I honestly have nothing bad to say about this office. As for the receptionist (the older women) she came across as rude and arrogant in the 1 min interaction we had. I was 6 min late to my appointment because I couldn’t not find the exact location to this office as I’ve never been on this side of town and I know that’s not an excuse but I wouldn’t approach a customer the way she did.

Great service! Walked in looking for my first pair of glasses with no idea of where to start. Staff answered all my questions and were diligent about relaying the COVID Restrictions. Alexis was an amazing help, informative, considerate to my situation, and ultimately helped me make the right decisions. Will be picking up the two pairs I chose in two weeks!

Miss Alexus helped me out today, and I have to say... she is amazing at what she does :) She listened to my anecdotes, allowed me to me explain why I liked certain styles of glasses and disliked others, had me try on a pair and then brought me several other options without me even asking her to. I loved what she picked out for me and when I told her I wanted to look around just a bit more, she told me to come back and see her when I was finished! No hovering, just a genuinely helpful person. In the past (at other places), I’ve felt pressured into getting frames I wasn’t crazy about, but not this time. I was able to take my time and find exactly what I wanted. Alexus wasn’t pushy with her opinions, she just complimented me in the frames that looked the best and encouraged my own opinions, which I LOVED. She is so personable and helpful, sweet and patient, and I will be double checking to make sure she’s there when I come back next time!

I had two really great experiences at this particular location. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out new frames that look great, and get new lenses into my old frames. They had my lenses in stock each time and were able to get them into my frames in what felt like record time. 100% recommend!

Weve been customers of Visionworks for over fifteen years even back when it was Eyemasters. And for the last 12 years, Gina has provided the best customer service weve ever experienced. She sets the bar so high that no one comes even close to the knowledge and skill she possesses when it comes to buying eyeglasses. Her customer care is outstanding! When she changed store location, we dont mind the 30 minute drive to get to her store versus the 10 minute drive to the closest store. She truly is amazing when it comes to anything related to eye wear, whether its a repair, choosing new frames and lenses or how the lenses are made, her knowledge is extensive. Well keep coming back as long as Gina is still there. Gina, youre the best and we are your loyal customers!

I used to really like this location but it seems to have changed with the new manager Monica G. Was really excited about a pair of Lacoste sunglasses and Monica refused to even check our insurance. I wonder if we would have been treated the same if we looked differently. Really question the customer service at this location when the manager is not only rude but also unaware of basic VSP Policies. It’s ok to be wrong but to refuse to even look up an insurance policy is unacceptable.

I went to this location twice. I came back for a back-up pair of glasses, because Nance was so helpful. I have a complicated prescription and she has been VERY attentive to it every time. She has made notes to insure that the lab understands I have a prism. Some places have left them out before!This time, I said I was looking for a green pair I remembered from my last visit. She helped me find the exact pair! She could have left me to look around, but she asked for details. She found them in minutes.The store is well kept. Everyone who works there is friendly. I have to go to a specialist to get a proper prescription, but visionworks is so much more cost effective for cute frames (face it, I have to wear them all day) and quality lenses- I highly recommend this location.I hope you can see this, Nance, youre very good at your job. I’m a huge fan of great customer service, as I’m sure most people, and Daniel at Visionworks definitely provides exactly that. He’s worked with me on finding the correct lenses for my needs, going above and beyond to make sure that I can see properly. Progressive lenses weren’t doing it for me, so he recommended bifocals. The idea made me feel old, but he was right. Bifocals were the answer. I’m grateful that he took the time to help me move beyond feeling like bifocals are for old people, when it turns out they’re exactly what I needed. Great customer service. Thank you, Daniel!

The customer service at the Vision Works in Barton Creek Mall is top notch. We bought my daughter’s glasses there and returned back when they were broken at recess. Martin and Brandon have taken such good care of us that we won’t shop anywhere else for glasses.

I needed a new pair of glasses and Dani was great with helping me find that perfect pair. She was honest with what looked good on me and I can see great out of them. I was surprised on how many brand name frames they had to choose from and how good the prices were. I will definitely go back.

I recently just found out that I needed glasses and was so clueless on where to go and how much everything would be. When I went into this store I explained my situation to an employee that was super helpful, she was incredibly nice and they explained everything I needed to now. The prices were great and they have many frames to choose from. Will definitely come back when I decide to get my second pair!

Went in as a walk in on a Saturday and I was taken in right away. They accepted my insurance and I didnt have to pay much. Dr. Jordan was amazing! She explained everything completely and answered any questions I might of had. The ladies in the front were nice and not rude at all. I would recommend anyone to come here! :)

The manager, Daniel, that took over has been doing a phenomenal job with helping customers out with easily explaining prices. I was pleasantly surprised by Hopes great customer service. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! We had a bad experience at the other vision works location, but HOPE gave us hope in vision works againEDIT- MONICA G. who happens to either be the general manager or manager flat out REFUSED to look up our insurance in order to help us get glasses. This is because we were looking for sunglasses and as the manager, she was surprisingly unaware that some VSP insurance policies cover non prescription sunglasses. So after wasting time and dealing with her incredible rudeness, we left the store without getting glasses. We have purchased over 6 pairs of glasses from this location in the past 2 years and this has left an extremely bad taste in our mouth we will NEVER return. No one ever called us to apologize

Stay away. They wasted my time . There was 1 customer and 3 sales rep. I had to wait 30 mins to start the process. I wanted to know how much the glass and frame will be after my insurance. The guy started the process backwards. He started with measurements, which should be last thing. Measurements should be after I agree to buy the frame and glass. When I asked him why you doing measurements first, he said thats the process. I wanted to know what are my options before anything. I said thank you and left. Very unprofessional place. And they have very limited eye frames.

This location is amazing! I went to the location at Southpark Meadows and they refused to help me. I told him I needed an emergency pair of lenses, I was in a desperate situation but they wouldnt let me have a pair without getting an eye exam. I came to this location and they took care of me when I needed them. Hectors an amazing guy he found my frames, lenses and sent me on my way within an hour

I scratched my lens while on vacation. Went to a local store in Fort Worth Texas to get the lens replaced. Adrian, the unfortunate eye ware specialist, had the nightmare experience of dealing with Jessica at the Austin Baton Creek Mall location. It took 5 phone calls, speaking to a manager, and numerous faxes to get the correct information. Jessica was rude and even hung up on poor Adrian while he was trying to help me. Love the Ft Worth Hulen Mall location, but Jessica in Austin needs more training and a coffee break so she can adjust her attitude.

Very disappointed. I was told my order will be ready within 10 days. After waiting a while and not hearing from them, I called the store, I was kept on hold for a long time, they were telling me that they couldnt find my order, asking me if I am sure I got them from that location, until eventually they told me that my glasses wont be ready for another 10 days. No one apologized or asked how to make it right, they just left it at that. I think they simply forgot to put in the order and just put it in when I called in two weeks later..

I was excited to hear this store has bluelight lenses. They helped me pick out the perfect frame and set me up with a pair of glasses that look and work great.

My mom came in and needed some glasses and a awesome manger or supervisor named Daniel took very good care of me and my mom at Barton Creek Mall and get 10 Stars!!!

They made two sets of glasses for me and both were incorrect, confirmed by optometrist. First pair they put the long range vision in the top 1/8 of the lenses so I had to slide the glasses down my nose to see long range. Second pair were marked wrong by optician so factory make them off as marked. I had one eye clear and one eye blurry all the time. Went to another optometrist/optician and was told I should never have driven with glasses like this. When I returned them with the markings on the glasses, one optician tried to erase them before her boss saw how off it was. I wore them two weeks trying to get use to them..... was off balance for the entire time. They gave a prompt refund, though.

I came in on a win due to my glasses firing loose and also missing a nose pad. Complementary service that they offer, I was in and out in minutes and my glasses feel good as new!
