This is my first jet ski and I took a chance and took it to Austin Motorsports service and Im very happy with the results. Im very pleased with the work that was done to the jet ski and I would highly recommend anyone thats considering getting work done to give them a chance because the quality is there..
Ive been taking my Waverunner to Bruce for 20 years. He helped me get it ready for another season. Turns out it had a problem we were not aware of. Upon returning, they fixed the new issue. They went above and beyond. STRONGLY recommend them.
Brought my Polaris UTV in to have wheel bearings replaced. A month later I got a call saying they did not want to do the service because it was too rusty and that they had so much other work they really could not get to it. They said they started to pull it apart and there was just too much rust. When I got it back to the house I noticed there were some zip ties on the brake assemblies that I had put on before dropping it off. They were still on there… They never took it apart. The probably never even looked at it.A huge waste of my time.
Bruce is a great guy... Honest and straight forward. Yes he does get busy sometimes but he’s doing everything!! billing and repairs and then have to answers phone calls.. He got a business to run! He always help everyone that he can when he can. Been bringing my Yamaha AR240 to him and it’s fixed every time! Give him a call.. you won’t regret that you did.
I went in to talk to Bruce the owner. Really nice guy and helpful. Knew a bunch about my boat and pricing seems very reasonable. Looking forward to bringing my jet boat there. Looks like a good place!
Called about getting an estimate on diagnosing an issue with a polaris jet ski. The guy who answered seemed annoyed which was cool. He told me Nobody works on polaris jetskis ... I guess except the next mechanic I called afterward that does? haha. I give this place 1 out of 5 jetski rating because at least they answered the phone.
Bruce was willing to do work on my BMW F800 when most repair shops told me to go find an authorized dealer. He finished the job quickly and within budget, and even did some pro bono service.
June 2020 .Bruce is a great guy and very knowledgeable! Took the time to answer all of my questions. You can tell that he is passionate about what he does and cares about the customer! Will definitely be using him in the future for all maintenance needs!! Thank you Bruce!!November 25, 2020 Update! Went in to see Bruce again today to get our waverunners winterized. Bruce is the man! Great guy and very knowledgeable!! He is definitely our go to guy for sure!!
Bruce is fantastic to work with! I highly recommend recommended coming here to get any work done. I had both my seadoos worked on and the service was fast and affordable. They both run amazing now. Thank you guys!
The owner of this shop helped a group of young people with a dead battery stranded at night. He did not hesitate to help and assured them it was no big deal! He did not ask for a dollar. I was a hysterical mom worried about them being hit by another boat at night. These young adults are not experienced boaters and this man saved the day!! I will support him when ever I can!!
I have had my Polaris Ranger in a local Polaris dealership several times. The only thing I ever got accomplished was spending money. I brought my Ranger to Bruce, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than a week. Reasonable and honest. I have multiple boats, Jet Skis, and my Ranger, and I know where I will go every time for repair.
My Honda Foreman ATV would not start after setting idle for several months. I was very apprehensive as I had never needed service work on the 4 wheeler while in the Austin area. When I googled ATV Repair, I got quite a number of repair facilities. I narrowed list down to two shops. I left message at one but my call was not returned. My second choice should have been my first, it was to Bruce at Austin Motor Sports.Bruce was able to work my bike in quickly, diagnose the problem, give me a solid estimateon repair cost (which was exactly what I paid)and had me back riding my Honda in just no time at all.I had never met Bruce but had the opportunity to visit with him for a bit when I picked up the ATV.He very personable and easy to get to know, with no b.s.I feel I now have an excellent ATV mechanic and some new friends.Definitely a 5 star experience.
Cant say enough positive things about Bruce and Austin Motorsports. Bottom line he does what he says hes is going to do! That is a rare attribute in todays world. I have used him for multiple boats Ive owned and he pulled through each time even though some of the repairs werent straight forward! A+ service
Just had my Wave-runner checked and I have to let you all know this has been the best experience ever.Calling around to other shops I did not get the feeling they were concerned about me as a person but more about $$$$. But after talking with the owner Bruce, I knew this was the right place to go.Bruce was very cordial and upfront, I could tell he was working while taking my call but this did not stop him from answering my questions nor did he come across as annoyed or that I was bothering him.I dropped off my jet ski yesterday afternoon @ 3:30 PM, and was called today @ 12 letting me know the issue was diagnosed and the jet ski was back up and running. There was no hassle wondering if I was going to be taken to the bank for my issue either. All I know is I will definitely be going back to Austin Motorsports Service for all of my future maintenance and repair needs.
The owner Bruce is never very nice. You arent treated very well here. I would recommend doing some research to avoid this place. I wish I never went here. I had an engine rebuilt. Then the first day I took it out on the water the boat broke down. He then took almost a year to fix it. I got it on the water a few months later and it broke down again. I have had the boat at this shop longer than I have owned the boat, because of the owner Bruce being a slow and terrible mechanic. Do not waste over $4000 here and still have no working boat to show for it like I did.
