I have been to this MJ store so many times, and I really like the purses and service there. I was looking for a burgundy bucket bag for my sisters birthday. Somehow the bag was sold out in store. I was appreciated the sale associates Dianas help. She called few stores to look for the bucket bag I wanted. She found one! thats awesome! Also Uttman is so helpful as well. I was looking for a new strap. He helped me to look for a matching one. The store manager Marc, he is very kind and nice to answer all my questions. I really love this store! If this MJ store has more retail styles and nventories and newer styles that will be great!

I went in the other day looking for a bag for my birthday and the staff was extremely helpful picking one out that matches me perfectly. One of your employees Martin was very sweet and asked me tons of questions to find my perfect bag. Ring out was smooth and I’m definitely coming back and bringing friends with me!

I went to that store for the first time on Nov 7 and my sister and I meet this wonderful friendly sale person name Utlman and helped us with anything we needed on that day. I myself a retired customer service agent and truly appreciated a nice gesture from the sale person like Utlman. He mentioned to us that black friday and approaching and he will be happy to help us if we needed anything. I just have a surgery last week and i’m will not be able to visit the store for black friday so I texted Utlman and told him all the bags that I would like to purchase and he helped me again and making sure that everything I ordered will be nicely pack and mailing it to me. I’m expecting to received the package next week . He also made sure i get a copy of my receipt through my email and text. I really appreciated everything he had done for me and i don’t have to worry about shopping during during black Friday. He deserve to be promoted. A very happy customer.Rachel F.
