. The price quote came back and it was astronomical. I got a hold of affordable signage and they were able to do the sign for much much less than Fastsigns and the quality is much better! Fastsigns wanted 6 to 8 weeks and affordable signage was able to get it done in half the time. Now we have a beautiful LED professional sign custom with our logo! HANDS DOWN, we will be using affordable signage in the future on our other locations. I would recommend them to ANY AND ALL BUSINESS OWNERS!
