So the very first time I went there I ask for a Brownie Batter blizzard Extra brownie and they gave me some blizzard with chocolate shavings and I called it in, and they said they would replace it. I did get it replaced after arguing with them receipt in hand and telling them the persons name who I talked to over the phone. Then, I go one day around 3pm and the lady on the speaker seems frantic as she takes my order for a Large brownie batter blizzard extra brownie. I get to the window, pay and then she gives me a small blizzard. I look at her puzzled and told her I paid for a large. She goes back in the window and pops back out with a coupon for a free small blizzard. Her name is Hilda. She tells me to accept the wrong size and come back she was the only one working even though I already paid. Then tonight I ordered the same as usual. Brownie batter blizzard with extra brownie. Hilda hands it to me and I drive off. I get Down the road and realize that they didn’t put really any of their chocolate syrup. I go back and sit thru a long line. Hilda literally starts yelling at me because I’m never satisfied. I told her “look at what you gave me, does that look like the picture on the menu?” SheViolently throws it away and makes a new one. I told her that I just want my order to be correct when I come. I hate waiting in line just to get something corrected and the way she was talking to me was ridiculous and not anywhere near professional. The picture attached is when she gave me the wrong size and a small voucher to make up the difference after I paid for a large. It cost me .75 cents to get extra brownie batter. I shouldn’t need to pay this but I do to insure I get a decent amount. I’m not looking for anything free I just want my order to be correct and to be treated as a paying customer. Hilda should be ashamed.

Ordered strawberry chocolateBlizzard very few strawberry not mixed well

It was my birthday today and my boyfriend special ordered me a white cake with vanilla frosting and red lettering on it. What we got was a white and chocolate cake with no writing on it. We had to wait 6 hrs. And the order was still not right. They did not rectify the problem. Bad customer service.

This is a close by Dairy Queen that I have gone to for years. There quality is always good. Its one of the few places that can make a strawberry hot fudge shake to perfection.

The young lady who helped me was nice. I dont know if the woman with her was her mom or coworker, however, she wasnt as pleasant. It was like hot and cold water with her but I didnt let her reactions affect me. The ice cream Blizzard was good though.

This one Dairy Queen on lake was closed opens at 5pm the one on Illinois was open so we had shake, come and small cup of vanilla icecream it was delicious .try it youll like it

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is also very very overpriced for some simple ice cream. When I got to the window the old lady basically yelled at me asking if I wanted a lid on my ice cream. She did not even say hello or thank you or stuff along those lines. Its not my fault she is mad or doesnt want to work. Then when I got my ice cream they gave me the wrong one. All I wanted a some simple ice cream. This is very very unacceptable. I will make sure my friends and family do not go here. I will never buy anything from this place ever again.

It was ok, the girl came to the window and just looked at me. No words like, can i help you. But thats ok, Im happy with them getting my order right and in a timely manner.

Came to the Dairy Queen and asked if something could be done that I didn’t think anybody would do. They ended up bringing me this amazing concoction of an ice cream waffle cone dipped with brownie in it And made my entire night.

It is nice to have a Dairy Queen sit down store. They have already made ice cream cake in a cooler for purchase anytime. They also offer cooked food.We picked up (and ate) an ice cream cake for my birthday. It was fantastic!

Im only rating the service. I just stopped by to get a cappuccino moolatte (I usually order this, and very often actually) and they tell me they dont have them..... I told them I usually ask for one and they still continued to say that wasnt an option. Im assuming it is the staff that doesnt know. Hopefully they can be trained better because I like coming here and dont want to experience that happening anymore.

Not a very good DQ. I pull into the drive thru and theres mexican music blasting so loud (not sure if coming from a car in the lot or stores outside speakers) I could barely order. The ice cream is good but the sunday toppings were not. I will continue to be a DQ customer just not at this location.
