Bought a car battery under the advisement of an employee, but the battery did not fit my car. The store is refusing to refund my money because I missed the 14 day return policy. (EDIT). Note, the company replied, confirmed my admitted mistake, but neglected to speak to my issue that I was sold a product that I could not use.

Manufacturer of my dive camera was clueless about why my camera didnt work and was pretty sure battery went bad thus replacement required. Came here and the gentleman checked it with store equipment. He literally blew my mind as he explained what had disabled the battery and then immediately fixed it. Once again restored my faith that there are truly experts out there and this store has one, Cudos!!!!

I went there for the first time to get battery for my cell phone. The gentleman who waited on me was nice and courteous and helpful. Only took him a couple of minutes to find the battery for my phone. I brought battery home and installed it myself and it worked perfectly.I will definately go back there when I need another one.

I had a 6:30 appointment that I made online to replace the screen and battery on my iPhone on Tuesday July 2 2019, get there and was told that they could not do it today something about heat up a hot plate that takes 30 minutes to heat. Do they not check the appointment to see the service I was getting done. I felt like they didn’t want to do it because it was an iPhone. Will not be back, will have done somewhere else. Doesn’t deserve any stars

When it comes to car batteries I dont think they know what theyre doing here - lacked basic tools to do an installation. Staffed by non car people so be warned.

The person behind the counter knows his business and I have learned to respect that.

Easy friendly helpful

I recently placed an order online for a car battery to be installed at the location. On my way to the location I received a called from Battery Plus associate saying he couldnt install my battery because it was raining. He ask me to hold on and let him consult with his manager. He left me on hold and didnt not get back with me until I walked into the store introducing myself and asking him what was there final decision about installing my battery. Mind me it is barely raining. Once I left out the location getting a refund it wasnt dropping a rain drop. Battery Plus know it offers batteries to be installed so they should have a back-up plan just in case of the weather. I took my service to Wal-Mart and it was installed without a cover to do the job.

Sold me a battery for my phone that messed my phone up. Had to do a factory reset and buy another battery. The guy acted like he was doing me a favor by helping me. Answered the phone while helping me and argued with the customer he was on the phone with.

The gentlemen behind the counter really didnt want to help anyone. I told him I am looking for a certain battery for a phone and he is like we have 210 different types. I know what the battery looks like just show me one to try to help not stand there and dont really want to help. I was willing to pay for the battery but now nope I will prefer to order online and paying a lot less. Thanks for making my decision easy.

After reading all of these great reviews, I was under the assumption that I too would have an amazing experience at this location. Unfortunately I was wrong. I dropped the phone off (that being my only phone) I was told to come back an hour and a half later to find out they didnt have them in stock. One would think that for a popular phone they fix, they would know if they had any in stock or not. They wasted my entire morning just to tell me that. Chances are I wont be able to get my phone fixed today because of this situation. Its a shame because I really liked the guy I spoke with until this happened.. Wont be taking my business back here and I actually have a few things I wanted them to do because they are so local.

The absolute worst customer service ever. It does not matter what time of the day you call you will most likely get an inept, uneducated rude person who answers the phone who and disconnects the call without so much as a Goodbye, See ya! Thanks or anything resembling a salutation. In person its no better unfortunately. There is however one bright person in the building who understands communication and will try to accommodate a customer. Unfortunately He only works Monday thru Friday until 7pm. If dont catch him, Run! Maybe try another location.

Back 2018 I got my battery in my old IPhone 4.. for the battery to not only go dead but not turn on even when I charged it . We went back they gave me a another battery now .. I had third time they say I have to pay them another 65$ just for them give me a bad battery . Don’t not go here they are a rip off and scammers . Forewarning!!! SCAMMERS!!

Walked in 10 minutes before close knowing exactly what I needed to purchase. Cashier was rude and acted like I was interrupting her phone call. Still left the store 5 minutes before close, bad customer service until my next visit. The gentleman that helped me then was polite and even friendly with my young son as he asked question about what things were in the shop. Hes the only reason why Im even scoring 3 stars since the first experience was quite unpleasant.

I brought my iPhone 6s for a screen replacement and they did an amazing job 👍🏼 Great customer service i will definitely come back for my future phone repairs.

I went to the Stockbridge location and they completely butchered my phone and all I needed was a screen replacement. I had to go back to the austell location for them to repair my phone. There was missing screws and I couldnt hear or take pictures from my phone. They were so nice and pleasant. The customer service was phenomenal. I suggest getting any iPhone repairs done at this location if you want it done right. Stay away from the Stockbridge location. Extra thanks to Perry for taking good care of me.

Good service within the promised time

Came in for a screen replacement for my galaxy s8 (about $240). Was informed that they werent able to replace the screen without obliterating the back glass. The back glass was already cracked anyway so I figured I would go ahead and have it replaced also. Total came out to just under $300. A bit pricey, but hey, gotta pay for quality right? Wrong. I returned to pick up my phone with a new screen and (Samsung brand) back glass and it was functioning as far as I could tell. It was later that night that I found that neither the front nor the back were seated fully like they were supposed to be resulting in a hairline crack in the back glass and allowed pocket fuzz and dust cover my front camera within the phone. To add insult to injury, there was a finger print right on the inside lense of my rear camera. There was also a sticker covering my speaker making it difficult to hear anyone who called. So i returned to the store to explain my grievances to which the manager responded we dont have the Samsung back glass, but i will put one of ours on for the time being and order a new one for you. She then proceeded to replace both sides again (because they cant remove them without breaking them). Upon opening my phone it was discovered that the initial repair tech did not use new adhesive for the rear glass and forgot to remove the sticker over the speaker. No worries right? They were gonna make it right. Wrong again. I got my phone back for the second time and the sticker was removed, however both glasses were still not seated right allowing dust, moisture, etc. to still penetrate the phone. After I pointed this out the tech said that i should go home and place a heavy weight on the phone to seat it properly. After leaving I noticed that my fingerprint scanner is also not seated properly allowing for a lot of movement. When I asked the manager about replacing the back glass with Samsung brand glass as she promised, she responded with what did I tell you earlier? Oh no Im not going to do that. We already replaced it with our own. Well, the best I remember, I paid for Samsung glass as stated on my receipt. So, $300 later I have a phone with credit card sized gaps between the phone and (off brand) glass and a wobbly finger print scanner. If you have a curved screen, Id suggest going elsewhere because they do not have the skill to replace it here and they will not tell you that. The only reason they didnt get one star is because they were pretty nice people and at last they attempted to fix it. I also have pictures of their work to prove my point for anyone who is interested.

Dont get your repair there.. they suck.. first they blamed it on the person who repaired my phone saying they messed It up... the only thing is it was never repared before .. these g u us suck

I had the worst experience with my phone. I came in for a charge port for my Samsung Galaxy S6 and they damaged it worse and I didnt get my phone back for 4 days. There was no apology for the inconvenience that impacted my income over the time period. Their communication and customer service was terrible and they will never get my business again.

The only thing that was customer-friendly was the price of the battery. Nuff said.
