I initially placed an order for a hitch install and it took a few weeks to get it but I just had the hitch installed and it was great. Good quality and fair price
Neglected to tell me that picking up a dolly at another location instead of just getting one here would be an extra $200 instead of $20. Absolute garbage business, go anywhere else
Rang the bell outside for propane and no one ever showed up, I went inside and waited in line for 30 minutes and a guy asked what I needed I said I need propane I have one tank and need to purchase another, then I waited outside for 10 minutes, he came out and said my current tank needs to be re certified but did not bring the new tank out so he said I will meet you inside, so I go back inside and wait 10 minutes he never shows up and I look out and he is helping other people outside, I wait for him to finish with the current customer and then walk over and ask what is going on you told me you were meeting me inside and than never show up, I got the hell out of there the store is way under staffed and cant service the area, dont waste your time going to this location.
Great experience, good service and friendly.
Dont try getting propane here. Ive tried getting tank refills 3 times and waited a combined 2 hours for service to never show up. One time, an employee did come out but complained to me that I shouldnt ring the service bell. This place is understaffed and unprofessional.
I purchased a pack of 20 boxes, two rolls of tape. The lady who took care of me was nice, however she was by herself trying to take care of 8 customers. One guy outside saw me struggling to get the boxes in my car and did not offer to help. Just walked around in circles
I recently brought my 2017 jeep patriot(the first nice car i have ever owned and work hard to pay for every month) to this location to get a hitch installed so i can enjoy taking my dirt bike to the track this summer. After picking up my car i immediately noticed the hitch was pointing downward and not straight out the back of the vehicle, but i figured this wouldnt be the biggest deal. So i drive away and by the time i got home my car was rattling like crazy coming from the rear. After a week of trying to get a hold of uhaul i was finally able to get an appointment to get my car looked at to see what the rattling was from. Unfortunately they made me come back to this same location. Once i arrived, the people who were suppose to take a look at my car had no idea what i was doing there even though i explained it all to whoever booked my appointment. After re explaining the situation, Adrian, the man who installed my hitch in the first place, goes outside to my car to see what was going on, doesnt even bother to jack my car up, just peeks under it in the parking lot. He noticed that the hitch is banging against my exhaust and literally uses tape to place a piece of rubber in between the hitch and the exhaust, then tells me its fixed. Unfortunately i believed him, and started to drive home, after a mile of driving my car is rattling again so i turn right around and go straight back. After telling Adrian that he didnt fix it, he goes out with another piece of rubber AGAIN except this time uses a stronger piece of tape and glue to try and muffle the banging. After this i realized this man had no idea what he was doing and i drove off. Again, my car was rattling by the time i got home. So here i am, my 2017 jeep patriot with 20k miles on it rattles uncontrollably in traffic to the point where it sounds like a 1995 honda civic with an exhaust leak. People look at my new car like it is a piece of junk because of the obnoxious sound. I guess i just cant have nice things. On top of this, the exhaust system is being damaged over time due to the constant banging against the hitch they installed, and i now have to go and either have the hitch removed, or pay to have my exhaust system moved back some inches by a professional. This has been a nightmare and has costed me more money to fix than it did to install itMy advice to anyone looking to get a hitch installed is to NOT go to this place. They are not car mechanics, they know how to install a hitch and that is it. If they happen to mess anything up in the process they do not have the knowledge to fix it. They do not care about you and your car, they only care about getting the hitch slapped on to your vehicle as quickly as possible so they can get onto the next vehicle and go home. If anything goes wrong Uhaul as a whole will not help you. Save yourself and take your vehicle elsewhere.
Truck and trailer I had reserved were not there, and they wouldn’t do anything to find out where they were or how they could help, just very rudely told me to call the 800 number. They just stood there staring at me, learn how to run a business.
Called ahead to get propane told no problem, went to the store got in the line at the propane tank fill station there was four of us. The attendant then stated they wanted him inside and he went inside, waited over 40 minutes then checked on time and told may be an hour dont know. Talked to the people in line inside they stayed they had been waiting a very long time to be served. All of us at the propane left.
Between riding his electric scooter around you can often find the staff hitting dabs in the black suv often parked in the limited storage parking. The grounds are never maintained and usually covered in snow and ice during winter. For the third time attempting to switch my auto payment to a corporate credit card I was again charged a late fee then the following day the auto payment would go through with the extra fee attached. No one at head office seems to have the ability to do anything and if you bring it up to staff they say yea. It says you are on auto pay. It shouldnt have charged you. Thats weird then promptly do nothing about it. If you call corporate U-Haul you get disconnected 90% of the time trying to talk to someone that can help, whom by the way cannot do anything without the on-site managers approval (guy hitting dabs in suv Im pretty sure). Switching to storquest which is cheaper and just a mile away.
Nice and friendly and everyone professional and attentive.
Bad service!
The service was very good
