I came in with a mechanical issue on my road bike today. Matt was tremendously helpful. Started problem solving the issue and didnt quit until I was back on the road. Great service and strongly recommend All Spoked Up.

Very nice of them to lend me a chain tool!We were 10 miles into our tandem ride yesterday when our timing chain broke. I was prepared with a quick link but no chain tool to remove the other 1/2 of the link. Fortunately we were 2 blocks away from All Spoked Up and walked over to see if we could borrow a chain tool. We were good to go in about 15 minutes and as a bonus, my stoker picked up the jersey shes been looking at since we were in the shop last : )Thank you All Spoked Up,George and Brenda

Very friendly and helpful! I had a wheel that was pretty bent up and went there hoping that it could be straightened, but knew that I would probably need a new one. He tried for about 10 minutes to see if it could be straightened, but it was too far gone. Really appreciated the effort to try and straighten the wheel out. So I bought a new one and only charged $20 to change over everything to the new wheel. Very fast service and would definitely recommend All Spoked Up for any bicycle repairs.Also, while I was there - another family brought in a kids bike in which chain kept falling off. They took it to look at it and made sure the crank wasnt bent and tightened up the chain (by pulling the back wheel back). She gave the bike back and told family that everything was straight and that it probably was just a loose chain and told them how to adjust it in the future. The dad asked how much for the service, and she said no charge, have a great day. Family was very appreciative. Was awesome to see that!

They gave me a free box for shipping a bike I sent to my nephew in California once. Also this shop does good bike tune ups.

I called before I went was told they would help me I was met by the owner who racially profiled me as soon as I got there denied me services I will never go back here ever again !!!!!!!

The first time I brought my bike in for a broken goose neck and a stripped head on a bolt. They didnt did do a safe check on the goose neck to see if the fix the problem. The did not. Had to have the fork replace. And then mounted the tire and fork on crocked. So it would not ride straight.I understand that they do a first it first out system. But that is simple not true.But on the up side the price is right for the job done CHEEPBut they did offer to try and make things right me and they have my respect for that!!!

I only have a few small interactions here but i look forward to going every time, even though I do most of my own work. They are SOOO nice and SOOO helpful!! There are multiple shops closer but their customer service is lacking. I will go out of my way to come here! I would literally volunteer to work for them just to learn and spend some more time there!!! This is the way a Business should be run!!!

This place was great, they took in all of my concerns and then looked at my bike. They showed me what was wrong and reassured me that it was normal use and not user error. But also took a moment to address something that wasnt brought up, but was a possible future issue due to user error and made appropriate adjustment.

What cool shop! It looks amazing inside! The people that work there actually ride and race bicycles and are really passionate about both cycling and their community. Weve done a few rides/event out of this shop and Jon has always been there early with coffee ready for us before we take off. Hes always been willing to help us out with a smile and a joke.

Didnt know this shop was here, I was getting coffee next door. When I walked in, it was like being in Willie Wonkas factory. Kris greeted me with a warm hello and then Francis (shop cat) also greeted me. We had a great conversation about old custom frame builders out of the northwest. She really knew her stuff. I ended up leaving with a couple bottles and a new favorite shop!

This place is awesome. Your get a family vibe when you walk in. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

I love that this is my local bike shop. Great service! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and a quick turnaround. Recently bought 2 bikes and a hitch rack from here. Pete (store manager) walked me through the options and models for all based on my preferences and needs. Gave me great options to choose from and explained in depth why one option might be better than the other or vice versa. We stopped in to browse first, and when we came back a couple months later to buy, Pete remembered us. Much better than buying your bike from a big box store or online. Support local businesses!

I go to All Spoked Up because of the reliable advice and excellent service. Pete is the best bike mechanic and a helpful person. He has been repairing my bikes for years. He not only fixes what needs to be repaired but also keeps his eyes out for worn parts or other problems. He is not doing this to sell extra stuff but because he cares about his professional service and the bicyclist safety and experience.

Pete is absolutely amazing. Made the entire experience a breeze. Hes extremely helpful with finding exactly what you need. Never upsold or pushed anything I didnt need, just tailored to my specifics. Most bike shops just push, push, push, the most expensive items regardless of need. Not here. Will definitely be recommending and returning for all bike needs. Simply amazing!

Pete was awesome! Amazing customer service, very helpful and knowledgable. Bike came within a week and was put together the morning it came in. Ive been to a few bike stores and this was by far the most helpful. Pete went about and beyond to make sure I got the right bike in the right size. Bike was put together perfectly! Went on a ride the day I got it and couldnt be happier with my purchase. Also their six month tune policy is awesome! They want to make sure your bike breaks in properly and gets re-tuned once it does. Like I said I couldnt be happier. Awesome place. Thanks Pete!

Got a deluxe tune up done here, Pete recommended cable replacement. Which the bike needed so that was done as well. Deluxe tune up states entire bike would be cleaned which was one of the reasons I choose that. Bike was not cleaned, still is dirty. Other than that, brakes, shifting all seems good. Drivetrain looks it has been cleaned well. Bike rides well.

It was fast and easy and the people is very nice and very knowledgeable

Stopped in today for a rear rack. My bike is not standard but no problem for them. They fashioned custom supports. Super friendly folks.

Has some minor repairs on my bike and the man that took on the service was very friendly and prompt.. i was in and out and the repair was very reasonable concerning the cost.. Id go back anytime.. and no,, I do not personally know these people from atum..

Pete has tremendous experience in the business. Hes terrific at evaluating each customer as an individual and determining exactly the bike and accessories he or she needs and recommends nothing more or less.

So i got a flat tire on my bike and it was a nearby place so i went there and asked if i could my tire fixed so they fixed it it was fast and Cheap! Really good service they are really nice and Friendly really liked the place.
