Went to pick up the order today for a friends business and upon entry was greeted by the owner. Advised him I was picking up an order and he handed me the shirts. I called the business owner as the website address was not on the back of the shirt under the logo as we requested and paid for (in full) at the time of the order. As I am on the phone the owner is hounding me to sign a paper for pickup of the shirts and advising that an additional $48 is due because the setup was difficult for him. As I am on the phone confirming if this additional expense was agreed upon, the owner constantly and unprofessionally keeps hounding me for a signature.I advised him that the shirts were paid in full at the time of the order and he throws up his hands and states he just wants to be done with us and tells us dont worry about the money, again unprofessional. As I am trying to take pictures of the shirts to send to the owner to show him the final product he continues to hound for signature. Finally I just sign the document acknowledging that I picked up the order and requested a paid in full receipt or document as what I signed showed a balance. He was reluctant to provide it stating that we had the original order as I was trying to explain to him that what I signed showed a balance still due but that is incorrect so I needed proof that we were paid in full. He finally threw the paper down, wrote zero balance and acted as if he had a problem with me taking a picture as proof and stated that he was done with us and for us to not return to his business.We only wanted what we paid for which we did no get and we are very unsatisfied with the final product.Buyers beware, I would recommend you doing research and FINDING A BETTER COMPANY to handle your personal and business printing needs!!!!
Initial contact went well. We outlined what was needed, discussed pricing and paid IN FULL and left with the understanding that I would have a mock delivered to me via email within a few days with the final product ready for pick up in a week.Working with this man was nearly impossible and ultimately left very unsatisfied. The owner was not able to work with the multiple files I sent over of my logo, had experienced an injury that caused about 7-8 days of delay (mind you he never communicated this until I constantly reached out for updates), and this week when I reached out again he had an attitude and asking for more money because he wanted to redo the logo.Please note that on Friday July 9th he agreed that the logo sent for the front left chest was whats he needed therefore I had the back logo redone to HIS specifications and sent to him THE SAME DAY!The owner was extremely unprofessional to my business manager when she went to pick up the final products as she was trying to confirm if I was satisfied with the final product and also trying to confirm if we agreed to pay additional money to him per an invoice she was being asked to sign for pick up. I heard him even tell her that he wanted to be done with us and for us to never return to his business. How can one be upset at us when the delays, unsatisfactory work and lack of communication is all on HIS END. Customers are entitled to be satisfied and receive what they paid for, end of story.
