I came in today with a broken tripod thinking Id have to buy a new one. The staff at Procam fixed it and didnt charge anything. I am not a professional cameraman and know almost nothing about camera equipment. They had a golden opportunity to make some easy money and take advantage but chose not to. This really shows honesty and integrity. Wonderful service, terrific store. Highly recommend.

I went to Procam on Saturday July 10 2021 to check lenses options for my Sony camera. I spoke with Dan over the phone on Friday and he advised me to come over. The best in Business, They have a huge selection of rentals, you can rent the product you want to buy, try it out and if you decided to buy, they offer to deduct the price of rental from the retail price. I went to this place to be sure I was buying the professional camera I wanted, a Nikon D850. After more than 30 minutes testing the display camera and even being honest about a bad experience I had buying online because they sent me an open box camera with a missing part, they brought me another open box camera. They said it was new and proof of that was their own sticker on the box. I told them that I didnt feel comfortable investing more than $3000 in an open box camera and their sticker in the box couldnt be use as proof of brand new camera. Their solution? The manager called the salesman who then told me that the camera was already sold online. It seems that no matter how big or known is a business we cant trust them, you as costumer are not important anymore.

Salesperson are very knowledgeable and helpful. Location was very clean, prices were great and they price match. Also, has a very good printing service and turnaround times.

Cant say enough good things about PROCAM in Amelia, OH. Staff is great to work with, and very knowledgeable. I consider myself to be a serious novice in photography, but not a professional. What I like is that they will assist you greatly in taking the time to listen to what you are looking for in a camera system, and make a recommendation to you. PROCAM is not about selling you the most expensive gear, but suggesting to you the right gear. Keep up the great work here at the Amelia store, and you will always have a faithful customer.

The guys up in Aurora great, very friendly and helpful. Ive bought a camera and returned a couple months later to purchase a lens. Both experiences were great and will be going back Im sure. I drove an hour and a half to shop with them so that should tell you something. Store is stocked with ALL KINDS of goodies and Id venture to say they probably have about anything youd ever want or need. Shop the brick and morter stores or well loose them !!!

It’s nice to have a local place to get this stuff immediately and to have someone to help you find what suits your needs. They do a good job of matching or beating Adorama or B&H prices even if you don’t ask them to. You can tell their sales guys are commissioned because some of them lay on the pressure to buy now a little thick for my comfort, but I’ve never had them steer me toward something that I didn’t think would be a good fit and they always give me a good deal. I even had one warn me about a frustration with an expensive lens. I bought it anyway but I probably should have listened to him.Their store brand stuff (Pro Master) can be quite a bit cheaper than name brand stuff and almost as good. The deal tends to be better with their store brand hardware and accessories than the electronics or filters. So things like tripods, lights, and batteries tend to be a better value than their SD cards or UV filters. Their store brand stuff may not be as cheap as some of the stuff you might find on Amazon, but some of that stuff doesn’t work at all or barely works. So it’s a safer buy for a pretty small premium. They also can give you much steeper discounts on them and have more room for negotiation. Like I’ve had them throw something in for free as a part of a pretty large purchase.

Wow...great customer service. I work for a middle school and our student group is looking for some basic filmmaking equipment. Its such a steep learning curve. I had a couple of products that werent playing nice together and wanted some help with what I should replace. Vince was able to suggest an entirely new, cost effective option that saved me a TON of work (and money!). Such an awesome experience! Highly recommend.

Was there for a workshop in April.The back area is huge! Large enough to comfortably have several rows of tables and chairs. They offer a screen for presentations.We also set up two different shooting locations. They offer so much equipment to rent, that both areas were full of all the equipment we needed for the shoots.The staff was friendly and accommodating and bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed. They were available to answer any equipment questions.There is handicap accessible parking.There are handicapped accessible bathrooms in the back area. One for women and one for men. They were clean and well equipped.The only downside was the overhead lighting. We had to have it on at least in one section for the shoots. Would have been nice to be able to have more localized lighting instead of the florescent overhead lights, but not sure that is possible in that big room.I highly recommend them if you need a place for workshops or training, or to rent for a shoot.

The staff is very knowledgeable and they had the patience of saints when helping me decide what lens I needed. Be careful though, itd be extremely easy to go bankrupt after seeing all they have to offer.

I want to write a meaningful WELL DESERVED review for ProCam! After accidentally dropping my Nikon 10-20mm Lens in the Fox River in Downtown Aurora, the staff came to the rescue to get me a new one. Each person on staff exhibits extraordinary customer service skills and makes EVERY effort to make sure they satisfy your needs. I especially want to give a shout out to Erik and Billy for their help in getting me a new 10-20mm. I HIGHLY recommend ProCam for any photography needs!!! I’m looking forward to doing more business with them in the future as well as taking some of their classes that they offer! Keep up the good work!

My wife is a photographer and needed a rental for a second camera. She called ahead of time to ask about rental prices and reserving a camera. The associate told her they dont do reservations and to just come on in the day of and theyll likely have the camera. He gave her the price of the rental which was to be around $153. We headed in the day she needed the camera and they told her she needed to put down a deposit of the value of the camera in addition to the rental fee for a total of about $3500. When she acted surprised they acted like this is something she should have known. Well, she thought that might have been an IMPORTANT BIT OF INFORMATION THE ASSOCIATE SHOULD HAVE SHARED ON THE PHONE. Oh, and they also offer online rentals which is something the associate also said they didnt do. I didnt have an extra $3500 lying around because if I did, Id just buy a camera instead of renting. All in all, a terrible customer service experience.By the way, all of this information can be found on the website but obviously if you dont visit the website and simply call, you apparently will be told the wrong info.

I bought a flash from these guys. Did it break the very next day? Yes. (Manufacturer defect) Flash would not come off the hot shoe and even though this was not ProCams fault they provided me with a loaner camera and flash while they repair my equipment. Thats service. Good on you ProCam!

As popular as “amazon” shopping is, there is nothing like going in to a store and actually talking to a knowledgeable person and physically touching something before you purchase it. In my case, i even rented the camera over the Xmas holiday, just to make sure I actually liked it. No high pressure sales, just people who want to make sure you purchase what best fits you..

Went to get some old negatives developed into photos. They were prompt and friendly and the lady maning the photo counter was very knowledgeable.

A real camera store still survives! Excellent selection of new and used, great advice, ability to rent before dropping big dollars, decent preowned selection. They are online too so they need to compete with those prices. Highly recommended. Duh.

This store is awesome! As a professional I require the most reliable equipment possible in my kit. ProCam caries a ton of the gear I want and need. Dont tell them I told you but they often beat Amazon pricing if you ask for a small discount. I normally do not see many sales here but if you ask they have plenty 😉

The people there are top notch. Not just some extra help hired to hold down the store, but some true professionals who know and understand their craft. As a rookie photographer they are a great help and never make me feel bad about asking questions and being new to photography. I foresee me spending a lot of my time and money at this place.

Terrible film development! Scratched my negatives. Walgreens does a better processing. The prints Iare Ive saturated. The DVD is very low resolution. I was really looking forward to having a quality photo shop. Thanks for ruining my work.

Staff here is really knowledgeable and friendly. They also went out of their way to help me in a pinch. In all the activity of getting prepared to shoot a wedding, I forgot to pick up my rental lens and camera body the day before the wedding. I didn’t realize my predicament until really late that night, so I reached out to them on Facebook and explained the situation. The next day (day of the wedding) they had someone there an hour early to open up the store and allow me to get my lenses in time for the wedding ceremony. Really thankful for this local business and will continue to bring them business and recommend them in the future.

Saturday a week ago I went in to get a few pointers on how to use my Manfrotto Pano Head that I use for real estate photography. Jaz helped me by giving me the quick and easy lesson on how to change the settings. I did not buy the piece from there. I was so excited that I bought and had a new protective cover for my screen installed. I then found out that you can get your sensors cleaner for $35 so even though I was not feeling well, I went back soon after opening on Friday morning and got all the little stringy things cleaned off my senor. They did it while I waited. I was thrilled just in time for my two shoots on Saturday. I will be back!!! Also Jaz suggested ed a piece of equipment that I will probably be buying in the near future. They listen to your needs and help you be a better photographer. They also have top notch photography instructions and speakers, rental studio space, and rentals, and an assortment of video and still and drone photography equipment for all your photographic needs. It is nice not to have to drive to the city for my equipment needs!!!

DO NOT SELL YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE. The purchaser lowballed me (as expected), but even quoted my Canon 6D as a 60D (roughly half the value). Luckily I caught it before the exchange was processed. The manager asked me if I wanted cash or credit, I said cash. Then when the transaction was done, he hands me a receipt and says thank you. Confused I said so wheres the money?. He replies Oh well send you a check. Then chuckles and says they do not carry that amount of cash at their store, as if it was laughable to think that CASH actually meant CASH, and it was preposterous to think that a store with millions in inventory would keep a couple hundred dollars on hand. They told me it would take 7-10 days for the check to arrive. TWO WEEKS later I call to check on the status of the check. They say they dropped the ball and that checks were being sent out that day. I waited 3 weeks to get my money. If it werent for me calling I would have never known. No apology, no certificate to compensate. Just a late check. There is literally no positives to selling here. Just use Ebay for selling, and Amazon for purchasing gear instead.

The BEST customer service and products out there. Stacy McReynolds is very knowledgeable and helpful creating items to brand my food truck. From menus to merchandise they can print on anything and everything! Other companies do not compare to the overall quality and pricing Procam has to offer.

A place I tend to spend too much at. They have everything. From used gear to new gear and rentals. They even print photos and have a studio you can rent out. My only issue is that some of the gear is heavily over priced. Were talking SD cards for 3 times the cost anywhere else.The best part though is the friendly and knowledgable staff.

I have to mention Steve and Wesley who are amazing to work with. The best store for photography they are like family they are all very friendly If you need help ask for Vince Bill or Steve If you need help with your printing needs ask for Stacy or April they are always ready to help and all the staff is so knowledgable.

They all just looked at me and kept saying one second but yet taking in any other customer that walked in! I’m African American mixed with Indian an I feel like it was racist thing! I waited Patiently over 30 minutes in the store before I walked out!! I can’t believe They all just looked at me!! I’ll never be back!
