I have been going to PM since middle school. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had some work done on my flute, and developed a newfound love to start playing again.

Staff is friendly, and the few instructors that Ive worked with enjoyed what they were doing and made their students feel comfortable.

There staff is so friendly and helpful and full of information. One of my favorite stores. I love coming here just to browse sometimes. They also have a great team to do repairs on instruments. Highly recommend this store.

Brand new to this store since my daughter is renting a trumpet and have already had customer service issues. Disappointed alreadyUpdate:. Months later and Im upset again. Payments are supposed to be split between myself and her father. I got charged the whole amount. Will be disputing with my bank.

PM music is a pleasure to rent from. The customer service is fantastic. Their repair and replacement policy are a part of their already very reasonably priced rentals. My son had an issue and was in need of loaner and Jason went above and beyond.

I go here for piano lessons and I love it! My teacher is amazing at her job, and the store definitely is fun to look around at. I would recommend it for young kids who want to learn to play music! I also got what is now my favorite piano (a Casio Privia PX-160) for a relatively low price compared to the original, and I always practice on it!

Back in about 2012-2013, my mother and I came here to test out some Buffet E11’s and buy one as well (which we did). The service was perfect compared to the other places around here (ahem Q&F), and they didn’t try and rush us to buy either. Their payment plans worked so good around my mother, she even bought me a tenor sax as well! I also rate so well because I used to work here, and the store owner, Frank is such a humble, and down to earth, that I almost asked for him to be my mentor. I can’t thank this place enough for all they did for me, both musically, and financially. #SmallThanks

PM Music is a family store. Lessons for all, fun invents and a wonderful friendly staff. If you havent been in the store you should go visit. Pick up a ukulele and start taking some group lessons they are so much fun.

Renting or purchasing, this business is fantastic. They even looked at repairing a cello we bought online to determine if it was wise to proceed or not. You will be amazed at the on the spot servicing of any problems with your instrument. They also stock the books needed for the local schools.
