Im in LOVE with this place. Its soo calming when youre in there. Tranquil. The smells, the choices, its all great. Every time!!! I spend quite a bit but its always worth it.

I got lots of my favorite plug in scents plus some new ones to try. They were having a great sale so also got some candles as well.

If you like candles and bath and body sprays and soaps and shampoos this place is really a wonderful place and they have a lot of stuff

Hella busy, but thats normal. They are always clean, stocked and polite. They also offer pick up which was a plus. I go to this location every so often and never have been disappointed.

I enjoy thr mens items. Only wish they wouldnt change the fragrances soo often. Find one I like and within a few months its not around anymore.

Always a fun store to go into. The must hand pick their employees, because every visit I am greeted and welcomed into a store. They have plenty of help to answer my questions or help me find something. Just as easy as online shopping here!

The fall collection is out!! Sonja was VERY VERY helpful and tan around the store trying to help us find tester smells for the wallflowers that didn’t have any!

I have never met so many happy to help you associates in one place. Ive visited many locations but the one at the Aurora mall is my favorite. Everyone says hello and are truly pleasant. Im not followed around and checkout is quick. Just wish I could get coupons. Ive signed up a million times and nothing. Doesnt stop me from buying all those good smelling candles tho lol.

The staff seemed hesitant to help me and they really did not know the products that were on sale and had deals and are unsure if you have a Victoria Secrets credit card if youre able to use it in their store or if they decided not to continue merging together anyway I probably wouldnt go back in the future

I went when it wasnt busy. The staff was incredibly helpful and so nice. I love their candles and plug ins. I spent much more than I planned to before I walked in, but I must say that Im completely happy with everything I purchased.

These ladies were truly amazing! THEY definitely went over and above their job description. I had another store call and put me a few items on hold, but unfortunately she had them place the wrong items on hold. These ladies here were beyond SUPER. They went and found the correct items, to add found additional items that I was informed they didnt have. I definitely would of brought them all, just due to the amazing customer service (but was on a budget 🤦🏽‍♀️😂😂)They were people friendly, kind, and gave a warm customer service experience. I Definitely will be returning as soon as candles go on sale😉.

Great room fragrances

Went on Saturday January 23rd. Store was just packed. No way to socially distance properly. The staff was very nice and the displays and store was ammaculate! But WAY too many people in too small of an enclosed space. Not safe.

A just love this place! The employees are welcoming and willing to help out in anyway they can. The scents are always wonderful. Always new scent bath washes, lotions, candles ect to try out or smell. Most, scents change with the seasons. I can easily spend an hour or so here. Just love b&bw and this location.

The customer service agents were not that friendly.

Ridiculous how you have to line up outside of the store and their excuse is to limit the number of customers and social distance, yet once you get inside the store people are extremely close to each other and there is zero social distancing. They should just allow customers to come in as normal.

Alex was very helpful . She has an excellent customer service, doesn’t mind that I asked a lot of questions. She was very attentive to the needs of her customers, even promised to give me a call when the scent I prefer arrives. She never loses her smile, very cheerful. She’s an asset to your company.

Awesome! I just saved 53 dollars. I bought 2 lotion 2 shower gel and 2 body sprays for 37 dollars. Buy 3 get 3 free. This store has the nicest people working there.

The lady that checked me out was very helpful and nice. I love that they mail me coupons and a free item every month. It keeps me going in.

This store does not even deserve to be in business. I took my sister in law last night for her birthday so she could pick out a gift for herself and it was a mistake. The first thing that happened when we walked in was we were treated by and mid-aged women of color. She was so rude from the start I told her that we were looking for a gift to which she went to the cheapest section of the store and grab three things threw it in a bag, and I do mean threw it, and handed it to us and said cheap easy here you go pick up a bag on your way to the front. She then proceeded to talk with another colored couple. When I made the comment to her that she was being rude she said that I could leave if I was unhappy with her customer service. We promptly left. My sister in law being from a Muslim country felt discriminated against and spent the rest of the night crying. I just got her to sleep. I will never ever shop here again. My only wish for my sister in law is that the employee who did this is required to resign from her position. This was the worst experience I have ever had in all my years of living!!!!😡😡😡

Man I used to love this store!!! Shower gel makes tub greasy. Man the lotion u smell great. However, I think I just stopped going bc of the greasy tub afraid someone would break their neck.

After calling the cherry creek store and the alameda store to get no answer even though it is 5:45 pm and they close at 9:00 pm I give up who is running these store I usually use Melaleuca I think I will stick to them I thought I would try this new store out but I will never step foot in one of the stores that is ridiculous that you can’t get anybody by phone in two different stores done with bath and Bodyworks

I went in to buy a candle today and Nehemia (I don’t know if I spelled her name correctly, I apologize if I did not) completed my purchase. She did not say hi to me please or thank you, she didn’t even look at me. I feel like that was very disrespectful.
