This has got be the absolute worst store in not only fox valley mall but the Chicagoland area. The staff is very rude and gossips to each other while staring at you. All of the workers act as if the customer owes them something and act privileged. Don’t offer to help any customers just stand behind the counter and stare. Honestly some of the worst customer service you’ll ever find. Highly recommend avoiding this store.

All of the employees had mad attitude to their costumers. i made a comment about a shirt being overpriced—cuz theres no reason a baby tank should be $25 duh—and one of the employees started gossiping and insulting me to her coworkers.

I drove 40 minutes to make a return and the registers were down. only reason i came to the mall. i waited around an hour to see if they went back up and they never did. why even open the doors to the store if you can’t purchase or return anything? UPDATE: I drove back two weeks later and the employee refused to do my return. It was a necklace. She claimed it was against the return policy which clearly states only piercing jewelry AKA earrings cannot be returned. Employee 657622 is incredibly rude and does not know her own return policy.

Hands down, the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. After waiting over 10 minutes to check out due to only one drawer open and getting glance after glance from staff who seemed to just not feel like acknowledging customers (one guy was playing on his cell phone, one folding the same clothes over and over again, etc), a line was starting to form. I politely asked if someone could open another register. Arianna then loudly made fun of me to the two boys “working” behind her and they just looked at me and laughed. I’m a mom and had my daughter with me. I just pray she never treats anyone the way your team treated us. I can handle goofing off, or even some laziness, but this type of disrespect was just awful.This is the first time I have ever written a review like this - I generally let things go and chalk it up to someone having a bad day. Your staff will be the reason I will not purchase from PacSun again. So disappointed.

Employees were very rude. I was about to buy a piece of clothing from their store but it was one size too big. I asked if they had a smaller size in store. They said they did but then they were not willing to look for it. All in all, I love PacSun but this made my experience go down hill so quickly. I seriously doubt I will ever spend money here again.

I have walked into this store three times within the last week. Not one employee has said a word to me at any point. Not even a hello or a goodbye. I dont understand how a retail store that is supposed to focus on customer service can allow this to happen. I will not be going back to this store again.

I always score some killer hats and beanies when I go to Pacsun and I love all the BOGO sales. Management is on point and the staff is super friendly!
