Super knowledgeable staff. They didnt even make fun of me when I told them Im afraid of spiders. Got a full spider proof suit for like $30 and now the crawl space is cleaned out. 6 stars.

This ace hardware is the best one I have ever been too, I went in to get a bolt for my saddle bags on my bike then when I was leaving I remembered I needed some sort of gasket to fill the holes on my saddle bags, I went back in and started my search, an older gentleman told me one of the associates named Katie was a huge help to him. I went and asked her and explained my situation and she right away went over to the auto section and found something that could have worked. We went back and forth from inside of the store to my bike and tried Multiple different things. Finally we found a few plastic rivets that worked! Not only was Katie super helpful but she was super kind, knowledgeable! Thanks Katie for your help I will definitely be coming back in the future! 👌🏾👍🏿🙏🏾

Its April 15, 2021 and of course its still snowing in Denver. Problem is my snow shovel broke last snow storm. Other problem is, its April and all the stores have depleted their inventory of snow shovels. However, after calling around and eventually dialing Ace Hardware Buckley Square, a very nice lady said she would go look in the back stock rooms - she found just 3 left - I was ecstatic! I said Please just pick out the best one and I will be over in an hour. I got there as promised, and the shovel was waiting for me there at the register. It was the same nice lady at the register from the earlier phone call. She was really friendly - awesome experience! Thank you very much!

The staff goes out of their way to help me as a customer. If they dont know the answer, they will find out. Very personable and friendly. I hope this store never goes out of business. I dont even like to shop Home Depot or Lowes. Ace is the place!

Bob O was absolutely the best!! I love this store so much!!! They always help me with everything I need :) He and his associate who was also a very nice young man helped me fix a simple issue I had with stripped screws on a ceiling vent cover I am happy to report it worked like a charm and he gave me the screws free of charge!!! Excellent customer service and I will not forget their generosity this will always be my go to place for everything home related. Very grateful for Ace Hardware. It is common for staff at the Big Box stores to recommend Ace when no one else carries the part you need.Such a contrast when it comes to on hand inventory that is always easy to locate. The knowledgeable staff is readily available to make your visit fast and friendly.

Ace is the place.... The place for amazing service. They may be more expensive... I havent even checked, but the high level of customer service made it worth it. The people that work here know what the hell they are talking about.. Unlike other big box stores. Support smaller, more local places like this Ace.

Bought some mulch here, it was a little pricey per bag but thats just ACE hardware in general. While loading my car a super nice employee on his lunch break came and helped me load up. My go-to place for key cutting. Have only ever had one not work, and they recut it the next day perfectly. Friendly staff, easy to find stuff.

There was NO customer SERVICE!!Everyone was too busy stocking shelves, I had 4 workers look at me and walk past, 1 asked me to move so he could put product on the shelf, then just WALKED AWAY!SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

They got a lot of stuff but it is always a bit more expensive there than on the big stores. I particularly like the nut and not section as it is well stocked and well ordered. Also for this location, everyone working there is always super nice and helpful.

All employees are very personable, knowledgeable, & so willing to help customers. The store is always clean & neat. The best place for help with any projects, if theyre unsure of something, they will get a staff member to help.

They always have someone standing within a few feet of the door asking if you need help finding something the momentyou walk in. If you take them up on it they will tell you what asile you can find it in. All the aisles are clearly numbered and visible throughout the store which is brightly lit and clean. That same person standing by the door can clearly see the registers and will call for more cashiers if the line backs up at all. This place really is customer service oriented, it makes you feel like you stepped back in time to a small town hardware store that sells a little of everything. And there isnt a self checkout machine in sight. Sometimes I go here when I am in a hurry because I know I will be guided right to what I am looking for. But I also go here to be reminded of what it was like growing up in a small town where people were more then happy to help.

By far my favorite store. You can pretty much find anything. Customer service gets 5 stars!

“Helpful Hardware Store” .... hardly.Went in Friday-afternoon for just some washing machine hardware; 8 employees on the floor, one at the door and one cashier with four other customers in the store. Luckily the other customers were male and got all the assistance they needed. Myself, being female, wandered up and down the isles twice without any recognition.They are located just down the street and I will never be back. Just wanted to take a moment to thank Tanisha, the store manager. I’ve been in need of a part for my big green egg, but unfortunately there is a national parts shortage due to covid. Most ACE HARDWARE stores are much better than the large home stores but this particular one is GREAT! I have been going here for everything since moving to Aurora and it isnt so much about the products or prices but about the CUSTOMER SERVICE which is so incredible! Joe is stalwart but Teri and everyone else make my shopping experience a true pleasure! Ill be the first to admit that Im not very knowledgeable about many things which come with being a homeowner but I can always count on the team at ACE HARDWARE at BUCKLEY SQUARE to provide great advice. Just this evening, I saw and spoke to more employees than are even rumored to be working at Lowes or Home Depot on a given day.** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED **PS they love dogs too... Czar gets tins of attention... and treats every visit!
