The people at Orbit were very helpful with scheduling delivery and addressed any questions I had. In particular the young man who delivered and set up the equipment, Esteban, was terrific. He called about 20 minutes before arriving; set up a hospital bed, wheelchair and bathroom safety device in less than 30 minutes; explained how each can easily be adjusted and be used properly; and demonstrated how the bed controls work. Hes really professional and friendly. This morning my soon-to-be 98 year old Mom said the bed was very comfortable and that the guard rails on each side give her piece of mind. Having to care for an aging parent is a blessing, yet Im in uncharted territory. I told Esteban that he and his colleagues provide a much-needed service that I deeply appreciate. Orbits equipment and service, along with the guidance of outside health care professionals, are great assets for any family needing such assistance. Maybe without realizing it Esteban helped me a lot!

Neil was amazing, he fixed my chair and was very knowledgeable. He was on time for our appointment so I didnt have to sit in my room and wait all day.Very pleasant and treated me with respect.

Shawn was great to deal with. He has a great attitude & is very personable. I enjoyed talking with him. He had the hospital bed set up in no time, walked me through how to use it and investigated why the wheelchair that was delivered earlier didnt fold properly. He said he would put through paperwork to either have it fixed or have it replaced. He is a great representative for Orbit. Im new to the world of at home medical care & having Orbit supply the hospital bed & wheelchair made things so much easier. The wheelchair was coming from a different location & was going to be delivered on Tuesday. Catherine worked her magic & got it delivered on Monday when I needed it. Technician Ryan did a wonderful job of resolving a problem with my Quantum Edge with iLevel power chair. He actually picked up my chair after a replacement part arrived and returned the repaired chair back to me in less than 4 hours. He was very nice and very helpful and offered suggestions for better ways to maintain my chair. The Orbit Complex Rehab Team were all very helpful! A great customer service experience!

He asked some questions about the location of the bed. Received the wrong size wheelchair that wouldn’t fit through either of my doorways at my house. Waited over 12 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and they never did. Left vm and waiting for a return phone call. Meanwhile I have to use the bathroom and can’t get there. It is now 6 days, that’s right 6 days later and I STILL haven’t received the correct size wheelchair. 6 days. I’ve called every day and still no straight answers from them. Great job keeping your customers informed and updated.... NOT!

I have to say that Orbit came thru today. If it wasnt for Abraham and Catalina, I was seriously about to switch to a different company. There was some communication blocks on their end and nobody would tell me when I could get serviced. Over the phone they would just say there was a conflict. Anyway...fast-forward 3 weeks and Abraham and Catalina came by and waited for me to get myself together and get my chair out. They were very patient with me and helpful with my power chair. I have been waiting for almost a year to receive a wheelchair through another medical company once my occupational therapist put me in touch with with orbits I received my wheelchair within a week as promised and the modifications it gonna be done to the wheelchair within another week to allow me to have a power chair thats been custom fit it for me and its very comfortable and provides everything I need Ive been very pleased with our relationship with orbits and look forward to working with them again in the future

Andy, a medical technician for Orbit Medical Equipment delivered and setup a hospital bed for us today and I cannot praise him enough. Andy an extremely friendly young man arrived on time and competently set up the bed. He explained what he was doing and instructed us as to its operation. I also appreciated his use of a face mask and maintaining a safe distance during his visit. When Andy left he took all boxes, plastic and misc. leaving my home the way he found it. Andy did a great job setting up my Mom’s medical equipment. He answered all of my questions and showed me how to operate the controls for the bed. The only reason I gave him (the company) 4 stars was that he was an hour and a half beyond the delivery window. Apparently there are only two delivery men driving for the company. They are short staffed.

The guys that came were helpful and kind. The chair was adjusted in a competent and professional manner. I think having a few extra things like a ramp tip would have been helpful because the Wheelchair cant get on our ramp without one. Because I wanted to use my chair outdoors this is a disappointment. From a sales perspective you could have sold 2 things by having that on the truck.
