This Target is by far the worst Target I’ve ever been to. One of the workers came to stand next to my sisters and I while we were shopping for t-shirts. She had such a nasty attitude, just looked at us & stood there not saying anything. Every shirt we would touch, she would “ fix “, it was so uncomfortable to shop, I ended up buying 6 shirts because I am there to SHOP not just look around, seriously so weird. The cashier was on her phone so I didn’t even bother going to her, and perferred going to self check out but then another worker was like “ isle 5 is open “ making me feel like I had to go there. Regret doing so. I said hello to the cashier, and she didn’t even say anything back, one of the shirts didn’t have a tag and she didn’t even care to ring it up correctly or ask anything. Because of her incorrect ring I ended up missing out on the 20% discount I was supposed to receive. I saw the receipt, but didn’t even care to deal with anyone at that store, I just wanted to leave. Please save yourself the bad experience and go to another Target. And Target please hire employees that enjoy their jobs & want to work or at least act like it. This is sad

There are no dairy-free options like my old neighborhood target in Sandy Springs. They have dairy free ice cream and thats it. It makes my redcard useless since the entire reason I would buy groceries at target was because of the dairy free options.

The Target in Austell is the place to visit for your shopping needs. The representative was very kind, friendly and informative. A very easy transaction. The store is very clean and well kept.

I visited the CVs in the Target, the staffs were nice and polite.

This location has the most negative weird vibe every time. Out of any other Target store I go to, this one needs the most improvement. I went to return an item yesterday and the cashier next to mine just stood there and stared at me the entire time like she was possessed: super weird. The drive up service always takes forever at this location as well. Something about this Target is off. They need more training in social skills

Consistently good customer service, inventory stocked well (understanding pandemics have allowed a hiccup now and then *everywhere*), cleanliness, carts always available, wide variety. Target is my hands-down go-to store for that huge variety. Oh. Did I forget decent prices? Yes, I did! I bought an HP printer, for $10 less than next door at the office supply store - and Target had it in stock!

I really like shopping at Target, the location is convenient, the stores are always clean and each time Ive went to a register to checkout the cashiers has always been pleasant, especially today, Ms. Constance was so helpful and friendly. The only con for me is, sometimes the items Im looking for are all sold out, so if its something I really want at that moment, I have to find another Target to go to.

Do not go to this Target if you need to buy groceries. They barely have a frozen food section and no fresh produce. It was neat walking through a super retro Target, but the nostalgia ended quickly when I realized I could only do part of my shopping at this store. A lot of items were out of stock and the store was organized rather oddly, so it was hard to find what I needed. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

Today I made a mistake during my transaction and I went back to the service desk and Niah, I believe her name was, helped me! She went above and beyond! She was very nice and kind during our entire transaction as well as understanding. The situation was kind of complicated so Josh came over and assisted as well, he was also nice.I haven’t always had the BEST experience at this Target location but Niah and Josh definitely went above and beyond today which prompted me to write this review!

This is a very 90s Target! I never thought I would see a Target like this again. This had to have been built in the mid to late 90s. They have the neon around the store and the vintage Food Avenue. The Food Ave was shut down, not sure if its reopening due to Covid. The signage hanging from the ceiling is also old school and very 90s. The electronic dept is located at the right corner of the store, as the original setup from back then, compared to being in the middle back part of most current stores. The only thing I had an issue with was how messy everything was. Some of the isles just looked junky and alot of the products looked clearanced. Almost like they get all the junk and left over clearance from other stores?? Maybe thats why this store isnt updated because its like a partial Target outlet ? Still a unique experience and pretty busy store. 😎👍

This target is in dire needs of updates. Usually do not have items regularly available at other nearby targets. It is worth the 10 mins going to another store simply for cleanliness and order.

The 90s called and said its time to update this unfortunate time portal.

Target is one of the better big-box retailers, but still not the best in terms of finding everything in one store. As for customer service, Constance Scott was my cashier and did an amazing job.

Older store. Somber atmosphere. Not well lit or well stocked (in home/bedding 6/2020). Staff I encountered were friendly. Not your typical bright, upbeat Target, but suitable, if they have what you need.

My store pickup was ready quickly. I was able to get what I needed without spending all day shopping. I appreciate the safety and convenience.

I would only suggest the morning/ afternoon and to absolutely avoid the evenings.

I’ve been in this Target about 4 times in the last 2 weeks, due to a recent move and I’ve regretted it each time. The store is dark and somber and the shelves are always bare. Please visit the Smyrna store on Cobb parkway. Even if it’s a little further away it’s well worth it.

This has been my favorite Target for years. I mostly do the Drive-Up service now, and I must say they are always waiting for me when I pull up. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The gentlemen and ladies who handle drive-up are the sweetest most helpful employees you have. Definitely love the Drive-Up service and the employees who work it seem wonderful.

Better, MUCH better! I admit that this Target has had some customer service issues in the past but it seems like they have turned it around. The last several times I have visited, the employees have been more tuned in and helpful. I used to go out of my way to visit other Target locations, I dont feel the need to do that any more. When I left the store yesterday I thought: Wow, I really enjoyed my trip to this Target!

Kalonji is amazing! Ive been going to this Target forever and Ive never been treated so well. I am a gamer and I typically go to the gaming section when I head to Target with my mother. I usually try out the demo in the games when they have it. I had my earphones in and played Mario Kart for the Switch. I took them off and he began talking to me about the game.Personally I wasnt interested in what he had to say due to the fact I was gaming but he caught my attention about the old games. I wanted to get a PlayStation 4 but he informed me that the games I wanted was also on the Switch!Im definitely getting the Switch because of him! Thanks dude!

Although I think Target is higher priced than Walmart, I can still ALWAYS find great bargains at Target! Even though this purchase was not a clearance item, trust me, when Target puts something on clearance, they almost give it away AND its good stuff, not raggedy stuff.

The ambiance here is dated. I feel like I am shopping at an old store. The selection is good. The customer service is decent. But I have to say its a better over all shopping experience here than it is at Walmart nearby.

This is a hidden gem compared to other targets in atlanta. It’s clean, easy to navigate, and when items are in stock they are always in the correct location as they correlate to the target app. The staff is friendly. Getting into and out of the shopping center is a breeze as well as parking. Definitely my preferred target out of all stores in the metro and greater atlanta area.

There was nobody at the counter (returns area) for about 10 min,after that it went smoothly.

This location always have what I need in stock. The store is clean and always have cashiers available when I dont feel like using the self checkout.

This target is always so out of order. Nothing is in the right spot. They rarely have any thing your looking for. Dont waste your time.

Customer service both in pharmacy and on sales floor. seems to be rare to even find an employee these days and even rarer to find one to help. My Target had both. It is sad these days that it is remarkable to get people who will interact with the customers. Three Target employees in 3 different areas of the store actually seemed to understand that that is their job. Thank you Target for training your people

Just stopped by to do some grocery shopping and there was a young homeless mother with her small child outside the front door asking for help. I told her I would need to get cash on the way out because I didnt have any on me. I got back out just in time to find some store manager lecturing her about private property and soliciting and shooing her off the premises. Im glad I got there in time to give her the cash before she was chased off, but Im absolutely disgusted. For a company that likes to masquerade as progressive to pander to millennials, this was completely despicable behavior, and I wont be returning to shop there anymore. How can anyone be so heartless?

Please update the interior! It looks so dated with the signage, poor lighting, and the weird, tight layout. Maybe leave the sign in the cafe for nostalgia but update everything else! Compared to the Smyrna Target, there’s a lot of quality items missing.

I want every store to be as simple and easy as Target when it comes to returns. Its less than 5 mins, no hassle, just a pleasant experience all the way around.

I havent had very good experiences with this not-so-nice Target lately...I was attempting to shop for new shoes and half of the boxes didnt have price tags on them. A Target associate was working in the shoe section so I asked her if she had a price scanner gun on her. I promise you, she didnt even look at me. She kept doing what she was doing and just shook her head. Not one word. It was ridiculous. Her name was Mary, and she obviously hates her job. Also, I went to check out and noticed that the shorts I was interested in buying didnt ring up how I thought they would and mentioned this to the cashier. She said, Oh now I dont know how that go. What? What does that even mean? She was outwardly annoyed that I was making her look into the issue. Sometimes I wonder how people like this get a job in retail...Im pretty sure Ill be driving the extra three minutes to go to my next-closest Target from now on...

Very nice location. Went today, had no problem finding a place to park but there wasnt a single shopping cart up front. I had nowhere to put my items so I left.

I always have a good experience, the prices are fair and it is close to my home. Plus, I get a discount because I have the card.

They do like to scam you. They put those get a $5 gift card everywhere, so when u get to the register, just 1 particular item is not gonna scan, but you are going to find out about after a long line to service desk, and after another long wait until another associate checks it. Well plaid, Target, well plaid.

She was able to locate my order quickly, with just my name.

I LOVE Target! The stores (in my area and outside of my immediate area) are always clean. The shelves are always neat. I can usually find everything Im looking for (and a lot of things Im not). The prices are reasonable (especially with Cartwheel AND the clearance sections) and the team is always friendly. Love, lOve, loVE TARGET!

Starting I loved when I walked in I stopped to grab some popcorn and a drink.. Kim was amazing she had a very welcoming attitude and to me that counts alot. She turned my day around to having a good day! Even thow I did go threw self check out everybody else was very helpful. When I asked were the alt Braves shirts were the girl knew exactly were it was.

When I went to buy the air filter, the SKU ticket stated $16.99. So I chose that. When I went to the register, it charged me $31.99. When I returned the air filter, an associate came back with me to the aisle and scanned the SKU ticket and stated HIS machine told him it was $13.99. He said it made no sense to him either. This is extremely frustrating to customers.

The lady I spoke with basically told me they have lots of Frozen items that I just need to come look in the store. Umm...that is why I called you to inquire about a specific item and size. I dont want to make a trip to your store if you dont have what Im looking for.Thanks for being SO helpful.
