Pleasently surprised to see a clean, well stoked and broad range grocery store. The quality of meat and taste of packed and snacks was awesome. Must try! I might make this my default store as having a lots of stock and well organised store with very helpful staff.

I am doing groceries at this store since 2016, never had any issues. The place is clean and neat. Everything is kept in an organized manner. Even though the store looks small you can find all the groceries and other items you need for your day to day life. We always come to this store even though there other stores near our house. Good store. Great people!

Always do my grocery here. Very convenient and clean and can usually find everything I need. Meat shop service is also very good and meat is always fresh and clean. The shop is very organized and clean, it doesn’t smell bad like some other desi shops do. Highly recommend.

Best halal store in Aurora Area, the store is an excellent and good quality of meat is available. Good customer service. They take phone orders, and the orders are promptly ready, with no wait time. Mr. Syed is accommodating, pleasant, amicable, and respectful, provides exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this store.

Rude, extremely unprofessional. Have a sign that says masks required but the employees dont wear them. Interesting place.

Honestly I really like going to this store because the staff is very friendly and respectful and if you are looking for zabiha halal meat and all desi groceries, this is the most convenient store especially if you live in the area also they keep the meat section very hygiene I highly recommend.

Bad customer service.( 5/17/21) Guy who is working as a cashier is always on the PHONE and didn’t even bother to say “hi” or “ thank you “. His attitude like - take it or leave it . What a nasty service. people like this should never work as cashiers.

This store is well kept and full with the groceries, I really like their service specially Shawal has such a great customer service skill, I mostly go there 3 to 4 times a week. And it’s very convenient for me also.

There are no posted prices most of the things. When asked, the sale person get annoyed. He said the other guy ( not mentioning name here) will come in a minute and tell the price. But customer kept waiting, he might not wake up or have breakfast yet. Pathetic attitude towards customer. We try to promote our community stores but the employees attitude and lack of price tags divert people to go nearby bigger stores.They speak loudly, oh there is lot of work to be done in 3 hours. They dont pay attention to customers.

I have had some bad experiences here like some of the other previous reviewers. However, the owner resolved the issue and Sajid bhai (butcher)personally took care of my order to assure I didnt have any issues. I miss Adnan bhai (cashier) who always provided exceptional service. Giving 5 stars with the hope they will maintain good customer service.

The new staff is the worst! This place used to have great customer service and would cut the meat any way I wanted. Now it is very limited. My husband is from Pakistan and I grew up in a small farming community, so I dont cook a lot of Pakistani cuisine. But at least I feel better knowing the meat is Halal for my husband, even if it wasnt cut for the normal customer.

Have fun trying to order meat from here. They seem to be annoyed that customers come in. If I need something that I cant grab from the shelves myself (ie meat), I basically get ignored. I try not to be the difficult customer and just patiently wait my turn but they dont even acknowledge that anyone is standing at the counter. Its like they dont want customers or something I dont get it.UPDATE: They have some new guys in the store that are very friendly and helpful 👍

Pakistani favorites are available in a nearby location. Glad the replaced the staff. The new guy and Imran the butcher do an awesome job keeping the place clean and maintained

Love this place! Lots of Indian spices in bulk. Frozen section is excellent. Also, have vegan samosas.

Freash meat excellent service

I call in an order for meat, the guy will tell me 30 minutes or 45 minutes. I give him 2 hours to have everything ready. And I still have to wait when I get there. This hasn’t happened just once or twice. It’s. Every. Single. Time. These guys have no consideration for others time and on top of that they don’t even apologize for the delay. I have never heard them say sorry even if I’ve complained. Really bad customer service!Update 11/2019: the last few times I have gone they have had the order ready for me. I’m glad to see that there has been improvement!

First time visited this place to buy meat. Owner and worker was too busy and didnt check why i there for about 10 minutes. Worker is ignoring me as its getting late for him. Finally came out of shop without buying anything.

I used to shop a lot at Nayab mart when the old staff was there! Recently, I was at Nayab to get grocery and at the counter the employee name Shawal was very rude and does not know how to speak with the customers! He was very disrespectful towards me and I heard the same from my relatives! Owner need to put someone else at the counter rather than this guy!

Had item in stock ( frozen parathas) that were beyond last sold date and bad. Owner should check it’s stock frequently to check to expired items.Also when I told associate at counter he just didn’t care or didn’t bother to reply.

Good store if you live in vicinity, have most of the groceries but dont have any fresh vegetables or organic variety. They do run out of stock too often for my liking.

Nayabmart was good when Nadeem/Imran were working and the new guys are the worst dont even know how to cut the meat and they talk a lot knows nothing about the customer needs.... stay away. I would give zero star but no option in google.

Have been searching for fresh halal goat meat since a long time, my search ended here. Its the best i have seen. Very fresh and exactly the way you need to prepare curries, biryani or any other indian dishes. Its well cleaned too. Should definitely give it a try. They also have other meats. Have not bought any other groceries from here so dont know about them.

I’ve been a regular customer for almost 1 year now. Recently their customer service has been terrible. I ordered meat from them around 12pm, and was told it’ll be ready for pickup in 10 minutes. I waited 20 min to pick it and it wasn’t ready then. After 2 hours i visited again and was told 10 min AGAIN!!They need to take their customer orders seriously and make it clear if they don’t accept phone orders.

Dont know how many of us take this seriously. You may get charged with hidden charges. They dont honor their own published price tag on the items. I was a regular customer to this store until few days ago. When it happened for the first time I thought its was an outdated price labeled on an item. That ok, it happens. For the second time keeper charged me with same / similar cause saying label was outdated.Finally, third time especially with Raw meat items.1. They post something. Charge something - difference I saw is $2 /lb2. After the meat weighed, The butcher shows a special interest & care on cleaning the meat by taking off the fat layers and keep those in a nice container. I thought its a good service. It didnt take much time to realize that they taking off more meat than necessary. And you will ending with losing meat.This may be due to higher prices for meat in market and to meet their vendors from restaurants demand for extra side money.This is what my experience with this store. Next time when you go for groceries, Please Pay close attention to the items you are getting. You will notice at one point.I would be happy, if they change their way of doing business in near future..

I really like this place this is where I get the Basmati rice and very good price for a big bag, also they sell lamb here and many other spices and items you dont find in regular markets.

Always check the expiration dates before buying something from here. I buy sweets occasionally and two of the times I went in there, the display near the front had expired cake. They dont seem to remove it unless its visibly mouldy.
