Visitng the warehouse and showroom was super helpful for us when deciding on countertops. Richard helped us look through slabs during our appointment and was extremely helpful and really went the extra mile to answer our questions. To anyone considering cosentino products Id highly reccomend doing a warehouse appointment to see full sized slabs and using the showroom to see samples in different lighting
This place is rough. Bad customer service from the beginning. Was told we had to preselect our colors prior to visiting, visit is limited to about 30 minutes and would not be able to hand select. I ask if they stocked high end material and was told yes. However, once we got there we quickly realized it caters to the big box stores and no sight of any exotics. Just a bunch of broken slabs.Don’t waste your time going here. The whole experience was a waste of time. There are other places up North with better quality material and you are not rushed during your visit.
My experience was similar to other negative reviews. I called during business hours to set up an appointment at the showroom (which is required due to COVID), and no one answered so I left a voicemail. Never received a call back so I tried again the following week. I got someone on the phone and asked to come at a specific time during business hours, was told no, and offered a small window of time during the middle of the day. I am confused why they present as put-off by customers and make it so difficult to give them business.
We always receive great customer service from this team. They always go above & beyond to fulfill our orders. This team is always on top of their game. Highly recommended!!!
VanRossun Contracting & Consulting used to do a lot of business with Cosentino years ago. They could have had all of our business. Every transaction is like pulling teeth. We try our best not to use them. The staff is un-accommodating and condescending not only to customers, but also to us. We give our customers the discounted price except there is practically none with them. We have lots of other vendors that are so much more prompt and courteous. :-(. I tried to find a phone number to call for headquarters...... wouldnt populate, go figure.
I must agree with the other review. You will not receive much information from the staff employed there. Not sure what their business model is based on but it could definitely bring more customers in if they change their way. They will let you know what is at A or B or C or even D stone price level, but the rest remains a well guarded secret! ;)
Not thrilled about my experience, went in with my wife to look at some stone for our new house were building, and were helped by a young lady with glasses at the front desk. Was not educated on the products that they carry, and also didnt seem to want to help us very much and wasnt able to answer any of our questions or help with design ideas. We have went through the same process back when we lived in Houston, where we were helped beyond expectation at the location off of the Beltway and I-10 area. The staff was incredible, 2 ladies in-particular, went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied after our second visit.- They offered their design expertise and advice, and also put in the extra step to make sure we found the perfect Silestone. Since our countertops are going to be pretty permanent in the new house we are bulding, we wanted to make sure we knew about all of the products, and chose the best material for our needs. We did not have a similar experience at all visiting the Austin Cosentino. We are very disappointed in the lack of assistance and have decided to go for a different brand for our 400+ SF.
I went there to look at materials for my friends place - great service and material choice.
It is an amazing showroom, amazing attention and amazing products.
