We had milkshakes that were amazing! They have a large variety of flavors to choose from as well as ice cream, and ice cream cookie sandwiches. There are tables for you to eat at and its very kid friendly.
Great ice cream but can be skimpy portions.I had a double Sunday with hot fudge and my daughter had a single sundae with caramel and her Sunday weighed way more than my Sunday and for both Sundays it was over $12. A young girl dished out mine and a young boy dished up hers. When I’ve been here in the past it seems like the ice cream cones definitely are a much better value. The second scoop at the bottom of the Sunday was literally a heaping tablespoon of ice cream. I like good ice cream but I also don’t want to pay five dollars for a 2 tablespoon size scoop of ice cream either. But everyone is very nice here so that’s what Also made me give 4 stars instead of 3.I was surprised how this early afternoon on Thursday, June 10,2021 the mall was very full I wouldn’t say overcrowded but definitely full.
Hubby had a Dutch chocolate shake! Says best he’s ever had. Real ice cream. No crushed ice here. I had a strawberry shake. Very fresh!
Yummy. first time at this location. was busy but quick service. didnt have any of my favorite flavors but I managed to survive
Ordered a simple large vanilla milkshake and was given a small milkshake. No biggie, mentioned to an employee who was super nice and mentioned getting the order fixed. Hung out at the pickup counter for about 10minutes and decided to call it since no eyes would connect with mine. Tried to let them know to not worry and that we were leaving, still no contact from any of the 5 employees. All super nice, doesnt always make for the best service.Ice cream was pretty pricy too.
The place looked cool. My wife and I were pretty excited to get some shakes. While we waited in what we thought was the line the cashier had told is that he would be with us soon. We kept waiting then my wife had noticed that someone else got their order taken. What bothered me most about it was no one told us that the line had started somewhere else. Though this review is not about the quality of the product, it is about the lack of customer service.
Plenty of unique flavors and creations to make anyone happy, even the kids! Staff is awesome and remarkably good at remembering orders. Everyone had a smile on their face and service was quick even with the line being so long.
A fantastic experience. There are flavors, cone types, and add-ins for everyone. Good customer service. I now see how this made the top of the ice cream polls.
Sweet Cow is one of my favorite icecream shops! I will go out of my way to visit. Their icecream has a great consistency and the flavors really stand out. I can always find something I will enjoy. I also like that they have a tiny scoop option, its about the size of a golf ball and is perfect.
I always order ahead and somehow are consistent in either being late or blatantly ignored by staff while standing under the pick up sign. Writing this as I sit at the counter, awaiting a milkshake I ordered that is about 10 minutes past their quoted pick-up time. Wouldn’t write if this wasn’t the second time in a week where I have made eye contact with multiple staff and still have to flag them down. The last time, the kid literally finished making it - walked to the pick up, looked at me, said nothing, then proceeded to put my shake in the freezer. I had to ask his coworker if that was my order he placed.Initially gave them two-stars because I did not want to be too harsh but then saw this has happened to others so 1/5
Would leave a zero if I could.. walked up with no one in line ordered our shakes and waited over 20 minutes while several other customers were served whom came in after us. Completely unprofessional teeny boppers shouldnt be serving their friends before the customers who came in and paid before
One of my favorite ice cream spots in Denver! They use real Girl Scout cookies as well as various other cookies in their flavors and it’s delicious! Very family friendly, a little on the pricier end.
A bit pricey but delicious ice cream and excellent service.
Found a new flavor of ice cream I like. Will definitely be going back.
Its a nice place for Ice cream.😀
We love the ice cream here - and we have tried almost all of the boutique Denver ice cream joints. The team is always friendly and helpful, especially Alyssa. She even helped us choose the ideal combo of flavors for a custom ice cream cake! Its so refreshing to have wonderful customer service and a tasty products as well.
Had a wonderful experience with Chip S. At this location. Amazing ice cream and amazing customer service!
Sweet cow for the win! They always have great selection, and the only reason they arent getting a full 5 stars from us is ONLY because we wish they had more dairy free ice cream choices and a larger selection of flavors. Their raspberry sorbet is a super great option especially when they have the raspberry with the chocolate chips... So good. They have good practices in place right now for COVID and their staff is always so happy! You can even place an order ahead and just go pick it up. Plus, their pint and quart containers make PERFECT to go containers for leftover soups at home!
Service was friendly. Ice cream delicious
Great flavors to choose from. The coffee cookies and cream was delicious!
Excellent ice cream after any visit to other venues near the Hanger.
Love it! The ice cream sandwiches are hand made and delicious.
Good selection of ice cream favors. I just bought an ice cream sandwich here but not sure way they are made with a frozen ball of ice cream. Very difficult to eat.
Did not have the flavor I wanted. So no ice cream.
Raspberry lemonade sorbet was a special treat. Cute patio
On our last visit to Denver, we visited a different location of sweet cow. Personally, I found the flavors to be hit or miss. But the ones that were hits, work extra amazing! I was hoping to find their peanut butter Oreo or they’re fruity pebbles. But I know they rotate their flavors frequently. Instead, I ended up getting lucky charms, s’mores and chocolate peanut butter. They were all very solidly done.Due to Covid, this location is currently set up that you do not enter, but instead purchase from a stand at their main entrance. I loved that they shared outdoor space with other restaurants. There was plenty of room to set up a picnic and just enjoy the evening. We would definitely return to this location again!
Folks there are friendly and happy 😊The ice cream is delicious.
This place uses real ingredients in their ice cream. Their cookies and cream uses real oreos and is one of their best flavors.
The best ice cream in Denver.
Serving size large, but pricey.
Great ice cream, but you cant get their ice cream in a cone anymore! They put it only in a cup with a cone on top, so you have to scoop your own ice cream into a cone. After you do that, you will realize that you get half of the ice cream that they used to give you. If I cant get my ice cream in a cone, I would rather eat ice cream at home.
I like the variety of flavors they offer, but being not so much of a sweets lover honestly I won’t be coming back so often. They’re a little pricey though but I like their creamy milkshake way better than the Starbucks frappucinos!!They have a patio and a children area which are so nice. The staff are friendly and service is quick.Oh and they have the paper straws and paper cone cups for water which are so eco friendly :)
Just the thing for a hot day and sweet tooth
Really good not to sweet but not to plain and really smooth but the price is just a bit more expensive than other places but I will definitely go again and recommend.
Excellent, staff was warm and kind, while the ice cream was delicious. Amazing place to visit.
Prices are ridiculous.. Its just icecream.
Delicious Elvis ice cream.
Looked at moving closer to Stanley Market just for this ice cream! Different rotating flavors make the experience new every time. The oatmeal cookie shake remains the best though!
Staff ignored us while waiting for an online order. Stood there for 15 minutes.
Their scoops are VERY small but the quality is okay and the employees are very friendly.
I loved all the unique ice cream choices. I sampled a few flavors ahead of time and they were all really tasty, so it was very difficult to decide which to get. My favorite ended up being the raspberry Oreo. I highly recommend it. It had a sweet raspberry flavor that wasn’t overpowering and huge Oreo chunks. The staff here were so friendly and helpful. I’m not sure which is more likely to make me come back again the staff or the ice cream. :) I also loved the little bouncy cow play area. Very fun!!
By far the most delicious and amazing ice cream flavors Ive found in Denver. Peanut Butter Brownie is the best pint of ice cream ever
I went to pick up my order. All signs were blown over and it was a complete mess trying to get to the door. I walk passed a male employee and up to the table. No one acknowledged I was there so I walked up to the counter where another employee was. Still no one noticed I was there. I saw the order was ready so I grabbed it (it was already paid for) and started to walk out. I was already outside when the male employee started calling me names, yelling and verbally harassing me for getting my order. This man was so mad, another employee had to get involved and she had to put her arm out as a barrier between him and me to hold him back. What kind of customer service is that? What kind of people are you employing? Is this how you want your company represented? That is the most unprofessional encounter I have ever experienced. What would have happened if that other employee wasn’t there to “calm him down” and keep his anger issues at bay?Would he physically harassed me as well as verbally attacked me?I’m just glad I left without this out of control man escalating the situation to the point where I would have called the police because I feared for my life.
I love Carrot Cake very, very much
Super yummy ice cream long wait though
I miss getting a fat cone that I have to eat immediately but love that they still serve sweet ice cream. Oatmeal Cookie is my FAVE.
While the ice cream now always fabulous the choices of flavors have been reduced to about a third of what they used to have. Still a great treat.
Sweet Cow has a huge assortment of flavors and is really well made, love their ice cream and are repeat customers. Highly recommend.
Everyone wins at Sweet Cow! Our favorite combos are anything chocolate-peanut butter. I wish they always had a chocolate-peanut butter option! Their cones are yummy — both waffle and pretzel cones for those that like the salty/sweet combo!
Decided on ice cream for dessert and came away with impressed with the Ice cream. The cookie dough ice cream with the fresh whip cream was delightful. We also had the watermelon sorbet. I was told that it has a slight cucumber taste to it just as I ate a spoonful of it, and yes there is a slight hint of cucumber oddly enough, but not enough for me to not enjoy the taste and texture of my selection. Workers were friendly and helpful, even offering a sample of the lemon sorbet, which I will try in earnest on our next visit. I was pleased with our visit here.
We visited the Stanley Market Location. Very cool atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and the ice cream was better than we expected. The butter pecan was delicious and the kids loved the lucky charms flavor. Definitely will be returning
I have been here several times, the ice cream is always good. Great customer service I think once out of the five times I have been here the lady who was helping might have been having a bad day. All in all it is my go to ice cream place. I love it found out about them through their ice cream truck!!!
I am an enthusiastic fan of their house made root beer float. Imagine two big scoops of the creamiest fresh made vanilla ice cream floating in a large glass of refreshing root beer. So good!
One of the best ice cream spots in Denver, which is saying a lot. Their creativity in flavors is top notch. Every flavor Ive tried is creamy and delicious. Looking forward to my next visit.
Friendly staff and special rotating flavors make this creamery a must-visit during your time at Stanley Marketplace. A variety of cup and cone sizes, along with pints and quarts to go, ensures theres something for everyone. Quality of ice cream is amazing too!
Delicious, absolutely delicious!
Great flavors!
Always have great selection of flavors, and the employees are super friendly. I usually sample 2 or 3 different ones before making my choice but all of them are good. They have little bounce cows for kids, so if you have a little one or are a tiny adult that likes bounce cows youre in luck! I think they sell the bounce cows too, so if you have little ones and they like the cows, maybe dont let THEM know they could take a cow home.
This is consistently the best ice cream and service I get in Denver, and not for a lack of trying other options. The flavors are positioned very solidly between classic and innovative; nothing is boring and nothing is different just for the sake of being different. The proportions are reasonable – I always want more than I can have in the way you it to be.I will return often.
Cant beat early fall ice cream! Dont like having to build my own ice cream cone, but hey, its a pandemic.
Delicious, especially the sorbets! Love to ride our bikes to Stanley for a sweet treat...
Shakes were good but could have been thicker
The ice cream is always so delicious! They also have sorbet and vegan ice cream for those who cant have dairy.
There are no words to describe this place! If you havent been here your life will change once you do... they make their ice cream on site daily and have some great and original flavors! My family and friends love this place...
This place has delicious ice cream, milkshakes, and malts. Highly recommend coming here
We’ve been here four times in a week it’s so good! Simply delicious and very indulgent.
My favorite ice cream in Denver. Great fun flavors and new ones all the time. The OZO Coffee is my go to every time, but the Cinnamon Toast Crunch changed me. When I have friends in town, I always take them here.
Love their infection control plan! Great job!
Always absolutely delicious here!
Very nice place for a cone or cup of ice cream with their large selection of flavors. They have waffle, sugar, and pretzel cones. They offer cookie ice cream sandwiches, ice cream cakes, and the ability to take pints of ice cream home. The place has a nice outdoor area for the nice days.
My son was super happy that they had vegan and sorbet options. Such great ice cream!
I really do like your ice cream I thought you were a little stuck-up on the Aurora Channel. Liks is an awesome local ice cream and they have been here for years. Im in New England girl so I grew up going to ice cream Farm stands. Well you do have awesome ice cream you should never say you have the best ice cream or more flavors than anyone else. Licks not only has awesome flavors but if you can think of one that they dont carry, call them and they will make it for you.
Place is so clean. Staff is friendly. Ice-cream is good... But not as rich as Cold Stone! I like more the ice- cream shop in Louisville because of the outdoor seating outdoor. Having the game grass just by the place you waiting in line to order can be little bit annoying with the Midas jumping around.
I was sad I was not able to get a milkshake because Sweet Cow only carries Whole Milk....Why carry Vegan Ice Cream and not a Vegan Milk... Doesnt make sense to me. Of course I had to have it in a cup...No Gulten Free Cones..
Always delicious, super friendly, and clean. Our family loves visiting!
My favorite ice cream spot! Love the unique and yummy flavors, great service.
Loved this place..Lots.of.options and the.ice cream.was.delicious..line can get long but worth it
Wont take orders over the phone, which is what it is but providing information to a customer shouldnt be rude or abrasive. Someone needs better phone communicate skills, will not be returning I can be treated poorly for free anywhere in town.
Amazing Service - I threw birthday party across the hall for my wife and pre-ordered a cake with her fav ice cream. The ladies working there were so accommodating, they even heated a knife and helped me cut the frozen cake. Didnt hesitate to help, awesome service.
The cookies and cream along with the cookie dough is some of the best that I’ve had. I will bring all of my friends.
Delicious ice cream made from quality ingredients, with friendly customer service every time. So happy Sweet Cow has a location inside Stanley Marketplace.
Had double scoop of cookies and cream in waffle cone. Good ice cream and reasonably priced. Staff was very nice.
Not much more to say but their ice cream is the absolute best and their service is typically exceptional!
What a pleasant surprise! The ice cream is delicious and has whimsical flavors, and the outdoor seating area is lovely, with space for kids to run.
Delicious!
Local ice cream shop that makes some very unique flavors!! They also have a kids cup which is perfect for
Awesome place!Had the chocolate milkshake which was fantastic. Scene/location is great.
So delicious. I really liked the creative flavors, and they are happy to let the customer sample to their hearts delight.
Excelent Ice Cream and add ons with impeccable service.
All of their ice cream is quality and creamy, the service is fast and efficient, and the staff is nice when not rushed by a group of 6 at 8:50
Employees to busy talking with each other, trying to order and was skipped in line and didnt get any interaction, like she was avoiding eye contact with me and my friend. Service was poor
Excellent Ive cream get the triple its only 1.75 more than the single.
