Reed rd very tight turn on and a very small space to park to walk up. The entrance is very tight as well but do-able. The gate is all lanes in or out. So it different than most Dcs. Gate guard was friendly, check in was easy nice lady at window.1³⁰ hr unload time. I got lucky if this place was busy it would not been a nice experience.

I shop at the HEB in Schertz and want to share my positive experiences with the Coke Cola representative Bruce who has repeatedly gone out of his way numerous times to satisfy our demands for Specific Coke products. Bruce is a rare customer service vendor who cares about his customers and far exceeds any other vendor I have dealt with in my 78 years of enjoying Coke.

Beyond poor customer service, youre better off ordering off Amazon than using these guys.

Drivers: Take I-35 to exit 240, follow signs onto hwy 183 North. At Burnet Rd exit, get to right lane for turn onto Burnet going north. At first traffic light, T/L onto Waterford Centre Blvd. T/R at first intersection onto Reid Dr. Park on right shoulder before Coke entrance, walk paperwork to gate office. Sign in, then take bol to shipping office up stairs by dock 1. Bol will be time stamped upon your arrival at shipping office, so be aware! Sign in again, including your cell phone number. Then go back to truck and wait to be called in. OTR trucks turn into the left lanes when entering, stop and they will verify your seal before going to your assigned dock, then use that side again when leaving, with 1 door open for inspection... Not room for more than about 3 trucks outside the gate so being very early doesnt look like it will help your cause here. People were friendly and easy to deal with. I dont think time stamping the drivers BOL is necessary so I deducted a star for that, and 1 for getting assigned a dock after my appointment time even though I was 38 minutes early. Your mileage may vary. I had a noon appointment.

Security guard in the morning needs a cup of coffee or something but hes cool. The reason for the four stars is the receptionist. Shes amazing, beautiful smile, beautiful attitude, beautiful person. They are pretty fast but stick to appointment time. I usually get there 1 to 2 hrs early.

The one at the door to do the check-in is racist and mistreats the drivers who come to deliver the truth, I do not plan to return to the place and I will report it as racist and the worst thing is that it has a Latin face
