If I could give this 0 stars I would.....I’ve had multiple incidents. I’ve had defected contacts, my glasses I ordered were “new” when they were clearly not. I had to go back 2 times to get that issue fixed. Also theirs a man I wish I knew his name, he has terrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. Only good person that was very helpful was a lady named Nancy other then that, that place is terrible highly recommended you going somewhere else!!!

I recommend Quality Vision Care to anyone who expects customer service to the highest standards. All the staff is very tentative to all your needs. Would not go anywhere else other than Quality care. Thank you Quality Care.

Wonderful experience as a first time customer! A screw came loose from my pair of glasses so they just required a minor fix. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and informed that Id be helped right away which was great considering they were busy. Sure enough I was helped within minutes and my glasses are now back in perfect condition. They were quick and very friendly. Ill definitely be back and will recommend this location to family and friends!

Stopped by to get a replacement screw for a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Valentino helped me out right away and was able to replace the screw and clean my sunglasses for free! Great customer service. Will definitely be back when it’s time to get a new pair!

Ive been going to this store & amazing enough the same location since I was a little child. My family took all of us for all of our eyewear. Its a family owned business that cares & values their community and customers! I now take my family here as well. Been going here for over 20yrs & will continue to do so for many more years. My son has lost several glasses, everytime I come to get him prescribe new ones the process is easy and I get them pretty fast not to mention the prize is pretty reasonable.

I went to them through my insurance. I talked to them over the phone twice before my appointment and they never told me I needed a referral. I rearranged my schedule for the appointment. I got there at 4:30 and after over 30 minutes of waiting, they said theyd have to reschedule my appointment because theyd need to call my doctor for a referral, but they just missed my doctor because the doctors office closed at 5.The said I would either have to reschedule or pay $45. If youre looking for a barely-halfway-decent eyewear business with unfriendly staff, look no further.

I am the 3M Safety Glasses administrator at my workplace. I went there even though I dont live in Austin, because they said they participate in the 3M program. I am very aware I have to have 2 forms to order 2 pairs of safety glasses, which I took with me. I selected 2 frames, they took all the measurements, ordered the glasses. A week later they call to tell me my sunglasses frames had been discontinued. About 3 weeks later I finally called them to see if my other glasses ever came in. They had, so my husband stopped in to pick them up since he was in Austin that day. He also tried to pick out new frames for my sunglasses, but they would not let him because they said I never gave them the 2nd form for the sunglasses. They were extremely rude and basically called me a liar. Well, guess they wont miss our other 300+ employees orders they could have had... and thats NO LIE

Stopped in to get new lenses for my glasses. I gave doctor my insurance card. He told me the girl who could check it was at lunch.. for two hours. I asked if he was the boss and he said yes so I then asked why his employees take two hour lunch breaks. He was giving me the run around so I assumed he was after cash only customers so I left to find a different eye doctor. What a moron.
