I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle. If I could give 0 I would. 8 months of trying to reach service department. Was told last service manager was the problem for no answers no call backs. Talked to new service manager 1st week of work. Started off good, however took over a month to get back with answer of known transmission problems. Was told it would be one price and what do you know couldn’t reach anyone for 2 weeks to schedule service. When scheduled told it would be completely deferent price. Asked to speak to manager again because he is the one that quoted me repairs. Haven’t got a call back in days yet again. This place is a joke and hate that I bought my truck with them. Never again, and I’m looking to upgrade to 2022 Tahoe.

I have read multiple negative reviews regarding service and I would just like to say I had amazing experience with my recent repairs. Patrick was my service advisor and he couldnt have done a better job! Once he got my voicemail regarding my service needs he called me and scheduled to have me drop it off first thing on a Wednesday. It was diagnosed by early afternoon and he called me immediately to let me know what to expect. He had already contacted my 3rd party extended warranty and let me know my deductible to get the job completed. Said it could possibly be done by early Thursday morning. My repairs were a leaking AC condenser and washer fluid pump. When I spoke to Patrick Thursday afternoon he was in the shop and said repairs would be completed in 30 min...so i was on my way! He called me again 20 minutes later and told me they were completed before I made it there. Again I give a huge shout out to Patrick and the mechanics that are behind the scenes that also get the job done!! The only reason I gave a 4 and not 5 star had nothing to do with the staff I dealt with but with the fact that getting a hold of the service department is kind of challenging. A better voicemail system is definitely needed if they cant answer the phone.

My car broke down and was having the hardest time with finding a new car for a reasonable price and payments . I had already been to a few dealerships and had the worst experience with the sales guys. Then I got an email from Haley. She made the process so easy. Very responsive and informative. I was in my new car within a day of our initial interaction. When Im ready to trade in I will definitely be coming back here!!!

35 STARS FOR RODNEY!So my wife and I put in a request online to see about a Mercedes at around 6:30pm thinking it would take a while to hear back. Rodney called us in about 10 minutes and let us know that the SUV was available. We set an appointment for 9am this morning and was out of there by 11:30pm with the car of my wifes dreams. It was a super smooth process, as we were able to have a bank approval before walking in which Rodney was aware of. We expected the used car guys to be super pushy and all salesman like that but we got the exact opposite. Every one was awesome. You can tell the entire environment loves to work there, seeing that everyone was helping everyone and in sync. You love to know that the employees care about each other so they must care about you. I will definitely buy my next car here, and the deals at the end were even better. Walking/driving away very satisfied, Highly recommended !

Patrick was service writter. It is very clear due to worker shortages that he is overworked and way to busy, yet it tries. My experience was not what it usually is with Patrick. Multiple calls finding out when I could expect repairs. 3 days later the truck was ready to pick up. Again only two service people to help and Patrick was busy with another customer whos car had been there for 30 days. I feel for the service writers. Customer service is suffering. And the price charged was $300.00 over a local garage who I trust quoted for the same repair. Sorry, lost a good customer.

They were GREAT.A few weeks ago I began corresponding with a sales rep. He continued to keep me updated on the type of vehicle I was interested in. As soon as it arrived, he corresponded with me once more. I decided to drive to the location, and in just about an hour. I was set to drive of with my brand new Chevrolet 2500HD. They were all friendly and informative. Id recommend this crew to everyone in the market looking for a new car.

Worst service center ever! Jaiden wasted over week of my time. He does not call back with updates as promised. He doesn’t call to provide updates period. When I called to see what the status was on my vehicle, the part was ordered, then it was finishing up and should be ready the following morning. The following morning when I had to call because I hadn’t heard anything they had to order another part. Then I called the following day and was told it would be ready the following day. On day 7 of being without my car, I spoke with Jaiden to see when I can pick it up and he said they are finishing it up. “He would call me back to confirm.” I called later that afternoon, because again no call, and was told the part hasn’t come in and I can get my car Monday. When I called back to see what other solution he had he first answered the phone like I was inconveniencing him shouting hello at me like a teenager, after I have been overly patient with him. So many other ways he could have handled this situation but he is too lazy to try. Get rid of Jaiden and hire people that want to work. There are plenty of them out there!

I must say that I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. Today I went in, tears in my eyes because I had to get a new car after paying off my own car but it couldnt be avoided. When I got there Darren and Gary took great care of. The ease my fears, and helped me find a vehicle that was right for my budget and gave me peace of mind. If the have the chance to go to Autonation and buy a vehicle, GO! The salesmen are great! I left with the car I wanted and I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience! Everyone I met or talked to was very courteous. I didnt wait long either dropping off or picking up. Had a lot of difficulty establishing a line of communication with my service advisor about the status of my vehicle. My advice...get the name of your service advisor and text them on a direct line BEFORE you leave your vehicle! I called many times, got transferred around to different service advisors, left lots of messages on different answering machines...including with the service department manager. Didnt get a call or text back until a few days later. Once I got a text line set up with my service advisor things got a lot better, but I tended to not get updates unless I specifically asked for an update. Spent a lot of $$$ on repairs (multiple parts) for a vehicle that was judged to be in good condition by a different Chevy service center just two months prior. Then the very parts I had repaired were broken on the way home (didnt they check that the issue was resolved after the repairs?) and had to be repaired again, but it was under warranty. Took a week and lots of money to get things all done. Right now I have very mixed opinions about my experience. Id say my experience was a mixture of lots of aggravating 1 star and several satisfying 3-4 star mini-experiences....so I will give them the benefit of the doubt at a 3 star. They have lots of room to improve in a variety of areas.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service that this AutoNation prides itself in. I booked an appointment via the MyChevrolet App to have an Equinox serviced that my family purchased from this dealership, appointment was booked for Monday, 09/20/21 at 7:15am. I called in the afternoon to check the status and was told the appointment that was booked from the App is not an appointment, and that they have other vehicles to service, they will look at the vehicle when they get to it. Tuesday, no one calls. I call again, and I’m told that someone will get to it. I leave work at 4pm and arrive at the dealership and speak to the service manager. Apologies and excuses are heard, I tell the manager that I work in retail and I know how overwhelmed businesses are at this point. However, the lack of a basic skill, communication, is lacking at this location. The manager tells me that the vehicle has actually been assigned and was reviewed, and they are waiting to hear from the warranty department. How come no one knows this when I Call?How come no one tells me about this? Then to my surprise, the service advisor, Mathew Sebastian, calls me on Wednesday and tells me that the warranty company will cover the service and I approve other work that needs to be done on the vehicle, I get a quote of $276.00, I’m told the vehicle will be worked on today, Thursday and be ready by closing time. It’s Thursday, 6:36pm, the vehicle has not been worked on, and now they are waiting for a part, and I guarantee you that the quoted price I was given by an advisor, will be so inflated that it will make me laugh. This is the reason people, like my family, who have purchased in excess of 15+ New vehicles in the last 10 years from this AutoNation, leave quietly. Except for this review. I hope whatever the issue is gets resolved, but, unfortunately, it will be too late for us.

Drop off none of the service techs approached me. I was asked several times if I had been helped by other employees passing through the bay and told they would get someone. All service techs were staying at their desks even though they saw me waiting by my car. Yeah f this is not how to check in It’s not clear.

I came in for an oil change unscheduled and noone wanted to assist however Jaydon saw me and asked what i needed done. He let me know that service was backed up and it would be a while and that hed have me out in a couple of hours. I tols him i had to be at an appoontment by 5p he exceeded my expectations and got me out a bit early. He did a great job im very satisfied with the service.

Stay away deceitful and lying finance. Specifically Genaro Chinchilla The vehicle purchased was in good shape. I had it for 2 years and decided to sell it back. I accepted a low offer due to the fact that I had an extended warranty on it. The finance guy assured me that I would get a refund in 6 to 8 weeks. At 7 weeks we checked in on the refund and where told that it would be 8 to 10 weeks. It has now been ten + Weeks and they just informed we dont have a refund.

I was on a road trip. I had to travel through Austin. On my way through I got a flat tire. The professional friendly staff there were able to fit me in the next morning. Great place to purchase a vehicle. Absolute worst place to get a vehicle serviced. Every single time Ive been here for a simple oil change and tire rotation (I bought the package) they tell me 90 minutes or so, and yet it always takes 3+ hours. The last time it took 4 hours! Probably wont be using my remaining ones.

First off if I could give no stars I definitely would. The only reason I took my car to get serviced here was because of the extended warranty I purchased through the dealership. My car sat in their shop for over a month, not only was this an extensive length of time for something extremely minor I was never told my car was ready. It took me calling three times a day for almost a week just to get a manager to tell me the work is done. After picking up my car and taking it home and proceeded to clean out my car and wash it I stumbled upon a bag with white powder in it which I believed was cocaine….not only did I find drugs in my car but my vehicles issues weren’t even fixed.

My thanks to General Manager Will Sturgeon. I had a bad experience with the service department when I showed up for an appointment and was told I would have to leave my car for 4 - 6 days before they could diagnose my problem. I had booked my appointment online and there was no warning of this situation. I complained to Mr. Sturgeon and also to AutoNation. A couple of days later he called me and stated they would resolve my problem without the long wait. He then had Chris Gauthier from the service department call me to set up a new appointment.My issue was diagnosed and resolved in one day. I appreciate their follow up and quick response. The good news is also that it was a warranty issue and fixed at no cost to me.Thanks, again, to Will Sturgeon and Chris Gauthier for their professionalism and quick response to my problem.

I went in to have a recall done on my car. to have the EMC reprogrammed because the would stall out when ever Im trying to accelerate coming from a stop. I dropped off my car and didnt hear from anyone until they called and told me that my car was ready. Shortly after picking up my car30 minutes I came to a stop in a intersection. and when it was my turn to go my car would not accelerate, there was a 3 second delayed before the car would accelerate. At this very time Im seeing cars coming full speed in my side view and rear view mirror. Needless to say what I was thinking..After getting home I looked over the invoice and I found out that there were recommendations that was made.. No one ever spoke to me about anything .It was a simple Heres my keys and your car is ready.

I took my car to an oil and filter change service and a brake check that had a squeak like cleaning and they continued to sound a little less but they sound, I hope to go to the next service and they can correct that, the cat I saw that it has a fault and that same day I left it to change it and there was not and now there is a campaign for the change but the car is still without a jack

Came in to have my vehicle purchased on Carvana inspected. Paid $170 for the a 150 pt inspection. They said everything was okay besides for the wiper blades. I complained of a faint burning smell in the engine bay. I suggested a coolant issue. They told me I was going too hard on the clutch. Turns out theres a coolant leak. Their inspection (including the engine cooling system) was not very thorough it seems.I went specifically to a dealership at a higher cost so I could get reassurance that all issues would be caught but seems like I got scammed. Was able to return the vehicle but what a scam of a service. Wont go here for the next inspection or any other services. Ill sadly eat the loss.

I took my truck in for three services, an oil change, state inspection(which was performed at a different dealership..., and a steering TSB. I printed out the TSB instructions and handed them to the advisor when I arrived.After a few hours the advisor called and said everything was completed.Upon picking up my truck I found the warning message still on my dash and the TSB not completed. When I went back in and asked the advisor and manager why this had not been done the response was no one can get into the software on the weekends, I will have to come back during the work week and do the service.As a service advisor for a few years I have some issues with this general experience. 1: dont intake my truck and tell me you can do a service when somehow there is no one at a Chevy dealership who can manage Chevy software. That is the whole point in going to a dealership, the services that were done could have been done literally anywhere then. 2: dont tell me that everything is done when it wasnt. The advisor set the expectation for the customer that the work had been completed but left it up to the customer to discover the issue is remaining.I cant recommend anyone go to your dealership because on the weekend, when most convenient for 99% of people to have work done, you do not function as a dealership; you are a quick lube.

This is quite possibly the worst dealership Ive ever had to deal with. My leased 2016 Malibu CAUGHT FIRE driving down the highway putting me in an extremely dangerous situation. After 3 months, the service department still cannot tell me the repair estimate or if this is covered under warranty. They cant even tell me what caused the car to catch fire. Meanwhile, GM still expects me to make payments past my lease end while this dealership spends months gathering information. I would never buy or ESPECIALLY service my vehicle here. AWFUL.

My mom told me about this dealership and the amazing deals and reviews she had saw online. So my husband and I decided to drive down to see if we could find what he was looking for. When we got to the dealership and looked around no one came out to greet us. At first my husband and I were okay with that because we thought the dealership was giving us a chance to look and not be bombarded by a sales rep. After being on the lot for about 15 minutes and no one came out we were about to leave when my mom decided to call the sales number to see if the dealership wanted to sale cars since no one came out to greet us after 15 minutes. My mom was apologized to and Scott was going to be out right away. My husband and I waited about another 10 minutes for my mom to get a personal phone call (went to voicemail) from Scott saying he didnt see us on the lot and he was sorry if he had missed us and for us to call his number and he would be happy to have us back. We hadnt left the lot so my husband called Scott from the number he left my mom and Scott realized that we were in the new car lot and not the pre owned lot. Once that was all figured out everything went much better. Hubby found what he wanted and we did the paperwork. The dealership was very kind and very helpful and not pushy. While we dealt with the finance department Scott kept our two kids occupied. Besides how it first started overall I have no complaints at this time. My husband and I want to thank Scott Foss for taking care of us and the whole financing department for caring about us also.

I don’t usually take the time to post reviews, but today’s experience at this location was definitely horrible. This review goes to the service area of the dealership. My husband scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change at 11am, we were there waiting for close to an hour, until we decided to just leave. The moment we got there, there was no one ready or even available to get our information like they usually do at other locations, we are used to a super fast service, usually. There was one young man walking around, but really not doing much, he told us to wait, we waited, until my husband went inside the office because there was literally no one around outside to give us updates. But we could see employees inside through the windows just standing doing their own thing, and just observing the line of cars outside just waiting. The personnel inside told my husband to just wait for his turn, even though we had an appointment! After an hour of being there just parked and inside the car we just decided to leave. What’s the point of the appointment? Horrible service! Very bad for the dealership reputation. Not coming back.

Really awesome experience from start to finish. Sergio Ramirez contacted me almost immediately after I submitted my interest in a pre-owned Suburban. He was knowledgeable and attentive through the whole process and even delivered the vehicle to me personally on a Friday evening! The entire process all the way down to finance was pleasant and smooth. As if all the above isn’t enough, he continues to be immediately responsive to any and all questions that I have. As far as customer service goes… yikes. A vast improvement is needed. Specifically for Alyssa from the service department who answered my phone call earlier. Not only was she smug on the phone but when I asked to speak with anyone besides her, she hung up on me. Not exactly the way you should treat customers who PAY for a service, if you can’t handle a customer appropriately then maybe consider a different career path.

I thought the Tahoe needed disk brake pads, but the service agent informed me that there was still adequate pad depth, and replacement was not due yet. This prevented an unnecessary expense and distinguishes your company by protecting the consumer. Well done!

Patrick Moore is my service advisor and took care of me from start to finish. I had not been to the dealership in awhile, but remembered how thorough and kind he was working with me. I was pleased to hear he was back at that location, so decided to go back to get my car back into shape. He exceeded my expectations and I will only be going to him future forward for all my vehicle maintenance and services.

Salesman Marco was great and was a vast wealth of knowledge about the Chevy Bolt. I just wish the experience didnt end with the obligatory warranty extension sales BS - that stuff is getting old and they were pretty obnoxious about not taking no for an answer. Without this, I would give a rating of 9, the only reason not a 10 is the 3.5hrs I spent there I thought was a bit unnecessarily long.

I was greeted promptly upon my arrival and everyone was very polite and courteous. I have a Chevrolet service contract and although my service advisor seemed confused by it, he assured me that it would be honored and the service would be done at no cost to me. I only had to wait about an hour for the service, which I thought was quite reasonable. All in all, a very good experience.

This was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership! KC did a great job! The whole visit lasted under 3 hours which faster than every visit to any place I’ve ever bought from. I have never received such horrible service! We took our sons vehicle in for service to have a hose replaced. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and there is absolutely no communication from anyone in the service department. I have left over 6 messages within a week including to the GM and have not had anyone call me back! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU NEED SERVICE!!

Last week I bought a 2021 Tahoe from this dealership! I lucked out with Kartal answering the phone. I live over 100 miles away and he worked quickly and efficiently to secure the vehicle for me. Once I got to the dealership he was even better in person! He felt like a friend more than a car salesperson. While waiting, many of the other salespeople stopped and talked with us. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Kartal! Hes amazing!

The service advisor was extremely rude when I did not want to except the upgrades of service that he thought I should take. I could not afford it at the time and did not really think I had to do it right then. My car only has 14,000 miles on it. He tried to tell me it would help me sell the car better and everything else. When he brought me the keys to my car there was no thank you there was no nothing just ask for a signature and when I got to my car all of the papers were still in the floor in the seat and they did not put back my wheel lock.

Worst service ever. Sergio said he would text me to confirm that a vehicle was there on the lot before coming to see it the following day. Never heard back from him. I called and spoke with Manger Shane, who said he would have him call me...nothing. I called the next day before our scheduled appointment to find out the vehicle was not there and it was out on loan. Said he would follow up with me with more info. 4 days later ...nothing. I texted him to get the response that the vehicle will not be available for 30 more days and that he is going on vacation. WOW.....Thats horrible service. Horrible communication. Horrible business. Its as if they could care less about selling a vehicle.

Have to say that was the best experience we had buying a used car. Casey was fantastic! Car was great and the price was more than fair. We drove up from San Antonio (just over 100 miles away) and expected something to be not perfect with the car though the car met our specifications on paper and know that there is risk driving so far to see them. Pleasantly surprised to find it was exactly what we were looking for! Another pleasant surprise was that the car was just traded in so they had to complete the complete safety check on it (not surprised there but what they did next was). Rather than us having to drive back to Austin, they brought it to us when it was done. That is customer service! Just very, very happy with Casey and the the whole team at Autonation Chevy West! Highly recommend this dealership!

For the first few days, I LOVED THIS dealership! They had a beautiful GMC Acadia SLT-1 for sale. I wanted it so bad! Hazel, a sweet salesperson, helped me when I first went in. She advised, after her finance manager advised her, that I could pay a $500 deposit to ensure no one else could even test drive it without her asking me. When we test drive the car Monday, it was shakey . They said they had put it in the shop and there were no issues, that was driving properly without shaking now. So they asked me to come for another test drive. We agreed weds afternoon id be there, buyers check in hand. I text the salesperson, Danny, that I was on my way. He replied saying that the manager told him to sell it to someone else. So here i am, thinking I paid a 500$ deposit for no reason and need a refund but they never actually ran my card. They never planned on saving it for me. They shouldve not told me that it was being held for me and then sold it. Ill never do business with this dealership again. If they told those lies, imagine what else theyll say.

Scheduled an appointment at 9am and when I arrived they didn’t have me on the schedule so I was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait even though I had record of my appointment.
