Here’s the deal…. We have had water delivery before. I’m used to being able to contact someone relatively easy, get my deliveries within 1-2 days notice if sometime changes (maybe 4/5 if there’s a weekend). And I don’t run out of water. Unfortunately with Culligan we have run out of water every time weeks before our next delivery. The delivery window is 10 days (TEN). So if you run out be prepared to be going to the store to buy water for up to 10 days +. We rented a machine for our water and it jingles and rattles and rings ALL DAY. And has progressively gotten worse. The times I have reached out to expedite my shipment (and absolutely willing to pay more), I can never log in to the online portal because my settings are not “correct” on my phone. But mind you, I have 3 kids under 5 and do not have time to change my settings in my phone to get my water delivered. The water is sent in cardboard boxes, which at first sounded great but really it’s so much cardboard to cut down constantly that it really has become a nuisance. I’m trying to cancel but I can’t even log in to cancel. This is a good delivery system for someone who doesn’t have a large family. Storing the water boxes to last for 2 months isn’t ideal. Really we just need jugs delivered every 2 weeks maybe 4 weeks max. Not 8-10 weeks. But also, this company needs a better online system and the water machine is inane. 10 days delivery window is also not ideal.

Oh so now when I go to delete the post because you begged me to take it down you want to say its inaccurate info. Thats fine. Customers can have their own opinion. My opinion is that I found a better company, cheaper and no hassle at all that I will be using. Tried yall twice now and had a bad experience both times. Never again. Please leave us alone now.

UPDATED: My card was bill, but they never provide service or refund. - Mistakes happen, it is how we respond to them that matter. I really appreciate your response and prompt action. To be honest, I was really excited by the prospect of ditching bottled water and using a local bussiness to get alcoline water. However, I unable to upgrade my review above three stars. I feel your pricing stratagy is discriminitory to those who live in apartments and your fees/charges need to be more transarent.

We drink so much more water now that we have Gladden water delivering to us regularly! Our water machine/dispenser fits perfectly in our home. We have the black one, and it looks nice and is discreet. I love that the water is now available in boxes so that they are recyclable. Gladden water is reliable and great quality! We have never had any issues with an incorrect or damaged order.

Truly good stuff. Way cheaper than grocery store water bottles. Human people talk to you and human people come to the house to setup the very stylish cooler. No more giant trucks or giant bottles!

I’ve been receiving and using upwards of 11 boxes (5gal) per delivery that’s ever two weeks nearly a year and never have I been more satisfied with a water delivery company than now.Yes I’ve tried them ALL. No really ALL of them. I live in Buda where water is scheisse after all!! It’s hard an intolerable for humans. For my fur babies absolutely unhealthy for their urinary system so I have always had to purchase water.Now before you qwell about the price comparison and self pick up at the market I’ll tell ya that while this is a bit higher the application for both dispensing and naturally toting huge jugs around from market to car and car to house and house to dispenser. Then spill a bunch and finally you have water right? Well with Gladden all that is history!! It comes in nice bladders which the boxed you never have to lift!! Yay!Dispenser is free and hot and cold water is always at your finger tips!So why not Gladden! Try it you will absolutely not regret it. Cheers!

Ive had Gladden water for a few months now. Its so nice not to have to refill the Brita pitcher in my refrigerator daily. I love that the boxes of water are ♻ recyclable and that I have fresh, cold water daily. This is such a small cost for the most important nutrient for our body!

Quick & easy delivery. Customer service is very nice and attentive. Great way to help keep plastic out of our oceans and stay hydrated in this Texas heat all at the same time!

They were awesome when I got set up, and super easy to transfer to my new home. Customer service is impeccable, and delivery is always great. I love the boxed water, I just wish the opening to get the spout out was bigger. I definitely struggle with that.

We have enjoyed this service since getting it. Like the box idea and that theyre recyclable. Also like that we dont have to worry about leaving the empty jugs at the door. I do wish that it wouldnt stop cooling when the red light blinks. Theres still quite a bit of water left. I also enjoy the idea of texting at any time. Hate being put on hold. A little more expensive service but worth it to us.

Quality of water is great, and stable which is huge for me, the coolers are a little difficult at times and Im not a fan that they stop cooling once the red light starts blinking indicating that you need to switch out the box. Generally there is a good half gallon left once the red light comes on, and all that has to be consumed at room temp. Delivery is fair, but I never know what day and time they will arrive, might be nice to institute an email or text the day before giving the customer an opportunity to fit the delivery around their schedule. As others have mentioned the credit card or debit card numbers beforehand might not be the best idea, I realize that you are trying to protect yourself and lock in the customer but is losing one delivery worth losing one customer? The idea of cornering customers has never been all that effective in increasing the bottom line. For me the most important aspects are present and Ive used this service for about a year now...still havent given my credit card or bank info lol.

DO NOT do business with this company. I live in an apartment and the office is closed due to COVID-19. Gladden delivered my order this week to the porch of the apartment office. I was not informed about this until after this happened. This was irresponsible and unacceptable service.Canceled water service... and now I find there are hidden fees!

For the most part I like Gladden water however I do feel it is more expensive than it should be. Customer service is very good.

They have been great and I love my water filtration system. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the initial setup. We had a lot of trouble setting up a day it could be installed. You will have to take all day off on whatever day they tell you they are available for since they are not really able to work around any time conflicts. If they told me this upfront I wouldnt have taken a star. Other than that I love the system, Ive called and texted them for various reasons and they have always been quick to respond.

Good experience with this company, pretty prompt customer service, never had any problems. Water tasted good, no leaks, deliverys were on time or even early when requested.

Attempted to use this service but they require customers to give their credit card over the phone. First red flag for me. In order to not give them your credit card over the phone you have to pay 40 dollars in order to pay online. Second red flag. Decided to not go through with the service. Gladden, your payment policies are outdated. You provide paypal as a form of payment during initial setup, but do not allow users to continue using it. You are endangering customers personal information by not delegating payments to a third party.
