I stopped by there this morning for the first time. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a little bit of everything. I got 2 clay pieces and a tote. There was a large truck loading up out back and it was packed with boxes and bags. I imagine it was off to an isolated community.

They started googling items out to price them. This store has become a huge disappointment. Items are outdated and prices are insane. The lady Donna is a complete mess and she’s very unprofessional. She has a rude tune and attitude. I hate when I walk in and see her in the store.

The Lady in charge of the Furnature Warehouse is A Witch with a capital B.Never see one dime of my hard earned money!!!What a huge disappointment!

Ive been going to this place for 36 years and its always been reasonable with prices...

It’s a decent place to find deals, however the lady that runs this place doesn’t treat you fair. I chanced upon a pair of under armor kids T-shirt’s in the warehouse and was happy to know it was half price Tuesday. As soon as the lady saw me she took those T-shirt’s away and raised the price to $5.99 instead of their regular $4.99. If there is something nice they would totally raise the price in front of you whereas they get their stuff for free. I understand you need to get your sales to run this place but would be nice if she treated her customers fairly.Go to this place and be extra careful with what you pick because the front desk lady would suddenly raise the prices on you, especially if you find something nice in the warehouse!!

Small, but fun place to shop; something different every time you shop, and it is amazing because sometimes you are tickled pink from a great find. Price point vs. product is extreme value. Associates friendly and personable. Shop there often, you get to know everyone and it is like family.

Today was my first visit here. I found a couple things to buy and the prices were very reasonable. Its a fairly small place, but theres still plenty to see. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, no problems at all with the staff for me. Thank You!

The front desk ladies are very mean. Especially, the one that wear glasses and have a long hair. She never smile and when you ask her question she gets frustrated. The customer service sucks. I love to shop here and I always find what Im looking for. However, the way they treat people at this location is horrible.

Im currently doing community service at VOA and I can personally say that their food pantry is amazing! They help TONS of people and always have LOTS to give!

Love, love, love, shopping this local thrift store. Lots of fabulous finds. Best kitchen gadgets, cookware and dishes. Just ok for clothes, mostly old styles and not in a good way. If you cant find what youre looking for just ask the staff, there is a storage garage out back loaded with stuff. They helped me find an unbrella stroller for my daughters visit, I only wanted to spend $10. They gladly assisted me looking through the garage and found just what I needed. Great to know my purchase goes for many VOA sponsored programs.

Very small shop but well organized and good prices. Clothing for the entire family, some furniture, home decor, dishes, etc. Never know what you might find!

Find a treasure, stock a college apartment, shop for clothing. I have even bought a couple of vintage Coach bags for a song. Good people doing good things in the community. VOA will pick up your donated furniture when you call to schedule it.

Dont come here for deals unless its junk you want. Lately Ive noticed prices going up and up on anything nice. Then I find out why, right in front of customers, the workers are looking up things on the internet and saying someone could sell these for X amount put 45 on it. Then why doesnt the store put it on eBay then? Its not fair, you receive these items for free. I doubt your store is just over run with people coming in for things to resell. Most people (me and lots of people I know that go there)actually chose to use these items themselves and come to a thrift store because they cant afford retail prices. Im a regular customer who wont be regular anymore.

Its really cheap and has good stuff, I got my new electric guitar there yesterday for $40!

Not very nice people and act like you are putting them out if you call with questions. I understand its volunteers but if you dont want to do something and it makes you miserable, then dont do it.....
