They helped me on all aspects on refurbishing an old pool table with tips, ideas, and parts. Way better than spending hours on YouTube finding the right video. Knowledgeable service like this is why I’m not going anywhere else for building the perfect game room setup. After missing the dart leage with my team when I moved to TX, I knew I needed a new board. Coming to Austin Billiards was a no-brainer after reading reviews. Got a new board, wall protector, and scoreboard at a great price overall and right under my budget. Highly recommend this place and friendly staff. We played a virtual game today and the board is great quality for the price!

Used Austin Billiards for moving a pool table two floors down from the driveway. They did a wonderful job.It started with providing the estimate quickly and fairly--other folks took 4-5 days to communicate back or their cost was double what Austin Billiards charged..Every communication was professional and friendly. The movers were on time, professional, and fast, and did a great job.For me, the best part was that they were willing to work after hours to move the table because of a house move. Everyone else said itd be a couple of weeks.

We needed a pool table installed on short notice for the July 4th weekend. Bought the table over the phone for delivery to a ranch. Austin Billiards stepped up and installed the table in time for a great weekend. A minor issue caused by where the table was installed was solved on schedule and it looks great. Great service, great response and great product.

Theyve been very helpful with finding the right pool table at good pricing. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. And the only slight issue we had at install they immediately got it fixed. Also a great selection of darts equipment. Cant recommend these guys enough!

I thought I’d save myself some money and reflect my pool table without using a professional; big mistake. These guys were able to swoop in and save me from myself. I was able to have them reflect the rails while I waited and for a VERY reasonable price.I would absolutely recommend anyone to use them. I’ll be going back to outfit my game room with some additional accessories and that is without a doubt where I will be going.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality & craftsmanship of our pool table . The pool table is in our dining room & the 1st thing you see when entering our home. It is a stunning piece. I love that it has a dining table top option, if we chose to add in the future. Our pool table also came with the basic play package & we are impressed with the quality. My Name is Tyler I talked with Jim and bought a really nice pool table and had it installed at my New house. Jim was really nice and professional when I was choosing and designing my table. After a year I noticed the table was a little off on one of the rails. Jim had someone out the next day to fix it. Went for Fusball extra players and was a nice experience

Informed me of the warranty on the pool stick I was buying as a gift and gave me some chalk to tuck into the carrying case. During my interaction I overheard one of the associates showing a customer how to check if a pool stick is good quality. They steered him away from overpaying. That’s amazingly human of them. Knowledgeable and friendly service, will definitely recommend and will be back!

Really nice selection of billiard tables and also some shuffleboard tables. It was nice to see a variety of colors. The owner was very helpful. The store was also pretty convenient you get to even though Im not from the area.

Jim and his crew are great. We bought our table from him 21 years ago. 2 years ago we got new floors put in our home & had to have the table moved temporarily. The crew came out, took everything apart and two days later put it all back together beautifully! Today we bought a dinner table top for the pool table from him. You couldnt all for a nicer guy.

Best customer service I have experienced in many years! Jim (one of the partners) was extremely helpful and patient with the million questions I had and went way beyond what would be expected. Jim 2, one of the associates, was quick to make sure that an old bumper was repaired while I waited and super helpful with my questions as well. Emmett Johnson answered even more questions I had and explained in detail what needed to be done to get the most out of my table. All of the its there were very friendly and quick to make sure that the table I had purchased would play to its highest potential even if I do not. I will certainly be back for all my billiard needs. Drove to Austin from Georgetown to Austin Billiards on a Sunday around 2pm because the business hours on here says open until 4pm. Got there and the doors were locked and I guess they were closed. Thought maybe the business hours were possibly wrong on here but it says open until 4pm on a Sunday on their sign. No mistake. I dont really want to give them a bad review though because we bought a pool table from them about 6 years ago and they are an awesome place! Just kinda sucked to make that drive for no reason.

My husband bought a pool table with them and he is very happy with his purchase just like my son. I think it was worth the price we paid.The staff is very professional and friendly .I was not at home when they went to install it, but in an hour was ready .Everyone is happy at home with the purchase, if you are looking a pool table go with them you will not regret it.

Very good and very fair service

Never had any problems till recently. Took my stick in to get a new tip on it and two days later the tip fell off while in the middle of a game. Took it back and was comped a new tip on the same shaft, and two and a half weeks later the tip is coming off.... It actually is separating halfway down the tip. Its awful! I have always gone to these guys to buy new sticks, keep my sticks cleaned, re-tipped, and any accessories. But I dont know about the quality anymore, I guess I will have to find a new billiards shop. So sad, love these guys.

Ordered my pool table last year, was very well advised before sale, the table was delivered on time, the technicians spent quite some time to mount it, level it, install it, very happy with the result and service
