This is my favorite dispensary. Good pricing, friendly service, clean and well stocked. It is a cash-only dispensary but they have two atms in the front so you’re good if you forgot to get to an atm before stopping in.

I love coming to this dispensary. Not only is it close to home and has great prices. But the employees here always do there best to help me with all my green needs. Especially hector he’s the coolest bud tender!!

The other location on Federal is amazing!!! This Aurora location has horrible customer service. Today we walked in the door, went to the check-in window and hand our IDs to the lady on the other side of the glass. She stares at us for a good 2 mins, holding our IDs, doesnt say anything. So we turn towards a bench in the waiting room. Next she gets in our faces saying, You cant just leave your IDs up here. She doesnt just do this with us but also to the guy that came in before us. We decide okay she must be having a moment or something and we sit on one of the benches. Then she comes back to the door waves the other guy in and glares as if he is supposed to just know he is to come in when she hadnt said a word, let alone called his name out. She turns to us and says, You have to stand next to the door, theres a line..... at this point we are done. We walked out, no product is worth spending money on if you are treated like you, the customer are an inconvenience. If you get a chance, I know it is a bit of a drive but completely worth going to the location up on Federal. The people at Federal are nice, inviting, knowledgeable and make you want to come back. How you treat people matters!

I live only about 5 minutes away from them. I come in often because its the closest dispensary to me. The biggest problem is customer service! They never answer the phones and do not care about the customers. Always acts mean or with an aditude. Get some staff in there that actually know how to treat customers. Also try to get an online menu, you guys are falling so far behind everyone else here in aurora

This location used to be good until they got a lot of people now the weed is terrible and the little bear and the big bear always try to round your money up to make bigger tips, as if they dont eat enough.

Came on a Monday morning and their was a small wait but the atmosphere was very chill. The budtenders were very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Solid bud at a low price. Great product presentation in jars rather than prepackaged! Plenty of popular strains available and decent percentages in the upper 20% range for decent prices. Usually they have shake and popcorn nugs for a good price too.

If were talking about Marijuana, this place is a four, maybe even a five at times. Yet, as far as customer service, theyre terrible. They rarely answer the phone for phone orders and the last 3 times Ive been here my phone order wasnt even placed. Theyre rude and ignorant 90% of the time. I dont know what happened to the friendly staff they had pre-covid but Im flabbergasted at how ignorant theyve become. Ill never shop here again.

The prices are okay on okay product but I dont think its really worth the wait. The parking lot and waiting room are somewhat shady compared to other options in Aurora. Go early if you bother because they like to lock the door up to an hour before they close even when their wait is much less than an hour

My question is why is that location that different from federal? As far as customer service, Applying what you advertise( Phone orders) Also without feeling like a dang inconvenience when you do call to set up a order and product? The product as far as bud quality is like they get the cheapo stuff. Also when you walk in not being creeped on by security would be so nice. I go outta my way to continue to shop at feds but live next to chambers and is just crazy how the same business gets treated definitely like the step child store that no one wants to make better.... idk man hopefully this gets seen and taken into care because its sad to only support one store instead of telling everyone to go there. Maybe they need to have a company bbq or something to boost their budtenders spirits.

I tried to call this place and goes directly to an automated system that says to press 0 to speak to someone you press 0 it then goes through its pitch again and 0 again and pitch again and 0 again then the pitch and 0 and finally it hangs up on you.I cannot even talk to a live person why would I want to bother wasting my time checking the place out?Spent like 15 mins trying to talk to a person to ask some questions was a waste of time sadly.

Went in to find some CBD lotion for my back pain and waited well over 15 minutes and even walked up to the counter before sitting down after not being greeting or checked for ID. Three workers were sitting in the front check in desk conversing amoungst each other and too worried about themselves to notice customers. I hate places that have no customer service and felt very disrespected here. Needless to say XCLUSIVE SUCKS. And there was nothing XCLUSIVE about this damn place. Straight trash. Id give zero stars if I could on here. No customer service skills whatsoever!

Almost every time I come, the wait is 45 minutes and I only take 30 seconds or less to get my items, idk why they take so long. A lot of times I show up a whole hour before close and they still don’t serve me and kick me out. Horrible costumer service.

The lady at the front desk(short, dark, top heavy lady) was EXTREMELY RUDE, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED. We had a call in order, got there about 30 mins after we ordered(the order still wasnt ready) so my hubby checks in to let her know hey I got a call in order. She told him to sit down and she be with him a min. Almost 30 mins pass by before he has to go up there and remind her, hey I got a call in order(she had completely forgot about us) after telling him he need to sit down again he was like I called in a while ago for a pick up(he was very respectful to her). She got super hostile and even cursed at my husband like he was getting on her nerves or bugging her(mind you we called in almost 40 min prior for our order) then she told him basically if he didnt like it that he can leave. Even the other customers in the lobby said she was wrong after witnessing what she did. She offered a halfway apology and we got our stuff and left. We usually have an awesome experience shopping here, its actually one of our favorite stores, but I dont know if this specific employee was having a bad day, but her attitude was UGLY!!!! When your at WORK, act like a PROFESSIONAL. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouth considering the fact we never had this problem with anyone at the location.
