This store is awful. No returns only exchanges, Another retailer using Covid-19 as an excuse to screw over customers. They have no dressing rooms and if it doesn’t fit you can’t get $ back on their overpriced clothes.

I bought 2 tshirt for Christmas present but it was little big my friends and did not like it . 2 days later I went there with my receipt for exchange to get smaller size.but they refused me because of no sticker on tshirt even though I had receipt . Poor customer service. Never expected such manner from this brand....

Rude staff and I hate how they judge people on their looks. To the person standing at the door wearing a suit, stop starring at your customers. Never going back there.

Nice clothing, good prices, excellent staff service

The store is a tad sparse but I found a coat that I love and can wear for a nice night out on the town. The styles are a bit tailored for a younger set or business woman. I was looking to buy something for my husband but wound up buying for myself. I bought a great coat for a great price. Will return.

It was a great place before (19 and earlier), now they have very bad quality clothing and its more expensive than what they used to be.

Its too much to say but i diceded that i will not shop in this store and will spend my money in other stores that know how to sell and make a customer happy, i have been shopping here for years and today i am disappointed for the attitude i got from the sales personal and the sales manager, will not spend a $1 in this store anymore.
