The ladies that work there are very rude. I come here for service and they are extremely rude. Their menu looks so good but the rudness just makes me not want to come back. Theres no point in complaining because the manager wont do anything to correct their behavior either way

Went in a few days ago and young lady was being super rude. When i go into an establishment i expect to get greeted at the least. She charged me whatever she wanted i asked for small and she charged me for size large and when i asked her to correct it all she replied was “whatever” she then proceeded to get defensive and even called her manager on the phone and that made it no better. I would not recommend this place i feel super disrespected since i am the customer and i was willing to spend my money there. TERRIBLE. I don’t remember her name but i do remember she was wearing some super long eyelashes that took up most her face

I went today to try this place out. The person taking the orders didnt greet me, and just asked what do you want. I asked for 2 crepes and was told it would be 15 min. A little while later another lady came to tell me they didnt know how long it would be because they couldnt find the boxes to put the crepes in. Very unfriendly. So disappointed as their menu looked good.

People are so nice here! Best nieveria.! Try the mini pancakes! Reminds me of California and I have trying to find these everywhere here in colorado. Thank you!

I usually come to this place often and prefer going during the weekends when other staff is working because during the week there is some young girl working and she is so rude and always with an attitude, if she doesn’t wanna work I don’t know why she is there . Hate rude people .

Came to buy some items first thing I told her I wanted was some corn she gave me attitude that they weren’t ready I don’t know if she had been having a bad day but I walked out right away I wanted more items but I know I’d rather my money go to another business that is nice to the customers I do wish they still had the older lady working for them she was very nice the lady who was rude was young chubby black hair at the aurora location next to the barber shop

We love it here, my family and i. We live close by so this is very convenient for us and whenever we want some good treats we know just where to go.

Ice cream is great how ever i dont understand how they can charge 3.00 for a hot dog that is just thriwen in microwave microwave just makes them rubery o have owned hot dog stands in nyc and denver for 13 years and have never microwaved a hotdog

I love the owners, and the workers, they are a family and make you feel like youre part of theirs. They take their time and add every last detail to make sure everything is perfect for you!

They charged me almost 25 dollars for two little things and the lady is very heavy to serve people

The prices are good but the place does not look very clean and everyone takes their spoons and cutlery from a container. What if people dont bring clean hands and leave all their bacteria there. They should have cutlery in bags to put in the take out bags.

Very good customer service, all the food is delicious !! The Mexican antojitos, pineapples, watermelons, crazy potatoes, clamatos, micheladas, the tostilocos with takis, all the variety of snow and the fresh waters are very rich, they also have churros filled with cajeta recently made and more than all, the prices are very I highly recommend this place !!
