Employees are friendly and non judgemental. The first time I came in I probably looked like a homeless dude gasping for air cause I generally stop here when I walk for exercise. They are knowledgeable about various types of liquor. So far every suggestion from every employee there has been ON POINT.

Jaimie, the boy manager, rude and condescending. Ive been in the bar business for 25 years and owned a bar using Twins as my wholesale service for 14 years. Twins has always that I can remember since 2010 has a 10% Industry discount for of course restaurant/bar workers. This new guy denied me and with all my credentials still nothing. The worst part, pointing at his name tag cause it says manager Never had a problem in a decade since the other day. Its sad and embarrassing, some new kid on a power trip..Why support then...

Very rude customer service. I left without buying anything, because of the cashier’s nasty attitude. I will not be returning.

Great variety of local and popular beverages. The young lady cashier (missed her name) is very kind.

I finally went out to grab a nice bottle of whisky and decided to try a new store not far from my house.Sporting my facemask, I walked around the store looking for a nice bottle. The shelves seemed rather empty. What can I help you find the store employee asked.Oh, just browsing was my canned reply.Sorry, no browsing. I laughed at first as I assumed that he was joking. I am in a liquor store after all. He then directed my attention to the signs posted that state no browsing. I happily walked out. Im quite understanding of COVID and was wearing a mask, but not a great customer experience.Dont worry, Twin. Youll never have to worry about me browsing in your stores ever again. Back to Specs and Total.

Twin Liquors always has what Im looking for and the staff is very helpful! They are open and practicing safe social distancing.

I miss these guys. I moved across town so I no longer come here but the staff is great. Friendly and very very helpful. I was coming to this location for like 8 years almost so they knew me well there. If you are in the area stop by here.

Its a liquor store. I dont know what you expect. The employees are super awesome though

Love the manager Monica and her staff Chuck and Kain. They know their alcohol and will reccomend the best for yourself or for a party. They actually call me by my name and Chuck will sometimes have my fav alcohol ready for me when I enter the store.....EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

You heard it from others on here, they are really rude. To prevent yourself from getting embarrassed or your feelings hurt, DONT GO HERE. You could of if you dont care and its convenient, otherwise just go to Specs. Seriously!
