Hi pooja! love this store very much it is always my first store i got to when i go to the mall. love the incense brand you carry! but i do think there could be a bit more variety. ive never purchased any clothing so im not sure about the quality and wear but i have had my eye on a Grateful Dead backpack and it looks like to be made out of high quality material! i have bought multiple accessories from here such as my evil eye and clear quartz beaded bracelet that i bought today which is very pretty and a few silver rings which are kept in a clear box on the front counter that havent started to rust :) I love the variety in healing crystals you carry and i apricate it very much that you dont touch them, only downside is that i have gotten charge extra depending on the size of the crystal which is a bit silly since the sizes dont vary much 😅 love this store will come again and again

I feel very safe and welcome here. Love the tapestries and the clothing too

I usually love this store and have bought many things from the Spring Hill Mall location but I will never go back here again. I went there this past weekend with my sister and we were accused of trying to steal things. The insane person there was rambling on about how shes great at seeing when people are using messages or code or something to tell the other person when an employee is nearby or something..? I really dont know; she sounded insane. My sister and I have never stolen anything before and the idea never crossed our minds. While we were there this lady was following us everywhere breathing down our necks and watching our every move. If you go here with a friend I guess dont talk to each other because shell think youre conspiring to steal things or something? Never been treated so poorly at a store before. If you read this, Funky Breeze Insane Lady, go ahead and look at your security cameras and youll see that we were seriously just shopping. Dont bother trying to respond to this because youll just either prove my point or look like a moron. Will never go back.

I enjoy this store a lot. I have bought some items that last awhile but recently ive tried three different nose studs and they arent the best quality. Stone fell out within two days and they wouldnt refund it or give me a new one. Wont be getting one from there again. Makes me wonder how their other jewelry is. Otherwise their other items are great!

I have been going to this store... I dont even know how many years!! Other than the great prices and vast inventory, the reason I am giving it 5 stars is because of the owners. I have moved from the Aurora area many times and so I do not get to go there often.. But every time I do, the lady owner (whose name I have never learned) always remembers me and helps me out and she is just great. Whenever I am in the area I make sure to try to stop in!

Worst store ever. Me and my gf browsed the store then get accused of stealing items. After proving we didnt have anything that came from that store we where forced to pay for what she accused us of stealing and threatened to call security if we didnt pay.

They always have a shirt I want and will give deals

Went in the store to buy a poster at 8:50 and the lady at the counter yelled “no, time to go, no time to go” until we turned around and walked out. Every other store in the mall seemed to not mind yet we were forced out with 10 minutes till close.

Well for me i never had a bad experience their at all sorry if my grammer is bad durring this but.I dress super sketchy like a thug punk guy and ill go in and they great me and ask if i need anything there nice people and do care about their work. I went in and experience a new way of life in a way its a relxing store and smell it gives calms you down so i dont know why people get mad. I still go there till this day and i buy things time to time and always had a nice time so to tbe people who had a bad experience go back and see what you like and ask fir help i guess youll see that it was just a bad time and the next wont be the same

I will never go back to this store. Went here with my friend today to look at shirts for a music festival and i was looking at an off the shoulder shirt and took a sleeve off the hanger to get a better idea of the shape of the shirt and the woman snatched the shirt out of my hand and started yelling at me and accusing me of stealing when that was not even my intention. She then wouldnt let me give her my story or explain myself. I work in retail and if we were to even accuse someone of stealing, let alone yell at them and not let them get a word in, we would be in big trouble with the company. There are ways to handle these situations like constantly asking them if they need any help and usually (in the past) if they are guilty of any theft, theyll eventually they drop the items. I get she was trying to prevent any theft but i genuinely wasnt even considering it and i even told my friend how cheap the shirt was and how i will totally buy it. Ive never been so offended and embarrassed in a store and i did not buy the shirt and i will never go back. I hope the woman working there and/or the owners of the company sees this because this was completely unacceptable customer service and i will definitely share this experience with my friends.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Rude as hell and accused me of stealing things! They threatened to call security if i didnt pay for what i stole and literally almost body slammed me when i tried to leave to get them myself for harassment! I ended up having to pay just to be able to leave and went and i complained directly to security. I walked out empty handed and with less money than i walked in with. Disgusting.
