I phoned Appliance Parts Company today, 20 minutes before their closing time, to see if they had a door shelf for my refrigerator. Mary answered the phone and was so courteous and patient with me. Luckily for me, they are just 2 miles from my home, but I got lost in the industrial center they are located in so was pressing my luck to get there by 1:00. I stopped to let them know I was wondering lost, but once again, a courteous professional answered the phone and guided me to their store. They are a hidden gem! And yes, they had the part I needed! Thank you.

Defrost thermostat broke in my fridge and the part was out of stock everywhere. I asked if the had any in similar range that I could splice in, much to my surprise they had a genuine part. $14 and my fridge is back to working. Thank you!!They do require you wear a mask and limit customers, but only some staff had a mask on. I felt safe with distancing, but others may not.Highly recommend!

Needed a thermal fuse for our oven, they had it in stock where others didnt. From the quick look that I saw of the showroom looks like theyd have just about every part that youd be looking for.

Very friendly and helpful. Well stocked and even have a small selection of RV accessories like, Camco water heater element, sewer hose kit and a few other items.Needed two refrigerator door shelves to replace the broken ones in my fridge. No problem they had two. Amazing they even had one.

These guys were super helpful in finding a part for my dishwasher. I wasnt quite sure what the part was called and within 5 minutes, they pulled up my model number and I had the part in my hands. Never fixed a dishwasher before but they gave me a couple of quick tips and it was done within an hour. Thanks to the knowledgeable staff here, I wont go a week waiting for the dishwasher repair guy to get around to me.

They sold me a piece that doesnt fit my washer - even when I loudly questioned the piece (it will fit, dont worry!), and refuse to take returns.Take your money elsewhere, they dont care about customers.

I went in today for a couple parts for an old refrigerator. Not only was the employee extremely helpful, sweet to my little boy, and knowledgeable, but he even gave me a deal on a part I had to order, which would have cost about $30 more at a competitor! The location is south, which is a HUGE bonus (no battling traffic), and the second part, the one I needed the most, was in stock already! Thanks so much to everyone here; if I am ever in need of any parts for anything, this is where I am going to go.

These guys may be nice and courteous but I needed a Thermacouple for a hot water heater. The part on Amazon is $35 with free shipping. The part at this place is $110! I think if you are not a contractor that they stick it to the general public.

Went to this place to exchange an acetylene tank and nitrogen tank and was charged over 100.00. I guess acetylene spiked that day because that tank I hand exchanged before and it wasnt that high. I guess since I dont have an account they can just make up prices as they please. I took my tank to a local weld supply company and was charged 13.82 . I will never return to this place . Beware if you dont have an account, they like to RIP off people.

Bought a gas to propane conversion kit from them for my stove. They were able to order part I needed.
