I was looking to upgrade my wedding set and found Tom at Diamonds Above. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. I met with Tom a few times throughout the process and texted and email him with so many questions which he happily answered. I never felt cheated or deceived. Tom is really knowledgeable about diamonds and helped me pick out my new one through an online company that I was going through for the diamond upgrade program. He didn’t get anything out of it and just helped me out of kindness. I would have bought my diamond through him if I wasn’t already stuck with another company’s online upgrade program. I did however buy my wedding set through him and he helped with the mounting of the stone. I’m so pleased and impressed with the beauty and quality of my new rings. This is my 3rd wedding set in 12 years my first set was from Kay Jewelers and they just gouged me. First off they sold me a non GIA diamond and inflated their prices by 200%. This level of customer care is hard to find nowadays. Jackson and his father Tom were incredible to work with. I was looking for an engagement ring but had no idea where to start. I saw the great reviews of Diamonds Above, so figured I would stop in - I am glad I did! Jackson took the time to take me through the 4 Cs of a diamond and was very open and honest about what I could achieve for my budget. He never pressured me to spend more and I always felt that he had my best interests at heart. He was able to get some tremendous diamonds that fit my budget and specifications and was patient when looking at each of them. Buying a ring can be a scary experience, but Jackson made it so easy. Customer service is incredible. All I had was a photo of a ring my wife said she liked, I met with Tom and showed him the ring and mentioned the style and he knew exactly what I was looking for. I guess there is no such thing as a diamond that is too big, but Tom describe what would be the perfect sized and cut diamond for the band and style of ring. I can not rave enough about Diamonds Above. These guys re a class act.
